„To naprawdę wyjątkowy hotel w niezwykłej lokalizacji. Sieć ścieżek i szlaków prowadzących w górę i w dół góry oraz na jej szczycie jest cudowna do zwiedzania i mimo że jest dość zajęta, jest kilka miejsc, w których można się zatrzymać i spokojnie cieszyć się widokiem. Mój pokój w hotelu był bardzo dobrze wyposażony, miał wszystko, czego potrzebowałem - szczoteczkę do zębów itp., Nawet ciepły płaszcz do pożyczenia na wędrówkę we mgle o wschodzie słońca! Obsługa QinQina (którego przydzielono do pomocy) była doskonała — przemyślana i uważna. Podobał mi się również urozmaicony i pyszny bufet w porze kolacji i śniadania. Hotel jest drogi w porównaniu do hotelu w bardziej konwencjonalnej lokalizacji, ale rozumiem powód, biorąc pod uwagę, że wszystko do hotelu przynoszą tragarze na piechotę! Poczułem, że warto było spędzić cały dzień na szczycie góry, co w innym przypadku nie byłoby możliwe.”

„Super spacious room. Very clean. Within walking distance from high speed rail station. About 1.5km. Bathtub for a romantic tyrst. A cute AI assistant to open/close curtains, lights and air conditioning. Can even call front desk via AI assistant. Only one small drawback. Breakfast a bit too Chinese style.”

„Very satisfied with our stay at Xihai Hotel. We booked a suite room (Area B) for a family, but I think because of off peak season, they have the capacity to upgrade us to two bedrooms in the main building (area A) and we are very grateful for that. From the beginning the service was excellent, we were taken to our room and showed what was available. Everything in the room can be used without extra charge and can call to ask for more. Amenities and toiletries are available, room is very clean and breakfast buffet is included. Buffet dinner was ¥180 per person and it has enough varieties (mainly chinese food with some pasta, pizza, cakes). The front view of the hotel is amazing, overlooking Huangshan Mountain. The staff also very informative to guests about sunset and sunrise for the day. There were also a performance after dinner at the lobby for hotel guests. The hotel also provides two hiking jackets and a torch to help hotel guests to go out and about to hike the mountain. Our family has had the best time at Xihai Hotel and highly recommend this hotel for anyone who wish to stay overnight at Xihai Hotel. You won’t disappointed.”

„As the name is Fungee, I expect to experience Joy when I enter the venue, yet it feels just like another hotel. Many staffs, but few really help for our needs. PLUS: Room is big. Negatives: Lobby reeks of cigarette. Hotel needs to stop allowing people smoke in the hotel as the smell lingers. Staf”

„Very pricey hotel but considering the location, the cost of porters to get things then it is quite understandable. My only complaints is that the room has black mold on the wall right beside the bed where one's head would be at and also the poor sound insulation. I could barely sleep due to people kept walking outside 3 floors down. Should have taken an ear plug. But all that aside, the room definitely has the best view ever. View of sunrise and sunset all from the comfort of the room without having to rush out and crowd with everyone else trying to catch the sunrise and sunset.”

Wszystko jest w porządku. Hotel posiada inteligentny system, który otwiera i zamyka zasłony jednym dotknięciem przycisku. Pokoje są przestronne i wszystko, czego potrzebujesz, jest na miejscu, i ani razu nie musieliśmy dzwonić do recepcji. Obsługa = Doskonała. Jest bardzo gościnny menedżer, który udzielił nam wielu informacji na temat jedzenia, pogody i przygotowań do wycieczki do Huangshan. Jest również agent turystyczny, który pomógł nam zorganizować transport do i z Huangshan, który również jest bardzo pomocny i cierpliwy. Udogodnienia = Doskonałe. Bezpłatna pralnia z suszarką. Personel był bardzo pomocny, pomagając nam zarezerwować transport do Tunxi i z powrotem. Było nas pięcioro, więc jeśli skorzystalibyśmy z taksówki, musielibyśmy zarezerwować dwie osoby, ale zasugerowali i pomogli nam znaleźć siedmioosobową. Bardzo podobał nam się pobyt tutaj.”

The staff communicated clearly, were very attentive, and genuinely tried their best to help us with anything we needed. Transportation was one of our main concerns at first, but the hotel completely took that worry away by offering convenient pick-up and drop-off services to almost everywhere we needed to go. We were truly impressed with the rooms. They were practical, comfortable, and fully equipped with all the necessary amenities. The bathrooms were spotless, and everything felt well maintained. We even upgraded our room for the second night, and both rooms were beautifully decorated and very clean. The food at the hotel was another highlight. It was delicious (as shown in the pictures), reasonably priced, and actually more affordable compared to many restaurants outside, without compromising on quality. I would absolutely love to return to Huangshan and stay at this hotel again. Everyone was incredibly friendly, the pricing was very reasonable, and there were no unexpected charges for additional services. This stay was not sponsored—we paid for everything ourselves—but we were so grateful for the exceptional care and hospitality. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay.”
