Naprzeciwko ulicy Xigong, przystanek autobusowy przed hotelem. Można łatwo dojechać do Yingtianmen, pokonując zaledwie kilka przystanków. Bardzo przyjazny i pomocny personel recepcji, udziela informacji turystycznych, oferuje bezpłatną popołudniową herbatę, dodatkową wodę pitną i symboliczny upominek przy wymeldowaniu... Dobra obsługa i dobry stosunek jakości do ceny.

This lovely hotel is as close as you can get to the Longmen Grottoes! Walk or take the hotel shuttle down the hill, and the river and grottoes are in front of you! Our room had great beds, 2 kinds of pillows (I love the buckwheat pillow, my friend prefers the regular pillow), cool air conditioning (it's hot in July), & excellent, powerful shower with high quality shampoo, etc. Although our Chinese language skills are poor, the staff were patient, helpful, & highly service-oriented, using apps to communicate with us. They explained the finer details of getting tickets to the grottoes & moving around the area. The extensive breakfast buffet was terrific, with a huge range of choices to satisfy all palates--I prefer Chinese breakfast foods, my friend prefers Western style breakfast. Both of us were full and happy, ready to climb all the stairs at the grottoes. It is necessary to mention the dinner restaurant at Dong Shang Hotel. It was excellent. Eggplant=100% fantastic! Cilantro salad=100% wow! I recommend their dinner restaurant even if you are not staying at their hotel.

If I could give 11/10, I would. I came on the day of the heaviest snow this year. Just when I thought everything went wrong, it turned out to be memorable. Flight delay, then airport delayed flight parking due to the snow. My booked Didi (another app) driver left. Was stuck in the ONLY didi driver’s shared car making its way from Zhengzhou to Luoyang — he drove from 11pm to 5.30 am going at 40 to 50 km/h because the roads were iced up and slippery (even his car had slid through and hit the barriers twice) . The owner added the driver’s contact and waited up all night until the early morning for me to check in and carry the luggage up. The price, the location and the very nice owner make this homestay an excellent one — better than a hotel. There isn’t any elevators but the owner helps out with the luggage. The room is large and comfortable. He had turned on the heating for me before I arrived to warm up the room. The breakfast is delicious. The homestay is near to Luoyi Ancient city (a few minutes walk) and Luoyi Ancient City metro. His hand-drawn map highlights all the good spots. His daughter is adorable too.

Perfect. Room was big (more like a studio flat), modern, clean, comfortable and cozily decorated. The view of the city was beautiful, especially at dawn and dusk. Close to the city centre and there is a great vegetarian restaurant just over the road. Will definitely stay here again if I come back to Zhengzhou.

We had a very pleasant 4 night stay at the Banshan Siji Hotel in Luoyang. The resort is beautiful and secluded, away from all of the hustle and bustle of downtown Luoyang while remaining accessible. The location is very convenient to the high speed rail station, Longmen Grottoes, Guang Lin Temple and Peony Museum. It’s a bit further away to get to White Horse Temple, Lintang Gate and Luoyi Ancient City. However, the hotel offers a very convenient and comfortable private shuttle for train/airport transfer and a daily trips to or from town. Above all, I have to commend the team at this hotel for their excellent service and extremely friendly attitude. Everyone went out of their way to offer assistance for any of our needs and always with a smile. A huge bonus - they offered a complementary same-day laundry service which we used several times during our stay taking care of a major hassle on extended travels. From the reception, front desk, porters, drivers and housekeepers, we received top notch service rivalling hotels we’ve stayed at worldwide. The breakfast also deserves special mention. The selection was not as extensive as buffets at some major hotels but the quality was excellent and we found it to be more than enough to start each day before sightseeing. In addition to a small self serve area, you can order large bowls soup or noodles and they also provide a beautiful tray of delicacies. We very much enjoyed each day’s breakfast. Finally, the room we stayed in, with a private hot spring tub and private patio was spacious, clean, modern and beautiful. We enjoyed use the tub after full days of sightseeing to ease aching muscles and the bed was very comfortable. On our final night, we did experience a problem with a light switch not turn lights but the staff were quick to provide us another room so we could get to sleep. Another great example of their dedication to quality service. Overall, I was very pleased to have discovered this beautiful gem in Luoyang and it made our visit to this wonderful city that much more special and memorable.

Travelled with two young children and the room is lovely, the staff are very friendly. They even helped me with my luggages to the main road, unfortunately I can’t remember their name. Will love to compliment the ladies working at the counter. The only negative feedback was the hotel location is inconvenient to call a didi. It has to be along the main road. It will be better to ask the staff which location to be set.

帶娃入住真的超出預期，必須全五星安利！房間格外寬敞，搭配超大落地窗，採光通透又明亮，屋裡還通了地暖，冬日裏暖意十足，孩子光腳跑跳都完全沒問題。智能馬桶乾淨又便捷，更驚喜的是還有浴缸，玩了一天回來，大人孩子都能舒舒服服泡個澡，解乏又愜意。 小院環境打理得特別好，清幽雅緻，飯後帶娃散步再合適不過。酒店位置也超讚，離清明上河園的迎賓門很近，還臨河，傍晚吹着河風散步，氛圍感拉滿。餐飲方面也十分省心，樓下就是餐廳，日常用餐不用奔波，早餐更是品類豐盛，兼顧大人和孩子的口味，完全能滿足親子出行的需求，停車非常方便，就在地下停車場，臨走時還贈送了小禮物，酒店還有兩衹狗，兩衹貓。這次住宿體驗太舒心了！

Ten hotel uczynił tę podróż z moją najlepszą przyjaciółką jeszcze bardziej niezapomnianą. Hotel ma doskonałą lokalizację, blisko stacji metra, dzięki czemu można z niego łatwo dotrzeć do wielu atrakcji. Ponadto każdy zakątek hotelu jest wyjątkowy, a artystyczne murale na ścianach stały się dla nas popularnym miejscem do robienia zdjęć. Projekt pokoju również został bardzo przemyślany. Było wystarczająco dużo miejsca, abyśmy mogli rozłożyć nasze bagaże i podzielić się ciekawymi historiami z podróży. Dobra lokalizacja, dobre zdjęcia, odpowiednie miejsce na spotkanie ze znajomymi, wrócę następnym razem!

Przestrzeń w pokoju jest bardzo ładna, a temperament stosunkowo dobry, haha. Zamykanie okien, otwieranie okien i regulacja temperatury klimatyzatora rozwiązują problem jeden po drugim. Słyszałem, jak rodzina z dzieckiem z sąsiedztwa pytała, kim jest mały Edison. Otwórz okno, a zobaczysz Wieżę Lijingmen. Widok światła słonecznego wpadającego rano ze szczytu murów miejskich jest czymś wyjątkowym. W ofercie B&B dostępny jest słynny w Internecie napój Haibi, a także Sprite. W porównaniu z jego wypiciem Haibi jest łagodniejszy i smaczniejszy, a szklana butelka również bardzo przyjemna. Założyliśmy także bezpłatne kostiumy z dynastii Tang i Han i zrobiliśmy zdjęcia na wieży, co było świetną zabawą. Ładna dziewczyna w recepcji i ciotka sprzątająca są miłe i troskliwe. Dziękuję.

因為想去清明上河園玩特意找的這家酒店（親測步行6分鐘到清園入口）直接被驚喜到了。首先環境非常優美雅緻，恍若置身江南。房間做了免費升級，帶個小庭院，是個意外驚喜。房間很大，古香古色，特別舒適（值得一提的是洗澡的時候熱水直接出，沒有等待時間，很多酒店做不到。早餐中規中矩，中西餐都照顧到了。離酒店不遠還有一家胡辣湯小吃，特別推薦。 整體滿意，必須給五分。 對了酒店還給做了提前入住和延時退房，特別感謝，希望生意興隆，還會再去。
