It’s an absolute bliss to stay in Suginoya, a luxurious ryokan in Saga. Our saga beef sukiyaki dinner was truly memorable as the quality of the meat was top notch- so soft yet flavorful, something we will remember for a long time. We enjoyed relaxing in the private and public bath, soaking in the zen vibes of the hotel and lounging in the spacious and comfortable room. Staff was friendly and tried to converse in English as best as possible. 100% recommend as we felt fully pampered here like it was our honeymoon all over again!

The location is a bit remote, inconvenient without a car. However, the restaurant's service was excellent. Due to a train delay, we missed the originally agreed time and place. After contacting the restaurant, they picked us up at Dafei Station, which we were very grateful for. Their crab feast was simply amazing, making all the fatigue from the journey disappear. I would definitely like to go again if I have the chance.

The hot spring hotel is very suitable for self-driving, there is a small river in front, and the surrounding environment is quiet and beautiful. The hotel is very new. I think most of it is newly built. The staff has a first-class service attitude. The separate room for dinner in the morning is full of privateness. It may not be the peak tourist season and I have stayed in many places. The hotel is very quiet. I did not meet other guests on the day of check-in. The public baths are all bathed by myself. The rooms are Japanese style. The food is good and fresh. I look forward to the next opportunity to stay!
