„I stayed here with my girlfriend during the Chinese new year, and we loved it. The staff are super friendly and helpful, especially the boy who helped with our luggage and the restaurant staff, such as Wang Xiaomei who welcomed us each morning. The hotel is very close to the beach and lots of restaurants. The only problem I had, as with all HI hotels I’ve stayed in recently, is that the pillows are uncomfortable and need replacing, and the duvet is far too thick for the warm weather in Beihai. Also, they advertised on Ctrip that they have air conditioning, but it doesn’t work. Overall, a good stay though thanks to the staff.”

Big Whale bar is on the walkway behind the hotel. Snacks and full bar. About 25-30 minutes from Old Street and 15-29 minutes from the Weizhou Ferry Port (has mall). Fireworks beach maybe 10 minutes away with food stalls.”

„We stayed for a week and the house keeping services were missed one day. We need to speak to the front desk for the cleaning services. Floor wasn't clean as dirty spot was found! Food provided at breakfast didn't have many choices, they didn't change the menu at that week we stayed!! Child at 2 & half years old needs to pay. We didn't know it when we booked the hotel!! There is no written policy about the charge fee for kid's breakfast!! There is a coffee and pastry shop next to the lobby. No one clean the seating area at the coffee shop overnight!! We saw trash around the area in the morning when we passed the shop. There are children library, indoor ball pool, water slide, children are happy to hang out. Walking to Silver Beach takes about 15 minutes but DiDi or taxi is around!!”

„酒店地理位置絕佳，就在銀灘對面，帶孩子挖沙很方便，結果娃大了説已經不喜歡挖了😂同樣也因為在銀灘邊上，7點多樓下就很熱鬧，影響睡眠，而且春節期間人太多，這個位置不好打車，最方便的是電瓶車出行。房間設施該有的都有，就是淋浴間衹有半個隔斷，毫無作用，洗完澡整個浴室都是濕的，擋不了一點水。酒店門口能停車，工作人員會為客人留好停車位，贊一個。因為訂的早，總體來説春節期間性價比還是高的。”

„I would really recommend this hotel just for the private beach! The public beaches are full of people, but this hotels beach was very calm and pleasant. In the evening we had a meal on the beach. The view from the room (on the sea side) was stunning. The buffet breakfast is amazing. Huge variety of choices. My only complaint would be the bathroom that felt a bit run down. Would need to be refreshed.”

I see that the sheets and duvet covers are ironed and wrinkled. This must have been changed. I own a hotel and I know that. , I turned over the pillow at night and found blood stains, which made me feel uncomfortable. I immediately took out a disposable product and put it on. The blood-stained pillow was thrown directly on the floor. It was useless. The service was very good. I answered all questions. We had such a wonderful stay at this apartment. The moment we stepped inside the apartment, we just felt like going back home. It’s spacious, bright and airy with a little kitchen and a big and beautiful balcony with a fantastic view. The owner/staff is so friendly and helpful. All of our requests will be handled swiftly. The apartment will be cleaned and restocked with all the necessities everyday. We booked for two nights but extended 5 more nights. That tells you how we like the apartment so much. I highly recommend this place to my friends and family.

The hotel's location is fantastic, right by Qiaogang Beach. It's super close to Qiaogang Style Street, so every evening we just rented a scooter from right outside the hotel to grab some snacks. The beds were really comfortable too. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Beihai.

The location is excellent, right across from the beach, making it very convenient for families with children. The room is clean, has a balcony for drying clothes, and is fully equipped. Parking is convenient, and the receptionist, Xiao Jian, is very helpful and introduced nearby tourist attractions. It's great value for money; I'd extend my stay for two more days. Highly recommended!

The hotel is pretty good, offering great value for money. The lobby and facilities have a very down-to-earth feel, and for a 30-year-old hotel, it's remarkably well-maintained. The sea view from the room is beautiful, and there's a pool and beach. The nearby old street is very close, so the location and environment are both excellent. The service is also great; Lulu at the front desk arranged a very satisfying room and gave good recommendations for local food. Highly recommended!

This experience exceeded my expectations; you could feel the thoughtfulness in every detail. The check-in and dining were very comfortable. I had just picked this place randomly, but it turned out to be a wonderful surprise. The environment was clean and pleasant, and the service was genuinely warm. I arrived around 11 AM, quite tired from an early flight. The front desk staff saw my exhaustion and quickly processed my check-in so I could go to my room and rest. The concierge immediately helped with my luggage, and along the way, even told me about the restaurant and how to get to the beach. They truly took care of the guests' feelings. It's definitely worth a visit.

It was a great time to travel! The hotel's front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The butler service was a real plus; they sent WeChat messages with useful tips and information, which really helped us navigate and avoid any detours. We also got a free upgrade to a larger double room, which made our stay even more comfortable. The pool wasn't crowded, so we had a very pleasant swim. Overall, a great experience! And Beihai has so many delicious food options too.
