Beautiful ocean view and lovely room, I really enjoyed my few days of sunsets and mornings here! Not the cleanest room or newest building, but everything works and it's amazing for the price. The smart home voice feature for lights and curtains was so useful. Deposit required at check-in. The staff is very responsive and helpful, after notifying them about a broken screen in the room they already dispatched people to help fix it within minutes. I had zero issues with takeout being delivered to the room which made breakfast and meals easy. I came to Weihai for the snowy beach but the weather was disappointingly good lol. However it was a relaxing staycation because of this homestay and I'm so glad I decided to choose this place in the end!!

Stayed at hotel 3x times over 2 weeks. Room # 3609 has obvious water seepage issue on the bedroom wall, from the shower water most likely, so do expect some wear and tear, seeing hotel has been around for couple of years already .. Also wish the main toilet was better thought out, with counter space and also space to hang used towels, etc.. Other than that, we are truly happy with hardworking front desk and house-keeping staff who took very good care of us and make the shortfall in the hardware aspect more bearable.

The location of the hotel is absolutely perfect, and the facilities are among the best in Yantai. The service was also incredibly warm and professional. We had a special episode during our stay — my son accidentally left one of his shoes in a DiDi taxi, and we were struggling to contact the driver due to the language barrier. Thankfully, staff member Dragon Xu went above and beyond to help us. He communicated with the driver, arranged for the shoe to be retrieved, and even handled all the related details and costs with great care. That shoe had a very special meaning for our family, and we’re truly grateful for his kindness and dedication. Because of this experience, we’ll definitely stay at the Pullman Yantai Center again with even more fondness next time we visit Yantai.

Hotel room is good,clean and silent near beach snd travel spots we can walk around 1 mins to beach and 15 mins to 火炬八街

I have no complaints about the hotel. We liked the interruption at your place. Very friendly, kind staff. The rooms are clean and everything is functional. You even asked during the cleaning of the room, usually in other hotels the cleaning comes by itself and knocks on the door, while the guests sleep. Your hotel respects the rest of guests and it's nice! Lunch tea and other bonuses for guests are also pleasant. We put the fruit in the room and changed the refrigerator on time. There were queues in the canteen in the morning, but now there are holidays and there are a lot of people in the hotel, it's understandable. There is a lot of food in the dining room, in most cases it is Chinese, but foreigners can also find something to eat for themselves. Thank you for your care and good rest🙏🏻💞

Excellent stay experience. A hotel brand stands true for its reputation. My request for early check in was considered without any hassle. Was pleasantly surprised especially after a long journey. Could not use other services such as spa, gym etc. breakfast varied and really delicious ! Loved the design of room balcony and the view very much ! In room dining was quick and pleasant.

Excellent stay with exceptional service. The front desk team (Liu Xin Ke, An Xu, and Li Yongxing) was warm, efficient, and always ready to help. Check-in was smooth, and they consistently offered thoughtful assistance throughout my visit. Their professionalism and genuine hospitality made our trip truly enjoyable. 島上的民宿有很多，必須推薦這一家！首先，民宿的地理位置十分優越，位於明珠廣場對面，一分鐘走到海邊，真正的海景房。其次，老闆和老闆娘的性格超級好，凡事有求必應，而且會耐心講解島上的每一個景點以及周邊島嶼的特點並給出遊玩建議。民宿的房間乾淨衞生，設施齊全，住着很舒心。老闆家有電動車可以騎，外出遊玩很方便。

Very good location to Hanlefang, just come down from homestay can find many Korean foods already. It also near to the Weihai station, take didi around 5 mins can reach the homestay. Due to we reached and check in earlier, the owner upgraded us to a family room, which is bigger than our booked room, so very nice. Easy and simple to check in and check out the room. Room is big, clean and neat, got washing machine, but don't have clothes dryer, but that's not the issue as we stayed 3 nights only. Need bring the travel adapter. Soundproofing is also ok, room door is password lock, so very safe. Overall is good and happy to stay here.

Fantastic service by the hotel staff—very polite, patient, and friendly throughout our stay. The hotel is within walking distance to the beach and offers an amazing view, making it a truly relaxing and comfortable experience. The breakfast could be improved, especially if the food were served hotter or kept warm. Food options around the hotel were also quite limited during this period due to the cold weather. However, taking a Didi ride further out is convenient and opens up a wide variety of dining choices. Overall, highly recommended, and I would definitely return again.
