Excellent stay with exceptional service. The front desk team (Liu Xin Ke, An Xu, and Li Yongxing) was warm, efficient, and always ready to help. Check-in was smooth, and they consistently offered thoughtful assistance throughout my visit. Their professionalism and genuine hospitality made our trip truly enjoyable. I have no complaints about the hotel. We liked the interruption at your place. Very friendly, kind staff. The rooms are clean and everything is functional. You even asked during the cleaning of the room, usually in other hotels the cleaning comes by itself and knocks on the door, while the guests sleep. Your hotel respects the rest of guests and it's nice! Lunch tea and other bonuses for guests are also pleasant. We put the fruit in the room and changed the refrigerator on time. There were queues in the canteen in the morning, but now there are holidays and there are a lot of people in the hotel, it's understandable. There is a lot of food in the dining room, in most cases it is Chinese, but foreigners can also find something to eat for themselves. Thank you for your care and good rest🙏🏻💞

Stayed at hotel 3x times over 2 weeks. Room # 3609 has obvious water seepage issue on the bedroom wall, from the shower water most likely, so do expect some wear and tear, seeing hotel has been around for couple of years already .. Also wish the main toilet was better thought out, with counter space and also space to hang used towels, etc.. Other than that, we are truly happy with hardworking front desk and house-keeping staff who took very good care of us and make the shortfall in the hardware aspect more bearable.

The location of the hotel is absolutely perfect, and the facilities are among the best in Yantai. The service was also incredibly warm and professional. We had a special episode during our stay — my son accidentally left one of his shoes in a DiDi taxi, and we were struggling to contact the driver due to the language barrier. Thankfully, staff member Dragon Xu went above and beyond to help us. He communicated with the driver, arranged for the shoe to be retrieved, and even handled all the related details and costs with great care. That shoe had a very special meaning for our family, and we’re truly grateful for his kindness and dedication. Because of this experience, we’ll definitely stay at the Pullman Yantai Center again with even more fondness next time we visit Yantai.

Excellent stay experience. A hotel brand stands true for its reputation. My request for early check in was considered without any hassle. Was pleasantly surprised especially after a long journey. Could not use other services such as spa, gym etc. breakfast varied and really delicious ! Loved the design of room balcony and the view very much ! In room dining was quick and pleasant.

I had really nice experience at this room! The manager has upgrated the room since it was vacant. The way of check-in might be a little bit difficult for foreigners, but if you have wechat accounts, it won't be a big problem! I can 100% recommed this room to everyone who is searching for cheap hotel at convinient location in Qingdao!

環境整體都挺好的。站在陽台上就能看到海，也能看到落日餘暉，晚霞，風景真的不錯！ 酒店給了直通沙灘的手環，樓下就是沙灘，有時間可以下去漫步～房間裏非常的暖和，但不是很悶的那種……還有歡迎水果，非常有心！ 房間挺乾淨的，就是衞生間的洗浴灑，裝的實在有點高。用起來不是太方便。。 服務整體真的很好，尤其是餐廳的服務，真的很温馨～還有客房的阿姨也非常的禮貌！

--- **亞朵酒店入住評語** 入住了煙台這家亞朵，最驚艷的是**海景——真正意義上的枕海而眠**。 房間落地窗正對大海，早上不用設鬧鐘，**躺在床上就能看日出**。橘紅色的光從海平面一點點漫上來，海面從深灰變成金色，這個體驗值回全部房費。 視野極其開闊，**煙台山、漁人碼頭、第一海水浴場三個地標盡收眼底**。早上往左看是煙台山的燈塔和綠樹掩映的老建築，往右是漁人碼頭的遊艇泊位，正前方就是第一海水浴場彎彎的沙灘。不用出門，一趟煙台的海岸線在窗前就逛完了。 亞朵一貫的床品和服務沒掉鏈子，前台熱情，房間安靜。但這家最大的賣點就是**房間即觀景台**——晚上泡杯茶坐窗邊看海上的漁船燈火，白天看帆船和快艇劃過，度假感拉滿。 唯一小遺憾是旺季樓下濱海路車稍微多點，關窗基本不影響。情侶出遊或者一個人放鬆，這家位置和視野在煙台沿海酒店裡算第一梯隊。下次來還會選這兒。

Staff were nice and executive lounge staff were very polite . There is a young staff at the Excutive lounge called flora. She is really friendly, professional and polite. She needs to be commended.

I stayed at this hotel for my birthday weekend and from check-in to the end of my stay, everything was amazing. The 270-degree room was exactly what I wanted and more. The view was superb and honestly unforgettable. The birthday touches really made me feel special. I received a cake, fresh fruits, a lion mascot and even the bed sheets were decorated with a “Happy Birthday” message. This is easily one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in China. Breakfast was excellent with a good mix of Western options and the staff were friendly, helpful and genuinely courteous throughout my stay. Special thanks to Nora, who checked in to ensure everything was satisfactory and was incredibly helpful from start to finish. This hotel truly delivers luxury and a premium experience. If you’re visiting Qingdao, it’s an excellent choice and I would definitely stay here again.
