„This is the 2nd time with Homestay. I didn’t expect too much since 1st Homestay didn’t leave me a good impression. However, it’s totally different story here. Staff are extremely friendly , services are perfect, amazing food, bedding is comfortable, pet friendly, nice mountain view from room windows directly, very close to Dali old town. A lot of tour tips are also shared, like local cuisine, nice places to check out. Ever remind you about safety everyday. What else more can you expect! I’m happy to stay here but unfortunately the trip has to move on. We will see each other again.”

„The room is decent. Frontdesk is helpful and kind. They even help to carry my heavy luggage ( upon my request) as the taxi drop off point is 100m away due to a road repair works affecting its normal access. The hotel rooftop balcony is perfect to see the lake and to watch sunrise and sunset. To get good dinner meal options, I still recommend to travel to the ancient town. The durian (Thai and Vietnamese) in dali and Lijiang are the cheapest around in the country that I can find correct at the time and season of travel.”

„The room was spacious and bright, with a great view, spotless clean, tidy, impeccable housekeeping ensures every corner is clean, with no odors in the bathroom. Comfortable bedding, soft, skin-friendly and hygienic, very good shower with excellent water pressure. The lighting system that meets all preferences caught my attention, it was possible to have completely bright light, half light or low light and light focused only where it was needed, in this sense I felt myself being in a 5 star hotel. The hotel's attention to detail was evident. When first arrived we were very unsure about the place, because there wasn’t any sign in the building saying it’s an hotel, I thought it was an AIRBNB. The elevator and the carpet in the hallway did not match the excellent quality of the room, we thought we had been fooled by the photos on the app. Fortunately, the room itself was even better !!!! Traveling light, carrying the extremely necessary, it’s so helpful being able to use the washing machine, the hotel even supply laundry soap. Highly recommend it and will stay here again! PS:-Foreigners not familiarized with address system in China, as a reference there is a school next to the hotel - QICAI YUNNAN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL- ( took a picture but cannot read the name of the school, show this picture to someone when trying to locate the hotel).”

„From picking up from the train station, to daily amenities and services, it’s all exceptional. Breakfast spread was so wide it’s unlikely you’ll be able to try them all. Afternoon tea sets with fruits, cookies, tarts and cake was delicious. Attention to details like kid dental sets and in room baby shoe for my son was also so thoughtful. The view is nice, I wished I had booked longer to stay here. Will definitely come back this hotel again next time I come to Dali. The lady 程七七 from the hotel was also very helpful the entire time since before arrival with arrangements till check out. There’s also a small little playground area at lvl 2 of building 2 for small kids to play.”

Facilities: The room design has a Greek flair, making it feel very cozy. The in-room lighting and other amenities are smart-controlled. Cleanliness: The hygiene was quite good. Environment: The hotel is located in Xiaowan Village, offering beautiful scenery and a quiet location. You can enjoy views of Fuxian Lake from the room. Service: We arrived by car around 9:30 PM. Unable to find parking, we contacted the hotel, and a staff member warmly greeted us at the entrance. However, due to the New Year's Eve crowds, there wasn't enough parking, so we had to park elsewhere. The hotel promised to cover the parking fee. After checking out, I showed them the parking payment screenshot, and they asked for my QR code for payment. However, from check-out at 10:30 AM until I got home at 9:00 PM, I still hadn't received the reimbursed parking fee. Complimentary fruit, tea, Americano coffee: Since we arrived late, I didn't have coffee at night and asked the hotel if I could have it the next morning. They agreed, stating coffee was available from 8 AM to 11 PM. However, when I messaged them at 8:30 AM the next day asking for two coffees, they said they would deliver them at 10 AM. They were never delivered, even by 10:30 AM check-out. The other fruits and tea were also not provided. Overall, the hotel's environment, cleanliness, and breakfast were good, but the service attitude was quite casual. They failed to deliver on their promise to cover the parking fee (20 RMB) and provide the complimentary coffee.

環境：位置優越，在小灣村山頂，周圍有很多網紅咖啡廳，走路幾分鐘就到，很多人上來看日落，山下也有很多吃飯的地方。 喜歡他家的花園，正如多蘿西的名字一樣，整個民宿充滿歐式童話色彩。 衞生：每天打掃很乾凈，房間佈置温馨整潔，當然鄉村民宿免不了有小蟲小壁虎，這是正常的，孩子還挺喜歡。 服務：服務很好，因為窩訂的大床房，小妹見到我們孩子，主動給我們升級了親子房，還幫我們把那麼重的行李箱提上四樓。每天都有果盤和熱牛奶，讓人感到温暖。 設施：床品和裝潢都很舒適，衹是提一點建議，屋頂露台和二樓露台可以重新翻新打造一下，看風景很好，衹是現在可能少有人去，沒有配套休閑設施。 小小提醒：因為處在網紅民宿街，晚上可能會遇到搞活動的民宿，有喧鬧，我們有一晚就遇到旁邊一棟民宿幾個人搞個分享會，晚上11點過還拿着話筒公放講話，面對面説是聽不見嗎？很奇怪。這和本民宿無關，是整個環境的問題，如果習慣安靜早睡的人需要注意。
