We had a great time staying here, we had a room with the downstairs bath room which is a unique in design in the old house, love the warm floor in the winter time and love the experience that going up and downs when going to washroom, it was fun! The hotel atmosphere are great and making us feeling like home from the very sec the auntie pick up from the ShuHe old town north gate, to the receptionist introduce the hotel and its culture at the reception bar which has a nice set up with free tea, fruit and home made cake provided. Love the “heart” from the Singapore lady owner to establish and own the place, it is a 情怀 instead of a place run for $$$, the room diary is an awesome gem, feeling blessed to know who else in the word had ever stay in the same room and their stories, made me can’t stop to leave something too. the 3 night stay here made me an unique experience in this trip, love it and will come back again. Please continue to share the heart and love in this place till we r back again :)

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Kunming Changshui International Airport Shop Hotel, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. The hotel is conveniently located near the airport, making it ideal for travelers who have early flights. over all great experience.

This apartment is an unbeatable choice for accommodations in Kunming, whether for tourism, sightseeing, or business trips. The overall environment is comfortable and pleasant, making it easy to unwind after a long journey. The service at the front desk by Ms Raven Yang is impeccable, with her warm and considerate attitude making guests feel warmly welcomed. During check-in, she patiently and meticulously explained the usage of various facilities, and even thoughtfully arranged room with excellent views and tranquility according to individual needs. The rooms themselves are filled with surprises, boasting cleanliness and tidiness to the point of being spotless. Soft, comfortable bedding ensures a restful night’s sleep, while all necessary facilities are available. Everyday essentials are fully stocked, making the stay both comfortable and secure. The breakfast quality is equally impressive, with a wide variety of options making it difficult to choose just one—hot dishes, snacks, porridge, and fruits are all available, featuring fresh ingredients and delightful flavors. What’s more noteworthy is the room’s exceptional accessibility and seamless travel experience, as well as its significant cost-effectiveness. This historic hotel is very charming, and despite its age has all the modern features you’d expect. Located right next to the Green lake, the atmosphere is peaceful and the decor has a classy 1950s vibe. The rooms and public areas (including the swimming pool and changing rooms) were very clean and well looked after, and there were lots of nice touches that made me feel very welcome. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Our stay was truly wonderful and beyond our expectations. From the beautiful surroundings to the heartfelt service, everything made this a very special experience for our family. What impressed us most was the amazing team behind the hotel. From the front desk, to the activity organisers, to the restaurant staff, everyone was warm, friendly, helpful, and attentive. We felt genuinely welcomed and well taken care of throughout our stay. It is not easy to find a hotel where the service feels so sincere and consistent in every part of the experience. The room arrangement was one of the most unforgettable parts of our stay. Waking up to the breathtaking view of Jade Dragon Snow Mountain was simply amazing. The view received so many compliments from our friends and family, and many of them even asked us more about the hotel because they were so impressed. It truly made our stay feel extra special. A very special thank you to Jennifer, the Front Office Manager, for her prompt replies and thoughtful arrangements before our stay. Her care and attention to detail made us feel reassured even before we arrived, and we really appreciated all the effort she put in to make our stay so well arranged. Another highlight was how kid-friendly the hotel is. There were so many enjoyable activities for children, especially the animal feeding sessions and campfire dancing. Our child enjoyed them so much, and seeing her so happy made the stay even more meaningful for us. The fact that she is already asking to come back says everything. Breakfast was also a wonderful part of our stay. There was a good variety, the food was enjoyable, and the setting was beautiful. Starting each morning with the peaceful view of the lake and mountains made the experience even more special. This hotel truly raised our expectations of what a great and luxurious hotel should be. It is not only a beautiful property, but also a place made special by a team that brings so much warmth, care, and dedication to every guest’s stay. Congratulations to the hotel for having such an outstanding team and such a wonderful place. Thank you for giving our family such beautiful memories. We will remember this stay fondly.

紗窗鎖壞，關着陽台玻璃門入睡，半夜孩子被蚊子叮醒，房內也熱，空調開啟響到無法入睡，因太晚就沒要求換房間。孩子臉上被叮了5個包，很癢。電話叫了服務要驅蚊器（其實房內有，放在了寫字桌邊，沒放在牀頭櫃，不好發現），酒店沒有蚊蟲叮咬後的止癢外用備用葯。凌晨2點，擔心孩子因此過敏導致腫脹，自己叫了跑腿買葯。退房時跟前台反饋房間空調聲大，需要他們檢修一下，非常不耐煩的説：如果吵到我們，可以幫我們換房！（無語，這是換房的事嗎）。早餐廳的咖啡杯也該換了吧，節約到這個程度！

This is considered quite a premium hotel in the area. It’s very family friendly - the pool seems popular, though if your window faces the ‘inside’ of the hotel you’ll hear lots of noise from it. The staff are very friendly, the rooms are clean and quite new. A good place overall, if a little loud. In all honesty, if you’re a foreign person reading this who can afford to travel to China, I recommend avoiding Xishuangbanna. It’s a very tacky tourist trap of an area. Mostly populated by northern Chinese who have travelled down to hawk cheap and tasteless tourist experiences. Nothing worth seeing, even in the local parks. And everyone smokes here, it’s a little suffocating. I strongly recommend visiting elsewhere in Yunnan province such as Kunming or Dali - nothing to see here.

My trip to Lijiang was impromptu, and the reason I booked this hotel was simply because of a very basic need: I wanted a quiet, private, and undisturbed courtyard where I could enjoy a quiet drink while facing the snow-capped mountains, whiling away a moment of peace. If many hotels use ”design language” to construct a lie about privacy, then Tangting's first impression was one of solidified confidence built on a sense of ”appropriateness.” Before arrival, General Manager Amy's inquiry was polite and restrained, without being overly enthusiastic or intrusive; on the day of check-in, the founder, Brother Qingshan, personally drove to pick me up, his composure not showing obsequiousness, but rather like an old friend meeting. The journey wasn't far, we chatted a lot, and I was surprised to find out he was the first Ctrip customer, which felt like fate. The moment I opened the door, I understood what ”composure” truly meant. In the center of the lobby, the ancient tea tree was not just for show; under the dappled sunlight of the courtyard, it created an almost Zen-like order. At the warm invitation of Qingshan and Amy, we sampled the flavor of this century-old tea tree. It wasn't superficial; it was a testament to the sedimentation of time. Upon entering the room, a breathtaking panorama of snow-capped mountains unfolded before our eyes. The surrounding birdsong and insect chirps confirmed the saying: true seclusion isn't about hiding in the mountains, but about standing by the window and the world automatically turning down its volume for you. Some hotels sell bricks and antique furnishings, but Tangting sells a ”privilege” that allows for complete relaxation. This surprise reached its peak after nightfall. Bartender Xiao Boyu seemed to understand how to extract the soul of the night. The drink he personally crafted was unexpectedly amazing—a perfect balance of sweet and sour, with a finish that held the unique intensity and gentleness of Lijiang. One sip, and I realized that true ”seclusion” also requires this touch of intoxication to complete the experience. Noble without tranquility is merely a noisy dwelling; extravagance without moderation ultimately leads to vulgarity. True luxury isn't about the price tag, but about feeling a sense of peace and tranquility once you step inside. Last night, I enjoyed drinks with Qingshan and Xiaoboyu, and in the midst of our lively conversation, a sudden realization dawned on me. As Qingshan said, the best state in this world can be summed up in four words: just right. And this is precisely the most precious quality of Tangting.

The swimming pool is a great fun.. Perfect place for a short holiday. What impressed me the most is the cleaning lady. I hang my daughter’s swimming clothes at the balcony and couldn’t find it. I called to check if it fell to the room downstairs. The cleaning lady came to help.. when she finished work.. she dropped by to check:. And when she realized that I still couldn’t find it. She immediately asked for my daughter’s size and ordered for me.. when she delivered... I gave her money.. but she left it on the table. I didn’t see her again. she was so kind.

Great hotel. Good service staff. Only problem is that the self laundry machines needs to be improved as it takes too long to wash and dry our clothes (7 days wear x 2pax). 4.5 hours to wash and dry our laundry. The problem is the automated vertical drier.
