Short break getaway! Great location, Lovely room comfortable bed had a great night sleep . , I fully enjoyed the health spa. Swim sauna and steam room. Check out the Santana restaurant Buffet lunch all home made food , delicious ! Overall it was a lovely stay, a peaceful retreat just what I needed from the hustle and bustle ( Lobdon ) from the city life .

I booked the wrong Hilton but the receptionist told me I’m not the only one. I went to a concert and they were kind enough to let me check out a bit later. Room is big and bed confortante. Toilet is also big and with amenities. If you’re planning to visit the Porto wine caves and Gaia this hotel is really in a great location. There’s also the food market near by and some restaurants and bars. The

We had a wonderful stay at Eurostars Aliados in Porto. While advertised as a 5-star hotel, it feels more like a high-end 4-star, mainly because it lacks some of the extra touches of luxury and service you’d expect from a top-tier 5-star experience. That said, it still offers great value for money and an excellent stay. One of the hotel’s strongest points is its location—right in the heart of Porto, making it easy to explore the city on foot. Despite being so central, the room was quiet and well-insulated, allowing for a great night’s sleep. Check-in was smooth and efficient, with friendly and professional staff who made us feel welcome right away. Throughout our stay, the staff remained courteous and helpful, ensuring a pleasant experience. Our room was spacious, stylish, and very comfortable, featuring a king-sized bed, elegant decor, and a huge shower that added a touch of indulgence. Everything was spotlessly clean, which is always a priority when choosing a hotel. The hotel has a spa with a gym, sauna, and hammam, free for guests. While we didn’t have time to use them, they looked modern, well-maintained, and inviting, adding to the hotel’s appeal. Overall, Eurostars Aliados delivers a stylish and comfortable stay at a reasonable price. While it may not quite reach the level of a true 5-star experience, it’s an excellent option for those looking for a high-quality hotel in the center of Porto. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful hotel in a great location, within walking distance of most old town attractions and round the corner from a metro station making it even better!! Staff can't do enough for you and the whole place is welcoming and beautiful. Breakfast set in lovely dining area with plenty of choice from a menu so served to you without having to wait for the toaster! Rooms are luxurious and have everything you may need, including a very comfortable bed!

Our experience was entirely positive. The location was perfect for visit being in the heart of Ribeira. The facilities fully met our expectations- with a comfortable room and bed and an excellent shower. The breakfasts were first class with a good range of dishes available. And importantly, the staff were always helpful from check-in through to respinding to the various small requests we had during our 3 night stay.

Nice and convenient small hotel. Quite simple but confortable room and very good bed and pillows; good internet and very good shower and separate WC and washing basin. 10 minutes walk to the airport . Highly recommended. Thank you

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und im Spa-Bereich war alles super sauber. Was mir nicht gefällt, ist, dass das Frühstück erst um 7 Uhr morgens beginnt, da wir pünktlich um 7 Uhr zum Flughafen aufbrechen müssen. Ich habe für das Frühstück bezahlt und es nicht gegessen. Es ist eine kurze Fahrt vom Hotel zum Flughafen. Ich werde es auf jeden Fall wieder versuchen. Es ist eine gute Alternative, von Porto zu schlafen.

設施：酒店是當地最好的酒店，歐洲難得一見的比較新的酒店。 衞生：很乾凈，房間很大，咖啡機，設施都很全 服務：很多葡萄牙球隊入住，本次入住正好葡萄牙體育在這住，跟他們一起看的葡萄牙比賽。

Hotel bem localizado. Com um excelente atendimento por parte dos funcionários.

Meble w kiepskim stanie, brudne zasłony, a same meble były poplamione (olejem). Czyszczenie było niedostateczne lub w ogóle nie było wykonywane, jak widać na zdjęciach, gdzie poszewka na poduszkę była czysta/zmieniona, ale poduszki były brudne. Niestety jacuzzi było nieczynne, a w krytym basenie była stosunkowo zimna woda. Pokój, za który zapłaciliśmy, był pokojem typu executive, a jak na pięciogwiazdkowy hotel, pozostawiał wiele do życzenia. Jedynymi plusami były doskonałe śniadanie i taras na dachu.
