3-Star hotele w: Liaoning, China

My room was in 2130. The bathroom is clean and well maintained, but my first impression of the bedroom isn't quite well. Some lamps are broken and the TV couldn't be turned on (I already checked the electricity outlet). And the room corridor is very confusing, it felt like I was in a maze. Even though they already provide a map, it still needs quite a while to figure out the way to go to your room. And for breakfast, please consider an upgrade. When i was checking in, the staff seemed busy and not focused, but when i was checking out, the staff gave me a hand cream and a can of soda complimentary, which is great.

The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the service was warm and attentive. The location was convenient, and the front desk staff, especially the ladies, had a wonderful attitude. I'd definitely choose this place again next time and highly recommend it! The public area at the front desk is absolutely stunning for photos! Even though it was a rainy day when I visited, it was warm and cozy indoors, and it's very close to Duan Bridge. It was a really enjoyable experience! 🥰🥰

Good location with Gyms, Karaoke, Shopping centre, Boutique, etc. Will come again.

Location was great 30 seconds walk to train station , pick up point right outside hotel for taxis, good view towards North Korea side and bridge from higher floors. My room was very dated and old with musty smell and signs of age on walls and furniture. The bedroom was no frills i.e. no tissue or tea provided in room. Sheets were clean and ok. The bathroom has a slight smell of pee, and shower area is not separated from rest of bathroom so whole bathroom gets wet during shower. However bathroom is stocked with the usual necessities like toothbrush, soap, hairdryer, towels, toilet rolls which is good. Overall, good value for budget travellers due to low cost. I would not stay here again next time I visit Dandong as there are other similar priced hotels 1-3 minutes further from the train station, but without the view to North Korea.

Room was clean and spacious! Location was central and easy to navigate. The hotel was equipped with Smart AI - ‘Xiaodu’ to control the room settings and robots to send the delivery to our room. The staff was also professional and prompt in their service, their manager was checking in our stay to make sure that we were always comfortable. Recommend!

I recently stayed at Ibis Hotel Dalian and had an excellent stay. Check-in was efficient, allowing me to begin exploring without delay. The duplex room featured a stylish downstairs living area and a cozy loft; the loft was slightly warm but the air-conditioning corrected it quickly. The room was spotless and well-maintained, with comfortable furnishings. Located near Zhongshan Square, it offered easy access to attractions, restaurants, shopping, and night markets. The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly. Five stars!

The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic, making it super convenient for getting around and dining out, with all amenities close by. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and attentive, handling check-in and check-out very quickly. They were all polite and gentle, always responding promptly to any requests. The room was spotlessly clean with no strange odors, and the layout was cozy and well-designed. The bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a very peaceful night's sleep. Toiletries were comprehensive, and there was plenty of hot water with excellent water pressure. The dry-wet separation in the bathroom was a thoughtful touch. The room had great natural light and ventilation, and the soundproofing was effective, making for a wonderfully quiet night undisturbed by outside noise. The cleanliness was exceptional; the floors, tabletops, and bathroom were all spotless. Overall, it offers incredible value for money. The environment, service, and cleanliness are all impeccable, providing an outstanding stay. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in town.

We were extremely happy with our stay at this hotel and thoroughly satisfied with the outstanding service. Even though I wasn’t the easiest guest—having to modify my travel plans when my friend joined me during my stay—the manager went above and beyond to quickly adjust my booking multiple times to accommodate my needs. The hotel itself was impeccably clean, beautifully styled, and staffed with many kind and helpful coworkers. I would highly recommend staying here to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming experience.

The location of the hotel is very good, and the rooms are very clean. There are smart homes in the room, robots for food delivery, and free mineral water. The service of Miss Front Desk is also very good and cost-effective.
