Szef był bardzo gościnny. Skontaktował się z nami dzień wcześniej, aby podać nam lokalizację hotelu. Po przyjeździe pomógł nam z bagażami i bezpłatnie zmienił standard pokoju na lepszy. Serdecznie zaprosił nas na herbatę. Pokój był bardzo wygodny. Znajdował się niedaleko Lwiej Skały i na stosunkowo dużej wysokości. Platforma widokowa była niedaleko.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and always ready to help. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and food places. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

I was truly impressed with this hotel. Although it might be a little tricky to find at first, it’s not too difficult to reach. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the check-in and check-out process was quick and smooth. The room was clean with a beautiful view, and everything was just perfect. Plus, it’s located very close to the night market, which is super convenient. I highly recommend this hotel, I was really satisfied with my stay!

This hotel is more of an Airbnb style where after you check in they bring you to your private apartment which is awesome. We got a free upgrade and had a massive room with a living area, seperate kitchen, two full bathrooms, and 4 seperate bedrooms with cozy beds. We also had a massive balcony with amazing views of the Jinhong area that were stunning during the day and especially at night (see attached photos). The staff were also super helpful and really responsive in terms of helping us with questions and recommending delicious local restaurants that were off the beaten path. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are with a group of friends or a larger party. It’s clean and super great value.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Lijiang Old Town. The location is absolutely perfect—very convenient for exploring the ancient city and enjoying the beautiful surroundings. The room was very clean and comfortable, and everything was well-maintained. I especially loved the peaceful atmosphere and the charming traditional style of the house. The service was excellent—the host was friendly, helpful, and made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. All the amenities provided were sufficient and made our trip even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a great experience and I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Lijiang. Definitely a memorable stay!

Większość hoteli, w których nocowałem podczas podróży po Chinach, była dobra, ale ten był moim ulubionym. Lokalizacja — tuż przy starożytnym mieście, skąd łatwo dojechać gdziekolwiek indziej. Z autobusu lotniskowego jest około 12 minut spacerem. I może 15 minut od wejścia do starożytnego miasta. Roztacza się z niego widok na otwarte niebo, a z dachu wyraźnie widać górę Jade Dragon Snow. Pokoje — są czyste, wyposażone w automatyczne oświetlenie i zasłony. Za darmo podnieśli standard mojego pokoju, który był dość przestronny i spełniał wszystkie moje potrzeby. Chociaż nie ma lodówki do przechowywania rzeczy, więc warto o tym pamiętać. W pokoju jest też AI. Posiłki/herbata — na 5. piętrze serwowane są wszystkie posiłki i herbata z widokiem na góry. Śniadanie było takie samo, a jeśli pochodzisz z krajów zachodnich, nie spodziewaj się zachodniego śniadania. Makaron i smażone dodatki były pyszne — uwielbiam dobre, słone śniadania. Nie mogłam spróbować popołudniowej herbaty (która jest przepyszna) aż do ostatniego dnia, więc pozwolono mi wrócić po wymeldowaniu, zanim wzięłam taksówkę na lotnisko. Wieczorna herbata to herbata z masłem, ale jej nie piłam, ponieważ próbowałam jej wcześniej gdzie indziej i nie byłam jej wielką fanką. Personel — wszyscy są bardzo mili i pomocni, zawsze witają gości. Miałam pewne problemy z SI w pokoju i szybko mi je naprawili. A kiedy popełniłam błąd podczas dostawy jedzenia, jeden z pracowników był na tyle uprzejmy, że poszedł mi je przynieść 😭, więc wszyscy przekroczyli wszelkie granice. Większość naszej rozmowy odbywała się za pomocą aplikacji tłumaczących, ale to nie przeszkodziło im w dbaniu o to, żebym czuła się komfortowo podczas mojej wizyty.

Fabulous hotel. Stylish room with high standard amenities in the room. Great shampoo! It's a bit hard to find but we managed to get a Didi from the high speed railway station for 32 RMB. There is an elevator inside the 99Y clothes store that brings you to the 4th floor. A woman in a very simple room will give you your key. The hotel seems to have a different name in English: Aina Hotel. Regardless, it isn't so easy to find for an English speaker. The room is spacious and cosy. Comfortable bedding. Very well designed sitting area. Ceinling fan and Air-conditioning. Large flat screen TV. I loved the teapot and cup set. The hotel gives a nice tea and honey as a free gift. We weren't disturbed by noise despite it being in a popular tourist area. Everything is close by too. Fun to visit the park along the river. We went 2 nights there. I highly recommend.

The hotel is very intelligent, self-check-in throughout the whole process, and there is an intelligent customer control system. You can control the lights and curtains while lying on the bed, and the sense of technology is full. Xiaodu/Smart speakers are sensitive, and the takeaway is also delivered directly to the door by robots. It is both privacy and convenient, and the experience is full.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had a wonderful 2-night stay here. The hotel is located inside Lijiang Ancient Town, which made the experience even more special. The owner kindly picked us up along with our big luggage. It was such a fun ride—we honestly enjoyed it so much haha. During check-in, we were welcomed with an orange, which was a very sweet and thoughtful gesture. The owner was extremely helpful throughout our stay. He assisted us with renting traditional costumes and arranging a photography session around Lijiang Ancient Town, which made our trip even more memorable. After we came back from Yulong Snow Mountain, the owner also gave us very thoughtful advice. He reminded us not to shower immediately and to take some time to relax first, explaining that showering right away could cause altitude sickness or even a cold due to the sudden temperature change. We really appreciated this care and concern for our well-being. What we felt most grateful for was the kindness shown to us regarding our laundry. When we asked if there was a washing machine, they said yes, and we managed to start the first wash cycle before heading out. When we returned at night, all our clothes had already been washed and were ready for us to hang. We were shy and happy at the same time 😆 because otherwise, we would have had to stay up late just to settle our laundry. Overall, this stay felt very warm and personal—almost like being taken care of by family. Truly a memorable experience, and we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Lijiang Ancient Town.

The room was very clean, and my room wasn't facing the street, so it was quiet. It's less than a ten-minute drive from Kunming Changshui Airport, which is super convenient. The hotel offers an airport pickup service. Even though the car was a bit hard to find, the lady at the front desk was very patient and responsible, keeping in touch with me about the location and the driver's arrival time. The hotel features a smart toilet, a Dyson hairdryer, and a projector, which are all big bonuses. Very satisfied! Changshui Airport 24-hour worry-free shuttle service.
