The staff are very nice and have even given us the bigger apartment for the first two days. Unfortunately, the equipment was not perfect in the bathroom. But whoever is perfectly looking is in Ecuador on the wrong place.
Pool towels are really small. Pool water felt dirty and a bit too warm. Breakfast variety is ok, but went to a cafe on day 2 to get something better. Only basic soap in the shower.
No hair dryer in the room.

This was a perfect place to stay, especially for the price. The rooms were cleaned and towels changed every day, good air con, slightly out of the centre so quiet at night but still within a few minutes walk of everything. Everyone was so hospitable. On the second day we were given breakfast to take away as we needed to leave for a trip before breakfast hours began (at 7am) and on the last day they made us a big delicious breakfast with extra food as we hadn’t taken breakfast on the first day. Really good experience and would definitely come back
Gabriel is an excellent owner and host. Everything was very nice and the beds were VERY COMFORTABLE and everything was clean and tidy. Ariana’s is 1.4 KM from the “downtown” and overlooking a beautiful native forest. The roof pi’s nice place to watch the sunset.

Szef jest przystojną i entuzjastyczną matką 👩. Hotel jest w dobrej lokalizacji. Taksówka wie, jak tylko powie, pokój jest czysty, zdrowy i wygodny, klimatyzowany, łatwy dla gości herbata, piękny ogród.
Meine Erfahrung war leider gar nicht schön. Von allen Hotels, die ich auf den galapagos Inseln hatte war es nicht nur der teuerste Aufenthalt sondern im Preis Leistungsverhältnis auch der schlechteste. Das einzig gute war der liebevolle Service. Der Rest war nun wirklich für den Preis sehr unpassend. Leider hatte ich noch das Unglück, dass Wasser in mein Zimmer von der oberen Etage gelaufen ist, weil die Gäste über mir scheinbar alles zum überlaufen gebracht haben. Es wurde schnell gelöst, das war super.
Jedoch sieht man, dass das Hotel in die Jahre gekommen ist und das Hotelzimmer roch nach Schimmel und muffig. Sehr schade ! Kann ich für den Preis überhaupt nicht weiterempfehlen.

BboctoLovely family run hotel! Everybody goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and at home. The lovely family who runs the hotel are so helpful! The dad helped me book all tours and transportation in the Galapagos Islands. The mum is and amazing cook and provided me with the best meals I have had on the islands! As a solo female traveller I can not recommended this place enough, I have felt totally safe and comfortable!
The location is a little bit out of the city centre but it makes for a perfect place to start or finish your tour of the Galapagos Islands, a very calm and quiet hotel in a beautiful location!

GGuest UserThe service is very good (the front desk is very good and helped me recommend other hotels and provide transportation information after I checked out). But some questions still need to be raised: the bath water is either too hot or too cold. This is not a solar problem, but an equipment problem. Internet, although the entire island network is not good, there is no network signal in the room.

Rooms are very clean, but no TV. Breakfast is good, but it’s the same every day - boring. So if you’re here for more than 2 days, prepare to have breakfast off-site. No elevators, be prepared to walk a few flights. Staff is attentive, but with no smiles. No need to set alarm, loud construction right next door began today at 7:15 am.
GGuest UserLava House is a little oasis within Puerto Ayora. The room was very clean, with soap, shampoo and conditioner provided in the bathroom. Lava House provides a very relaxed environment, where I felt I could unwind after adventuring around during the day. The breakfast service was particularly impressive and offered so much variety! The perfect start for a day of diving. And Lava was so cute!

The food is amazing and the chef is very skilled in his craft. Pedro, checked me in and ensured that I had a vacation to remember. Paúl, an employee and local taxi driver became my personal chauffeur. This was the best vacation spot I’ve ever stayed in.
