Sadly, I wasn't impressed with the level of cleanliness in the single room but the double room & bathroom were much. The view of the harbour from the room was outstanding. Lots of activities and Christmas parties taking place.

Obsługa hotelu była bardzo miła oraz nie przeszkadzała podczas pobytu w fotelu wszystko zostało załatwione sprawnie na pewno jeszcze kiedyś tam wrócę przy następnym odwiedzaniu ashford. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja trzy dni zwiedziłem cały Londyn gdyż hotel mieści się niedaleko stacji pociągów

This is an excellent hotel, with good facilities, lovely central courtyard, plenty of free parking, and very friendly staff. With Chatham and the Dockyard nearby, the location is excellent. Not certain which category to put this hotel in! It's not luxury but better than budget. The rooms are a little dated and the TVs need upgrading. The shower, again, a little dated. We booked a room for three as our adult son has learning disabilities. He was delighted to find he had a separate bedroom with his own, small TV. The rooms were clean, the hotel tidy, and a very good breakfast was included in the price. Overall, good value for money.

Enjoy stay food ok but little expensive and drinks are expensive, good location

In fact, the hotel is not called Royal Tunbridge Wells It's Premier Inn Royal Tunbridge Wells , Trip.com The title should be wrong, but the experience of staying at the hotel is really great! The location of the hotel is excellent, just in the center of the town, whether it is to go to the train station or visit the famous pedestrian street The Pantiles , it is very convenient, and the surrounding parks and theaters are also within easy reach. The hotel is located in a very distinctive building, formerly a court (Merevale House), and the internal facilities are very new after modern renovation. Our room was stylish and comfortable, the bed was particularly comfortable and slept well all night. Despite its central location, the room was very quiet and soundproofed. The room was spotless and air-conditioned and showered. The hotel’s own Thyme restaurant is also commendable, we had a delicious dinner here, the breakfast selection was also very rich, the taste was great, and the new day was full of vitality. Most importantly, every staff member of the hotel was very friendly and helpful, making our stay more enjoyable. All in all, this was an impeccable stay. Whether it is location, hardware facilities or service, this Premier Inn is doing a great job.

Holiday Inn Express Dartford is very similar to other Holiday Inn Express we have stayed in. The check in service was good and I was offered a drink on the house while waiting to be checked in. Karen at the check in desk was very helpful, showed me the available rooms and explained other options, provide additional towels when requested. The hotel appeared fairly full. Also when requested they extended our stay and check out to noon rather than 11am. So, it appears a better value than other similar chains, especially since in offers breakfast, whereas other places you have to pay extra for breakfast

Critique professionnelle : Royal Wells Hotel Situé à environ vingt minutes à pied de la gare, le Royal Wells Hotel demande un léger détour, mais l’effort est rapidement oublié à l’arrivée. L’établissement séduit par la qualité de son accueil : le personnel fait preuve d’une attention constante, sans jamais en faire trop. La chambre réservée offrait une vue dégagée sur la campagne du Kent, apportant calme et sérénité au séjour. Mention particulière pour le petit déjeuner à la carte, d’excellente facture, où chaque plat est préparé avec soin. Une adresse de caractère, où l’on apprécie autant le confort des lieux que le professionnalisme du service.

The room was sparse and not inviting but for a single night to stay seemed ok. The shower was ok and the hairdryer would have benefitted from a note on it's use but when I eventually worked it out it was fine. The beds were very shakey and didn't feel very secure when rolling over in them. They felt as though they were going to break.

On arrival service was great and very helpful. Room had a great view a little on small size but not complaining as it was very clean. On the down side. Mattress needs changing as springs have gone. Woke up with them digging in my back. Went for breakfast as continental breakfast was included. It's extra for cooked of which I would be happy to pay for. However I was totally ignored as person too busy folding napkins and kept their back to me. I wasn't going to hang around. There was no fruit just bread, muffins and yoghurt. I was going to speak to the front desk about this but no one about so I let myself out of the car park.
