This was my second stay at this property. The location is excellent - short distance to MG Marg, New Road, West Point Mall, Star Mall, and the main town area. Equally close to the Orchidarium which is walkable from the property. Enchey Monastery is also walkable if one is comfortable walking uphill or in decent shape. Rooms are large, spacious, and comfortable. The terrace above is a great place to sit and chill, and provides for great views of the valley and the mountains on a clear morning.

The property is located quite far from the MG Marg area but easily accessible by cabs. Its located in a quite area with little to explore outside within walkable distance. The food at the restaurant was average at best but the service was good.

Amazing property, amazing staff, amazing owner ❤️ I asked and everything was arranged. Special thanks to Sandesh who was available all the time right from the morning to night irrespective of his shift. Never seen the owner who himself made me comfortable to the extent that he played karaoke and guitar to make the evening special and memorable one. Food is amazing and rooms were spacious with balcony ❤️ Overall good budget stay and five star service ✅

It’s an excellent property spread across a substantial area, very clean and well maintained. It is serviced by a team of ever smiling staffs that are extremely helpful which will make your stay both pleasurable and memorable. The rooms are well equipped and the restaurant serves some very tasty food though would like to suggest to refrain from ordering the chinese dishes as i personally found them to be away from the conventional taste. The property also houses a bar with karaoke facility every evening. All in all a great destination if you are looking to spend some quality peaceful time. Assured you will be fully rested. Also, if one chooses the right season they will be gifted with some amazing view of the kanchenzonga. We were lucky to experience the view during our stay even though it was very unusual for this time of the year. Highly recommend.

If photos can ever lead you to a wrong choice of booking then this is a perfect example. Please don't go by the bright and exotic photographs for Palm Bliss. The hotel is extremely average but pigeon hole size rooms. I paid for Kanchenjunga Balcony view rooms and I was offered a basement room, saying that's the only one available. the stairs down to the basement was dingy, poorly maintained and smelly. The room was v basic. linen was stained. the balcony didn't even have a chair to sit. the crew was indifferent. Food was just okay. I guess the top floor rooms and alleyways were better. but this is a rare occasion where same room rent will give u varying types of services and u have to depend on luck. And most importantly the hotel is not cheap by Pelling 's standards. I don't see any positive in the hotel, and unfortunately have no option left other than to rate it low. There are many options at this price so it's better to look out for something more warm and vibrant.

GGuest UserParli boutique hotel has been fantastic. Neat tidy rooms, excellent service from the hotel staffs. Very responsive and quick for any room service. I had a thoroughly pleasant experience here, hence would like to recognize each staff as below: 1. Mr. Eric - he is one of the main staff at the hotel manages all. Hes been a fantastic and helpful person to interact with. In an emergency when i had to catch the flight and i was let down by a pure booked taxi, eric helped very quickly and i was put to the right cab driver to reach the airport just on time. 2. Nannu - reception staff. Shes also been very helpful and prompt in her service for any thing i reached out for. 3. Ganashyam was also providing very good room service. 4. Tshewang aron, sushant were food servers who were also very courteous and dedicated in their service. 5. Not to forget last but not least the important part food was very good in this hotel thanks to the dedicated and magical hands of the cooks and kitchen staffs -nitesh, shekhar and pranil. Overall i had a thoroughly happy experience at the hotel which is why i rate it 5/5 stars and i strongly recommend the travellers to choose this hotel in all aspects. It is little away from the real main road off the city gangtok but its not a reason to not choose the hotel ! this hotel suits all kinds of tourists whether solo or family.

Gently refurbished, preserving the old art deco details and yet with a fresh and up-to-date feel. Very clean and lots of space. Wonderful l breakfast with a choice for every diet. Very kind staff and great value for money. Right in the heart of city centre.
