3-Star hotele w: Marrakesh-Safi, Morocco

Остановились в данном Риаде на 3 ночи, и ни чуть не пожалели! Очень красиво и атмосферно, будто попадаешь в сказку, и круто иметь возможность прочувствовать их историю и культуру жизни. Хозяйн, что встретил нас и дальше помогал со всеми насущными вопросами, был очень вежливым и гостеприимным. Завтраки были очень кучными и сытными, особенно хотелось бы отметить их кофе (просто отдельное произведение искусства) А еще есть бассейн в свободном доступе😍 Рядом с Риадом было маленькое кафе, по ценам очень дешево и безумно вкусно😌 Мы долго думали вначале, стоит ли бронировать данное место, но ничуть не пожалели о нашем решении💛

It was good for the price. Great location in Gueliz, very close to the shopping centre etc and easy to get to the medina either via bus or walking. There was a bit of an inconsistency with breakfast. It’s bought over to you on a tray rather being a buffet. You’re not asked what you would like, it’s more of a get what you’re given sort of thing. Several times people I heard people being offered a pancake or given bread etc on other tables and I wasn’t. However, the pastries were really nice. I went to sit outside by the pool on one occasion while waiting for my airport transfer, there were a total of 3 sun loungers but lots of tables for people coming in to eat at restaurant. Some men came in and sat at the tables, ordered a drink and were smoking; it’s not a massive area so it’s all you could smell and breathe in. The pool area is mostly in the shade. The staff were very friendly and I was allowed to check in early. As a solo traveller was given a twin room rather than a double which was shown on the pictures when I booked as a ‘single’ room. It was fine though. The air-con works well, the beds are comfy and it was quiet. I LOVED Marrakech!

The staff Is very friendly and nice, Very good breakfast and good location. Unfortunately the humidity in the room is quite intense and there is mould in the rooms. We asked to change room because of mould sensitivity and the answer was that all the rooms have it and they cannot do much about it. The pool is just ornamental and the services cost extra (quite overpriced compared to other place in the medina). For the price we would expect a bit more.

J’ai séjourné à plusieurs reprises dans cet établissement et c’est toujours un vrai plaisir d’y retourner. Le service est irréprochable, le personnel est attentif et aux petits soins : il suffit de demander et tout est organisé avec efficacité, que ce soit pour un massage, une balade ou une excursion. Les chambres sont spacieuses, très propres et confortables. L’ensemble de l’établissement est impeccablement entretenu : les piscines, les parcs et les espaces extérieurs sont à la fois calmes et ressourçants. On y croise même quelques animaux comme des chats ou des paons, ce qui rend l’ambiance encore plus agréable et apaisante. La nourriture est excellente, variée et généreuse. De plus, la navette gratuite mise à disposition pour rejoindre la ville est un vrai plus. En résumé : propreté, confort, qualité du service et atmosphère relaxante… tout est top. Je recommande vivement cet établissement !

Dziewczyna z recepcji w hotelu była niepomocna. Kiedy 10 dni temu rezerwowałem hotel i specjalnie poprosiłem o wczesne zameldowanie, hotel nie odpowiedział na żadną wiadomość. To nierozsądna obsługa. Rozumiem, że czasami nie można skorzystać z wczesnego zameldowania, ale jeśli hotel powiedział mi, że mogę zarezerwować inny hotel, to po moim przyjeździe jedna pani z recepcji zgłosiła mi problem: zepsuty blat wanny i nie można zamknąć drzwi toalety. Zdałem sobie sprawę, że po otrzymaniu tego samego pokoju kazała mi czekać 3 godziny. 😡😡😡😡😡 to mogę wystawić opinię za brak odpowiedzi.

فندق جيد ونظيف و خدمة جيدة أنا أعجبني❤️ Staff checked me in early, polite and very professional. Breakfast and service was good. Very pleasant and quiet hotel, will definitely stay again.

Great hotel that I experienced, the staff was friendly I enjoyed my stay. Hotel cleanliness is good, and everything looks good, highly recommend staying during Malakesh, if you come from the train or flight.

If your looking for an authentic Moroccan experience you can’t go past this timeless beauty it’s not a western hotel but it has all the amenities and charm you could ask for a colourful delight an oasis in Marrakech  Special shout out to Rachid the concierge who went above and beyond to assist in any questions or direction needed thank you Rachid and thank you Moroccan House Hôtel  Great value for money highly recommend

We had a fantastic stay at Mohamed's apartment in the Al Ismailia residence. The apartment is beautiful, impeccably clean, and so well-equipped it felt like a true home away from home. Mohamed is a wonderful and attentive host who made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The thoughtful provisions like coffee, water, and cooking spices (baharat) were a lovely touch that made our stay even more comfortable. The building is modern and feels very safe, and the Gueliz location is perfect for exploring. We would not hesitate to book again. Highly recommended!

A very classy hotel with an amazing buffet breakfast. The room was clean but a little small. Two swimming pool but we didn’t have a chance to use it due to bad weather. A lot staff in the hotel which makes it convenient for us when we needed help. The front desk also help us to print our boarding pass, very good service. Only downside was the hair dryer, it was not functioning in our room.
