Zuura reception的服務非常負責，我不會俄語，不會訂機票和長途出租車，這位小妹妹20點到凌晨1點一直幫我找長途出租車，第二天早上7點就告訴我出租車找到了，我的旅程沒有被耽誤，非常感謝她！而且她還幫助我講價，特別親切、可靠！

We stay at lovely home for you just for one night, but it was a very pleasant stay. The owner was very kind with us and avalaible to help when we needed to get a taxi for the border. The room was big and silent during night. The guest house is very close to Navoi park and Osh bazar, 30 min by foot to Sulamain-too entrance. Thought short but super positive experience

This little sister has been helping me find long-distance taxis from 20 am to 1 am. The next morning at 7 am, I told me that the taxi found it. My journey was not delayed. Thank you very much!
