This hotel boasts a superb location, close to public transport and shopping areas, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. The room size is on the smaller side with a compact layout, but it's very clean and the facilities are complete and perfectly adequate. The front desk service was attentive, and check-in was quick. For the high prices in Tromsø, it's a hassle-free and comfortable option, definitely worth recommending.

Jeden z naszych ulubionych hoteli podczas naszej podróży. Piękne pokoje i łazienki. Dość przestronny, a miejsca do siedzenia bardzo nam się podobały. Taras na dachu był niesamowity, udało nam się tam zobaczyć zorzę polarną! Siłownia też była świetna. Za dodatkową opłatą można było korzystać z sauny i jacuzzi.

這個酒店是特羅姆瑟到雷納小鎮的中間位置，是一個相當好的中轉休息點。房間足夠大，我家住的是三人間，邊上出門就有一個extra超市。我是租車從特羅姆瑟開到雷納小鎮，中間住這裏的。其實應該是從特羅姆瑟港口，坐船到這個f2酒店邊上的碼頭，然後再租車，這樣可以少租兩天車。坐船訊息可以在svipper的app裏面查到的，但風險就是天氣不好，船會停開。三人間房價700多，真的是便宜啊。酒店正門口和出門左手邊是同一個編號的停車場，用easy park可以停車，一個晚上我才花了50塊錢rmb。這個酒店到特羅姆瑟或伊蓮森羅布爾酒店，基本上都是6個多小時的車程。房間挺乾淨的，我就見到一個打掃衞生的人。沒有其他服務員。這個酒店性價比真的是很高。

Wyposażenie jest bardzo dobre, ma wspólną kuchnię i obszar. Obiekt zapewnia także bezpłatną kawę i herbatę oraz przekąski. Jednak wspólna kuchnia zamykana jest o 22:00, co jest z tego powodu trochę niewygodne. Wi-Fi jest również trochę słabe, czasami telefon nie może się połączyć.

Pierwszego dnia po przyjeździe powiadomiono nas, że winda jest nieczynna. Wnoszenie bagażu na czwarte piętro było koszmarem. Spędziliśmy tam trzy noce, niestety, w dniu naszego wymeldowania winda nie została naprawiona. Ale personel jest przyjazny, a ciasteczka serwowane w barze przekąskowym są pyszne!

Quality Hotel Harstad is a very nice and modern hotel with a great location and a welcoming atmosphere. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay, which really made us feel at home. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-designed – perfect for a short or long stay. However, a couple of small things could be improved: there was no fridge in the room, which would have been useful, and the Wi-Fi connection could have been a bit faster and more stable, especially for work or streaming. Aside from that, everything was great – a pleasant stay overall, and I would definitely recommend it!

I recently stayed at Smarthotel Tromsø and enjoyed my time there. The breakfast was really good, with plenty of variety to start the day. My room was neat and comfortable, albeit a bit smaller than I would have preferred, but it served its purpose. One thing to keep in mind during the winter is that Tromsø is very dark for much of the day, so you might sleep in later than planned. Overall, I recommend Smarthotel Tromsø for a convenient and satisfying stay.

Hotel jest bardzo blisko lotniska. Najbardziej niespodzianka jest taka, że widzisz najpiękniejsze światło aurora w lofoten, różne kolory skaczą, a tu śniadanie jest bardzo dobre, pracownicy są bardzo blisko, wolne kawiarnie, mikrofalówki, naprawdę bardzo lubię.

The facade definitely stands out and the place was cosy. However, the photos were not representative of the actual place not exactly in a good way. We stayed in the designer cabin (which costs more) but were surprised by how small it was. I would not recommend paying more for the cabin during summer as there is not much to see and less convenient considering we needed to walk a distance to access the amenities including the toilets and kitchen which we did not know when we booked.
