„Останавливались в начале января, отель понравился. Номер с теплым полом в ванной комнате, работает отопление - ночью спали с открытым окном, нам было даже жарко. Посторонних запахов в номере нет. Завтраки отличные, каждый найдет что ему нравится, есть терраса, предположу что в теплое время года там тоже можно позавтракать. Отдельно отмечу сотрудников отеля - очень добродушные, готовы помочь в любой момент.”

„The hotel is located at a very convenient location right opposite to Shoh-I-Zinda complex. The other renowned complexes like Registan Square, Bibikhanum mausoleum...eyc are at a walking distance from the hotel. The facilities were great with a nice breakfast and the staff professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend this place.”

„We had one of the best stay in Uzbekistan here in this Old City Samarkand Hotel! Zafar was very kind enough to help us with various questions throughout the whole stay and of course the room was very neat and comfortable, just like it’s shown on the website. Breakfast was also nice to start a day, traffics a bit chaotic but Yandex taxi makes it easy to get to the main attractions in the city center. Highly recommend this hotel to stay.”

„The hotel's location is fantastic, right next to the train station, just a two to three-minute walk away. The room was spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom, however, was a bit cramped. If you're catching a train the next day and want to make things easy, this is a good option. Breakfast was pretty standard. Now, about the front desk. The woman in the headscarf at the front desk was absolutely terrible. When I checked in, I told her I booked through Ctrip and handed her my passport. She fiddled around for five minutes, looking everywhere but at the right place, then asked if I'd booked through ***********. Eventually, she gave me a room card for 104, but when I went up, the room hadn't even been cleaned. She then said, 'This is how it is,' and gave me another card for 106, which also hadn't been cleaned. It was already 1 PM, so even if the rooms weren't ready, why put me through all that back and forth? Couldn't she have just told me to store my luggage and go grab lunch first? Both room numbers she gave me were uncleaned. I suggested she could perhaps get one cleaned quickly, but she very firmly said, 'No, it must be 2 PM.' Okay, 2 PM is fine, but why didn't she say so earlier? What was the point of making me drag my luggage back and forth? When I returned at 4 PM, I was given yet another room, 206, and was told they had made a mistake with the rooms! Separately, the city tax at this hotel is also very strange. The two previous hotels I stayed at in Samarkand charged 41,200, but this one insisted on charging 62,000. Is the city tax different within the same city? I'd like Ctrip to investigate this and clarify the correct amount. Can't they just be transparent with their pricing?”

„Атмосферный гостевой дом. Хозяева очень доброжелательные и гостеприимные. Я не согласовывала время приезда, несмотря на это неудобство, нас заселили раньше положенного времени. Хорошее расположение гостевого дома - достопримечательности в шаговой доступности. Тихо в номере, тепло и хороший напор горячей воды. Завтраки очень вкусные, разнообразные, сытные и близкие нашей кухне. В теплый сезон должно быть очень душевно, уверена в этом (внутренний зелёный дворик, где гуляет нежный котик).”

„Pobyt na 1 noc. Lokalizacja jest bardzo dobra, blisko kompleksu Registan. To był styczeń poza sezonem i hotel przechodził remont. Wi-Fi było nieczynne, a kuchnia zamknięta z powodu poza sezonem, ale właściciel był bardzo przyjazny i uczciwy, oferując lepszy pokój. Spało się bardzo dobrze, a jedyną wadą był zepsuty czajnik. Śniadanie jest proste, ale w porządku, ponownie ze względu na poza sezonem, ale uważam, że w sezonie jest bardzo dobre. Piękny taras na dachu, który z pewnością kwitnie latem. Polecam.”

„Nie podobałoby mi się śniadanie, przemyślałam to i zaoferowałabym śniadanie w menu, byłoby o wiele bardziej atrakcyjne niż ściśle tania szwedzka stolik. Poranny poranek nie mógł spać, ale z jakiegoś powodu wszyscy chrapali drzwiami na piętrze, choć drzwi były łatwo zamknięte, gal dla prysznica, szamponu i mydła dla rąk, wszystkie trzy środki były takie same, nie było żadnych zestawów w łazience.”

„The hotel is located in the historic city center, right by Registan Square. All the main attractions are just a few leisurely minutes' walk away. There are also plenty of cafes nearby, including some local spots that are clean, delicious, and affordable. I specifically booked a larger room with a street-facing window, as some rooms had courtyard-facing windows (which essentially mean they'd face the hotel corridor or lobby). Our room even had a cozy little balcony! The room itself was large and spacious, well-maintained with a touch of national character, very clean, and had pristine white linens. The air conditioning unit was well-placed, not blowing directly onto the bed. The bathroom fixtures were decent. We really enjoyed our stay. However, it might be a critical point for some that there wasn't a refrigerator in the room. We visited in May, so it wasn't hot yet, and we only stayed for 3 days, so it wasn't an issue for us.”
