3-Star hotele w: Western Cape, South Africa

The hotel’s location was very convenient and central to everything we wanted to do, which made getting around easy. The staff were friendly, helpful, and the rooms were well maintained. I appreciated that the sheets were changed daily, although housekeeping did not sweep the floors every day. One concern was the corridor, which sometimes smelled like **** and trash, and this occasionally made me feel a bit unsafe. This could also be because I am not familiar with the surrounding environment. The gym is very small. Overall, the hotel itself was pleasant, and the staff provided good service, but improvements to cleanliness and hallway maintenance would make the experience even better.

Ten hotel jest niesamowity! Po pierwsze, przybyłem wcześnie, przed zameldowaniem. Przyjazny recepcjonista powiedział mi, że hotel oferuje bezpłatną, bezpieczną przechowalnię bagażu (w holu), w której mogłem zostawić bagaż, a następnie udać się na zwiedzanie miasta. W odległości spaceru od hotelu znajduje się wiele restauracji/kawiarni i atrakcja turystyczna Bo-Kaap. 5-10 minut jazdy samochodem do nabrzeża V&A. Ponad 35 minut do winnic i około 25 minut do zatoki Camps Bay. Hotel był bardzo czysty, bezpieczny i serwowano w nim pyszne śniadanie. W holu/salonie znajdują się również porty ładowania.

The hotel has a convenient location in the center of Cape Town. The rooms are comfortable enough for one or a young couple. If you plan to walk around the center - it's quite easy. I got to the Waterfront by walking in 20 minutes along busy streets and did not feel any danger anywhere. Small shops and supermarkets around the hotel allow you to cover all your everyday needs. The breakfast is quite meager, but literally around the corner on the next street you can find good cafes where you can have a great breakfast for a reasonable price and a supermarket where you can buy ready-made food. Immediately to the right of the exit from the hotel is the entrance to a beautiful park, from where wonderful views of the mountains open. The staff is responsive and helps to solve all problems. The only drawback is the noise from the air conditioning systems coming from the yard at night.

Nice hotel with great location. Mojo Market is right next to it and that makes it super convenient for food, drinks and live music most nights. The staff is super friendly, helpful and truly make you feel welcome. The only suggestion would be to let people know there's construction currently happening right next to the hotel which makes it a little noisy. Perhaps the hotel could offer rooms for a cheaper rate for the inconvenience. TVs might need checking as well. I was not able to use mine at all. Overall it was a great stay though. While the locations and hotel cleanliness and families are good, the room doesn’t come with any AC or Heater. So it was very cold in the room on a winter rainy day. The hotel also took R1,000 as deposit by credit card, and returned upon check out. The issue is, credit card company would charge a fee and also due to different exchange rate on different day, I lost almost R 100 when I check out. The hotel should consider waiving the deposit altogether or taking cash as deposit if deposit is required.

Podobało nam się nasze pobyt w hotelu Świeże śniadanie. Czysty pokój, ale był rozczarowany, że nie było mini lodówki lub wody pitnej.

We had a great stay at this place. Location is good - 5 minutes to the quay. There is a stop of the red bus near that is very convenient for the travelers. You have everything in the flat. We didn't expected that there would be cleaning so often. The only thing - it was a bit cold inside in April although there was the heating.

I would like to share my experience of staying in this apartment. We lived there very poorly because it’s a self-service setup with only two plates. If I’m using one plate for something else and my partner is using another plate, I no longer have a plate to prepare another dish. We literally had two plates in the house, as if it were a hotel where they would cook for us—we wouldn’t need more dishes for anything. How can I buy groceries for two plates, with literally one spoon per person and one teaspoon to share in the morning for our coffee, and one cup per person? Additionally, we did not have a broom, and it was very difficult to clean after ourselves. We had to wait for cleaning/maintenance to come for at 10am while we skip the dirt or use a tissue to clean, even though we don’t want to invite anyone in we had to choice , We can’t even scrub the floor on our own; we had to wait until we sleep and wait for them. No shower caps , no toothbrushes to toothpaste to start the stay ,not even little enough to get comfortable when you check in ,,I don’t recommend it for travelers who land late at night , it’s not helpful at all you sleep dirty here until shops open , they run out of heaters and leave you freezing in the room , check out time is 10am so it your flight is 6pm on the same day be prepared to roam around the streets like a homeless while you Stayed a night with them , what happened to 12pm check out time and 2pm as latest ??? My partner was working night shift and had to be kicked out at 10am with his flight at 6pm ! He asked to rest for 2 hours and check out at 12 they charged 50% of room rate for sleeping for 2 hours not even half a day. This apartment is not helpful at all and they prioritize charging you more instead of availing themselves for help , bedsheets are changed after 3 days which means if you on your periods as woman and you mess up the bedsheets you have to sleep with blood for the next 2 days -Why ??? I believe beds should be changed everyday as per the room rate calculations for each day unless they mean we pack our own bedsheets for emergencies…additionally there was a construction that would grill the roof while you sleeping at 8am so again my partner couldn’t sleep after working night shifts WITHOUT A WARNING!!! We regretted staying here and one traumatic issue of plates : I wash after every meal because no extra plates to push for another day , washing using my hands since there was no scrubbing 🧽 . I felt like i didn’t pay enough to stay here .

The location truly can’t be beat — everything is within walking distance, which made my stay super convenient. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, and the on-site restaurant was excellent. However, the rooms felt a bit dated, and the carpet could really use a deep clean. My allergies were triggered with a runny nose and itchy eyes, which made the stay a little less comfortable. The bedding was clean and the bed was super comfortable though, with a reliable AC/heater. It was unfortunately disappointing that there was no gym available for guests. Overall, I’d still recommend this hotel primarily for its unbeatable location and great service, but I hope they consider updating the rooms, giving the carpets a thorough cleaning, and adding a fitness facility in the future.

Отель понравился. Удобное расположение, близко до набережной и остановки туристического автобуса. Рядом несколько магазинов с продуктами. В номере чисто, убирают каждый день, каждый день чистое белье и полотенца. Также каждый день пополняют сахар, кофе, чай, печенье немного. Вода - 2 бутылочки, только в день заезда. Шампунь, гель, мыло - пополняют. На кухне в номере есть все для приготовления пищи: оливковое масло, соль, перец, из посуды - кастрюли, несколько сковородок, нож, ложки, вилки, тарелки, кружки, бокалы, штопор. Есть плита, микроволновая печь, вытяжка, чайник, тостер.  Сотрудники отеля доброжелательные.  Wi-fi работает хорошо. Спасибо большое за всё, нам понравилось отдыхать в этом отеле.
