We had a great time at Ekante Bliss. Outstanding facilities, clean and spotless rooms with prompt service. We reached early and they accommodated us which was very helpful. The staff are amazing and made our stay enjoyable. The restaurant has a huge selection of delicious food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The ambience was good and the staff did provide the best service. I would always return to this hotel when visiting Tirupati!!! Thanks for making our stay memorable and enjoyable.

Best hotel in the Gajuwaka region, we had a comfortable stay here. Good & professional front office team & they (Ms.Indhu sri) helped me a lot before 1 hour of my journey time by providing food,late check out and printing of some needful travel documents. This hotel has a good and hygienic restaurant with Excellent staff I promote restaurant Manager Mr.Rama Swamy & Supervisor Ramu they took care of me by providing food as per my selection in a polite manner. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay.

This hotel has seen better days and management. It is spacious but they clearly do not believe that cleanliness is next to godliness. The bathroom was dirty, used by previous guest. The comforter cover was not clean and the pillows inside were yellow and stained. I had to change the room a couple of times. Wi-fi was nonexistent even though i was assured of it before i booked. I couldn’t attend my work meetings. The reception staff were friendly but overall there is a lot of neglect on details and quality. If they can manage their internet and housekeeping services, this would be an excellent place to stay.

Sai maa hotel is located within walking distance of prasanthi nilayam and right next to the sai general hospital. The room we stayed in was good - well maintained and all equipment functioned well. The overall maintenance of the hotel is very good. Wi-fi is good. The restaurant serves excellent food. Housekeeping can improve - mostly replenishment of water, coffee and tea had to be reminded on each day. Overall a good experience.

GGuest UserHi. In the web it is mentioned that 3 persons can sleep in the king size bed. But we got queen size bed so we-haven't slept properly because of less space. They haven't provided drinking water, complimentary breafast. As the amount per day for stay is 2100. Not worth for this money

GGuest Userhello, I visit tirupati every year since last 4yrs. and everytime I always make it a point to stay in best western hotel. the staff, people at reception are wonderful. the room is just right. small renovation required here and there in the room but still the price and comfort the hotel provides is just fabulous. I highly recommend people who are visiting tirupati for a day or 2 for darshan best western is the right place for you to stay.

This is my second time staying at this hotel. I stayed here last year during my visit to Tirumala. It’s a great place for families — a good hotel with excellent facilities. Everything was clean, and we had no major issues during our stay. The breakfast was also delicious. However, one drawback was the room service. They didn’t respond the first time we called — we had to meet them face to face before getting any service. Also, some staff members seemed to expect tips in return for help, and if we didn’t give, they were less willing to assist. Aside from that, it’s a good hotel with no major complaints. Recommended for a comfortable family stay.

Staff at reception was friendly. The room was tidy and the toilet was clean. Overall, it is a pretty nice hotel. However, there was one bad experience for me that one of the cleaning ladies at the hall asked me tips without any reason. (She exactly pronounced ”money” to me) I don't know if this is an Indian culture and accepted in India. If not, they should be trained.
