„Mountway Hotel Apartment: A Budget Gem for Asian Travelers in Perth I recently stayed at Mountway Hotel Apartment in Perth, and I must say it’s one of the best options in its price range, especially for Asian travelers looking for a long-term stay with self-catering facilities. Location: The hotel’s location is incredibly convenient for getting around. It’s just 1.1 km from the central train station, and you can hop on free bus services like the Red CAT, Blue CAT, or Green CAT, with stops only 100m to 250m away—perfect for easy commuting. Behind the hotel lies the stunning Kings Park and Botanic Garden. If you don’t feel like walking the 300m to get there, the Blue CAT will drop you off effortlessly. The accessibility to public transport and nearby attractions is a huge plus. Cleanliness: While the exterior might look a bit dated, the interior is surprisingly spotless. I booked a room for two, but the bedding and pillows provided were enough for four, which was a nice touch. Everything felt fresh and well-maintained, and I was thoroughly satisfied with the cleanliness. Facilities: The private kitchen was a highlight—equipped with a rice cooker, pots, pans, a toaster, a fridge, and enough cutlery, plates, and utensils for four people. They even provide coffee, which I appreciated. However, there are a few downsides: the electric stove is small and outdated, making cooking a bit slow. Also, there’s no salt or basic seasonings provided, nor chopsticks, which might inconvenience Asian guests. The bathroom features a very clean bathtub, but it lacks shampoo and body wash, so you’ll need to bring your own. Despite these minor drawbacks, I’d still rate Mountway Hotel Apartment as the best value for money in its category. It’s practical, comfortable, and ideal for Asian travelers who want to stay longer and cook meals to suit their tastes. I’d happily recommend it to anyone looking for a home-away-from-home experience in Perth!”

„Dotarłem do hostelu o 3 rano, a sprawdzenie było łatwe. Jest w świetnym miejscu, jak 8-minute spacer do Perth City Station. Kuchnia ma mnóstwo rzeczy, takich jak mikrofalówki, frytki powietrzne, tostery, czajniki i wszystkie naczynia, które potrzebujesz, plus dużo miejsca, aby wywiesić i jeść.”

„U can find everything essentials here. Comfortable sleeping bed, friendly staffs, spacious kitchen & outdoor dining area, had my self cooked dinner here. U can meet many ppl frm diff countries. Easy to access by Transperth bus 950, walk for 300 meters and u wil get to find tis hotel.”

„Geraldton backpacker is a nice little historical building that has been repurposed for backpacker stay! The lady at the receptionist was very friendly and welcoming. The shared kitchen is big and well equipped for almost any cooking!”

„I had a lovely stay at The Local Hotel. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. We had plans to spend a night on Rottnest Island before checking in for two nights at the hotel, and they kindly allowed us to store our luggage a day early. It was such a big favor and made our trip much more convenient. When we arrived, our luggage was already in our room, which was a nice touch. The room itself was stylish and modern. We opted for a corner room, which had three large windows, filling the space with natural light. The lighting in the room was also well done, creating a pleasant ambiance. Although the toilet and bathroom were shared, and there was some noise from the bar's music, the overall experience was enjoyable. These minor inconveniences were overshadowed by the positive aspects of our stay. Overall, I think The Local Hotel as a lovely place to stay. We had a nice experience.”

„It’s a decent camp with clean setup. One problem booking with trip.com is that the site will ask for your credit card and then give the key. I arrived late and need to call a local number to get connected which is not convenient and they don’t accept whatapp or any other one line method.”

„It's a hostel with private room with shared bathroom. We can self check-in and they'll provide a fresh sheet and quilt. For a towel, we should ask first and they'll provide. The location is amazing and accessible with Transperth Buses. The hostel also has a massive shared kitchen with complete utensils. Will be back again.”

„It was a unique experience to stay in the oldest prison in western australia. We had a double decker in one of the cell blocks and showered in a ild shower that inmates used to use back in the day. Its walking distance to the markets and cafes. Great place to stay”

„We stayed in a tent. There was a kitchen and toilet. All basic things were provided. Shampoo, body wash, milk. And the condition of tents were new. Much better than the other holiday parks we stayed during the trip. A good option for a night. No wifi.”
