For the first few days of my stay in Qingdao, I booked the compact single room. This time, for two days, I tried the double-bed room with a table and a large window, and it is really excellent for the price. The room is extremely clean and has all the basic amenities such as a shower, dental kit, and towels. One small difference is that instead of traditional cloth towels, they provide disposable paper-fiber towels. The room is also much more spacious than the single room, even though the price increase is very small. I paid about 55 RMB for the smaller room, while this room cost around 63–64 RMB, but the size is almost double. The room has a very large window facing the road in front of the hotel. I expected it to be noisy, but surprisingly it was not. There are many power outlets and switchboards, which makes it convenient for charging phones or laptops. The room also has a large TV, along with a table and chair where you can comfortably sit and work. The staff, as I mentioned earlier, are extremely friendly. By the end of my stay, they almost felt like friends. If you order food or buy items from e-commerce platforms like Jingdong or Taobao, the staff will collect the packages and store them safely on the first floor. Sometimes the delivery person will even bring the order directly to your room. I stayed on the fourth floor, and the room was very well maintained and spotless. It also includes a hairdryer and hangers. The room I booked had two beds, so if you are traveling with a colleague for business, this is a great option. The location is not extremely central, but it is still convenient. The nearest subway station is about a 10–15 minute walk, which was not a problem for me. There are also several convenience stores nearby where you can quickly buy snacks or basic items. Overall, the room is very well maintained, extremely clean, and free of dust. We had a great stay! The staff was very friendly and helpful — they guided us clearly and even helped us rent a scooter. They also let us park our motorbike, which was really convenient. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the bed was super comfortable. We’re very satisfied with the service and would definitely come back. Thank you!

The hotel is fully equipped, with a large wardrobe and a dressing table near the balcony. The environment is great, and it's very close to Xingsha Beach. I only stayed for two nights, but I think it would be suitable for a longer stay.

Facilities: Pretty good, has everything you need. Cleanliness: Clean. Someone even asked in the morning if I wanted the room cleaned. Environment: There's a Mixue Ice Cream & Tea and a Hao Xiang Lai (snack shop) right across the street, which is super convenient for buying things. You can also ride a shared bike to Moon Bay. I recommend using a Hello Bike as it can go further, but you can only ride it up to Hongkou 1920.

Service attitude is particularly good

For a pet-friendly hotel, this price point offers decent value. The front desk lady was very friendly and always smiling. However, the facilities are a bit hard to comment on. Especially in the bathroom, the toilet seat fell off when I lifted it, so I had to put it back on 🥲. The shower head looked like it had two parts, a large and a small one. The large one was broken, and water sprayed out from the edge of the shower plate, which was quite startling. The handheld shower head below could only be held, as it would slide down if I tried to attach it. I spent 10 out of 30 minutes of my shower battling with the shower head 🤣, it was ridiculous! Also, there's no full-length mirror or clothes rack, which was quite inconvenient, but at least there's a hairdryer.

They offer a free shuttle service to and from the airport. **Jinan Yaoqiang International Airport Shuttle:** After landing and getting my luggage, I called them, and they arrived in less than ten minutes – super quick pick-up! They were also perfectly on time for my departure in May. Really appreciated it. **Environment:** The environment is great, not noisy at all, primarily focusing on comfort. **Service:** The front desk lady was very enthusiastic and even helped me with my luggage 🧳.

I recently stayed at the Hanting Hotel on Chongqing South Road in Qingdao and had a delightful experience as a solo traveler. Choosing a superior queen room, I found it to be both comfortable and well-equipped, offering excellent value for the price. My room was spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated, with a cozy queen-size bed that ensured a restful night's sleep. The room's amenities, including a flat-screen TV, reliable Wi-Fi, and essential toiletries, made my stay even more convenient and comfortable. One of the highlights of my visit was the breakfast. The spread was impressive, featuring a blend of both Chinese and Western options that catered to various preferences. I particularly enjoyed the freshly baked pastries and the selection of fresh fruits, which were a perfect start to my day. The dining area was clean and welcoming, and the staff were attentive, ensuring that all items were well-stocked and tables cleared promptly. The hotel's location is another asset, as it's conveniently situated near several local attractions and public transport options, making it easy to explore Qingdao. Although the immediate surroundings are bustling, my room was pleasantly quiet, allowing me to relax and recharge after a day of sightseeing. Overall, my stay at the Hanting Hotel was marked by comfort, excellent service, and a delightful breakfast experience. I highly recommend it to other solo travelers seeking a hassle-free and enjoyable stay in Qingdao. I look forward to visiting again on my next trip to the area.

This hotel deserves a huge thumbs up! The location is excellent, the room was clean and odor-free, and the service was incredibly fast (they brought me an extra pillow in the middle of the night almost instantly). After I checked out, I realized I left my lipstick in the room, and the staff proactively contacted me and even arranged for it to be couriered to me. Such thoughtful service! Plus, the value for money is outstanding. I'll definitely be back next time! Highly recommended! This place is exactly as pictured, and the service was consistently top-notch.
