我們到歐洲自駕遊的旅途中在這裏留下了深刻的美好印象。酒店內裝飾具有法蘭西傳統藝術風格，古樸中流露着浪漫與熱情。前台的帥哥更是給予我們很熱情親切的接待，先讓我們看了房間，介紹了生活設施。房間用品都很乾凈，暖氣也很熱，這對於冬季自駕遊的我們來説很重要。酒店的位置距離商業中心很近，環境幽靜，交通便利。周圍還有大型超市，購物也非常便利。院內有寬敞的停車場，還是免費的，晚上要關閉院落大門，因此給人安全感。我們很喜歡這家酒店，原來訂1天，後來又續訂1天。由於大意，在續訂時我們發生了重複下單的失誤，帥哥為我們及時糾正，避免了損失。 選擇這家酒店，是我們旅途中的一次幸運。祝酒店生意興隆！聖誕快樂！ 4位來自中國北京的旅行者寫於2024年聖誕節前

El hotel es un Formule1 normalito, austero y práctico, que es lo esperable. Quizá debería estar algo mejor cuidado. Hay que tener en cuenta que no hay recepción 24h; nosotros contactamos por email y tardaron mucho en contestar, aunque finalmente nos enviaron un código para obtener la tarjeta. Está situado en una especie de polígono, así que es solo para ir a dormir y ya está.

Idéalement situé, à 20 mins à pieds de la cartonnerie et à 16 mins à pied de la cathédrale Personnel très sympa (surtout le petit jeune à la réception, très souriant) Chambre des plus classique, juste j’avais mis un commentaire pour être au calme et il n’a pas pu être pris en compte malheureusement car nous donnions sur les voies de train et dès 7h ça passe,

Friendly welcome. Good location easy to access to the center. Breakfast buffet was nice large selection of bread, jam, yogurt etc. Only 3 items on hotside buffet( scrambled eggs, bacon and sausages ). Overall i enjoy one night stay. Recommended.

Rozumiem, że to hotel dla backpackerów na nocleg, więc spodziewam się, że będzie blisko autostrady i rozumiem, że muszę przejść około 1 km ciemną drogą, żeby tam dotrzeć, ale przynajmniej muszą najpierw wpuścić gościa do lobby. Dotarłem do hotelu około północy, recepcjonista był nieobecny, nikogo nie było przy recepcji, a obsługa została zlecona komuś pracującemu zdalnie za pomocą domofonu z przodu budynku. Hotel wdrożył nowy system meldowania z wykorzystaniem automatu do meldowania, który będzie wymagał podania kodu w e-mailu z potwierdzeniem. Jednak kodu nie było nigdzie w aplikacji trip.com ani w moim e-mailu z potwierdzeniem. Co gorsza, recepcjonista mówił z bardzo silnym francuskim akcentem po angielsku, więc nie mogliśmy się dobrze porozumieć. Ostatecznie miły pan poszedł zapalić i pomógł mi się z nimi po francusku, rozwiązując mój problem. Gdyby go nie było, prawdopodobnie zostałbym zamknięty na noc na zewnątrz. To niewiarygodne. To bardzo nieprzyjemne doświadczenie. Piszę, aby poinformować innych turystów zagranicznych, że jeśli nie potrafią rozwiązać tych samych problemów co ja, powinni trzymać się z daleka od tego miejsca.

The location is strategic, about 1.5 km from Petite France, making it convenient to reach various tourist attractions. That said, don’t expect a luxurious stay—this place is just okay but reasonably priced. Parking is available for €14 per night.

AAnonymous UserHonestly one of the worst hostels I’ve stayed at in Europe. The reading light at my bed didn’t work and it never got fixed even after I told the staff. The rain shower was impossible to adjust — the water was way too hot. No hair dryer available either. The bed also had a weird sticky smell which wasn’t pleasant. Pros: Location is great, easy walking distance to main attractions like Notre-Dame de Strasbourg. The building and neighborhood look nice. Common space atmosphere is great and hype. Average service from teenager staffs.

GGuest Userby late arrival easy to miss the elevator activation procedure (press activate & call- to connect with reception) and you have to climb up to the 6th floor. Next hussle the payment of 75€ deposit for the room payable by credit card but no amex 🙈🙈🙈 So it wasnt possible as with my german debit card it never worked in france too 🙈🙈 Finally after messaging the boss n waiting his reply it was possible to pay cash for the deposit…..and dont forget you are in france so tourist tax have to be paid as well 🙈😬😬 lets see how the breakfast will be tomorrow morning. clean room but no fridge, glasses or any nice complimentries/ greenery in the steril room.

We arrived at the hotel just before 8.00 pm on 22/03/2024 - tired after after a long day of travelling. When I presented our ”Check-in vouchers” for the two rooms that we had reserved and pre-paid for online with Trip.com, the lady at the reception said that they were only room guarantees and did not represent that we had already paid for the rooms before arriving at the hotel. Therefore, I gave her our written receipts from Trip.com for our payments for the two rooms and asked her to call Trip.com to confirm that we had already paid for the two rooms. She then gave us incorrect entry codes for our two rooms, for which I had to return to the reception where she then gave me the correct entry codes. Later that evening when we passed the reception to to go out of the hotel to find somewhere to eat and I asked her if she had telephoned Trip.com yet, she acknowledged that the rooms had already been paid for online.

AAnonymous UserRoom was spacious, good and clean. The only thing was that the reception hours need to be communicated properly. We arrived at least half hour before the stated closing hours but already no one there. As we booked through trip.com, we didn’t receive the instructions to the safe where they dropped all the keys for « late » guests. But obviously we weren’t even late as mentioned, we arrived before the reception closing hours. Thankfully we met a gentleman who had the safe’s access code and we were able to retrieve our room keys

GGuest UserI needed a place to sleep overnight to break up my trip from the south of France ti Belgium, and this was perfect. Right off the highway, but with no traffic noise or pollution. The clientele, mostly truckers, were polite and quiet, there was no noise at night or in the hallways. The staff was pleasant and readily available, check-in and out was simple, the buffet dinner was a good quality all-you can-eat. If you're looking for a clean, simple, friendly place to rest on your trip, I highly recommend this hotel.

NNutbrowndogWe booked this hotel at the last minute on Trip.com. We were driving from Geneva to the tunnel at Calais. We arrived around 7 pm. There was a very helpful lady on the reception who gave us all the information we needed for a very pleasant stay. The room was very clean and nicely decorated. The bathroom was also very clean with clean towels and everything was spotless. I can definitely recommend staying here if you are travelling through Troyes.
