2-Star hotele w: Nagano Prefecture, Japan

„The hotel is really well situated, less than 10 minutes from the JR station, and on the same street as the Shrine, so there were lots of places to eat nearby. I stayed in a dorm, which had more people than I expected for a room (I think I saw at least 60 bed/lockers) so it was quite loud even at night as people kept walking in and out. The actual bed was fine, and the people at the front took their time to walk me through what to know for the hostel. The lounge is a little awkwardly partitioned, but at least you get a space to use if you need food. The dorm itself, I think has a little too many people to be comfortable but is clean enough. The lights never turn off, but because you have a curtain, it blocks out most of it. The largest issue is the noise, since people are coming in and out at random times of the night, and the buttons to open the door are also quite loud when you're trying to sleep. If you want ear plugs, they have them for a fee at the front. Nagano overall was very nice though, and the location made it a lot easier to get around.”

„ค่าtaxi ไปและกลับจากสถานีรถไฟ เที่ยวละ 900 เยน ไม่แพง เคยลองเดินจากสถานีมาที่โรงแรม โดยแวะเข้า Hotaka Shrine แล้วเดินเลียบทางน้ำมาเรื่อยๆ เปิด Google map นำทางไปด้วย ไม่หลง และเป็นเส้นทางที่รื่มรมย์ ตัวโรงแรมไม่ใหม่ แต่สะอาดใช้ได้ lay outของห้องพักแบบ twin room ประหลาด แต่ส่วนตัวแล้วชอบมาก เพราะมันมีความเป็นส่วนตัวซึ่งกันและกัน หน้าต่างของทุกห้อง มองเห็นเทือกเขา Japan Alps อาหารเช้าจัดมาเป็นชุด ให้เลือกแบบJapanese หรือ western จัดวางได้น่าทาน และรสชาติดีด้วย ติดๆกันกับโรงแรมมีร้านขายอาหาร take away ชื่อ hottomotto อร่อยและราคาประหยัด หรือจะเดินไปอีกทาง ก็มี community mall ที่มี super market , Muji และ Mc Donald เจ้าของที่พักทั้งหญิงและชาย น่ารัก อัธยาศัยดี และสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้เข้าใจ”

„I stayed in the single room with shared bathroom. The room is comfortable but beware that there is no door in the room, just a courtain so it’s very much like sleeping in dorms in terms of noise. They do sell earplugs in the reception. Facilities are clean. Location is great, very close to the station. Good value for price.”

„This hotel is beyond my imagination. OMG ! The place was so amazing I chose Chalet with my family member 8 persons. They really in love with the place and all speak the same that we will definitely come back again ! The owner has a service to bring you to the supermarket at 4 pm everyday. That's awesome we can do cooking and enjoy precious meals with our family. There are not many houses here so it is the best option for anyone who looking for the cozy places and can also enjoy the wonderful snowy view. Thank you Ms. Hana to take care of us along the stay ! :)))”

„Location: A 10-minute walk from Kami-Suwa Station, which is acceptable. There are convenience stores a couple of blocks away, and a small shop inside the hotel. However, Kami-Suwa is very dark at night with few and dim streetlights, making it a little scary to walk alone. Cleanliness: Incredibly clean! Most hotels just change the beds, collect the trash, and wipe things down, which is why I always use disinfectant wipes to clean myself at every hotel. Usually, the wipes turn black after use, but this hotel is one of the few where the wipes didn't! I appreciate the cleaning staff's responsibility; the hotel should reward their excellent service. Service: Although you might not see anyone in the lobby, the staff are actually in their offices. Just walk to the lobby counter or the small shop, and a staff member will come to you shortly. Facilities: The hotel has onsen (hot springs), one indoor and one outdoor. The indoor temperature is a little higher, but still within acceptable limits. The outdoor temperature could actually be a bit higher. Also, the rooms have bathrooms, so you won't be pressured to use the onsen. The breakfast buffet was delicious, made with local ingredients. The oden was just as good as what you get elsewhere! The cheesecake for dessert was amazing; I ate three! After breakfast, you can even take away a cup of coffee or tea – fantastic! Highly recommend buying breakfast. Overall: Very satisfied. I highly recommend this hotel if you're staying in Kamisuto. It's clean, has a nice onsen (hot spring) and a private bathroom, and the breakfast is superb. There are no downsides! It feels like a four-star hotel, not just a two-star one.”

„Nice hostel, but only one shower and one toilet. 2 dorms and in one dorm 6 beds available. Otherwise alright and nice old style architecture. Just not convenient enough for some people I might say.”

„極有温度的一家日式旅館。雖然行李搬上搬下都要走陡峭鋥亮的木質樓梯，屋內老古董讓人生怕碰壞，所有賓客共用衞生間洗澡間和温泉♨️。但卻那麼温馨，樓上樓下合理利用空間，20間左右的客房錯落有致。舒服的温泉泡湯，鬆軟的布團榻榻米和店裡寧靜的環境讓人的心放鬆下來。旅館經營者是一對年逾八旬的老年夫婦，每天樓上樓下忙碌着，迎來送往，81歲的老先生不僅身體硬朗還記憶力超羣，每次住客出門他都把客人的鞋子挑出來放在客人面前，從不出錯。老奶奶也是容光煥發親切可愛，客人跟她説的每一句話她都不會忘記，用心細緻。送別時兩位長者穿着拖鞋站在門外一直跟我們鞠躬揮手告別直到巴士遠行。也許就是使得這家百年老店一直傳承下來的緣故。希望大家入住時也能感受到他們珍貴的温暖並善待珍惜。”
