The room is suitable for a couple that is looking for a budget place to stay for vacation. The environment and decorations are vibrant. It just we found a little stain on the comforter, and i hope this won't happen again. Overall, it is good and comfortable.

Hands down, one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I arrived, everything just clicked. The atmosphere was calm and elegant, with just the right touch of luxury. The staff? Absolute legends — polite, attentive, and genuinely happy to help with anything. The room was pure comfort — crisp sheets, perfect lighting, and that heavenly scent that makes you feel instantly relaxed. The view from my window looked like it was straight out of a postcard. Breakfast was divine, the pool was sparkling, and even the smallest details — from the room decor to the background music in the lobby — made the whole stay unforgettable. If you’re looking for a place that blends comfort, class, and heart… look no further. This hotel doesn’t just meet expectations — it destroys them (in the best way possible).

Location:Very close to airport. Below is 7-11,and mamak store. Very good location. Cleaniness:Bed sheet has stain ,toilet have small crocoach. Toilet water stuck. Room is smelly Facility: Toilet door no lock. Have hot water. Provide soap and towel only. Charger got two, one beside the bed, one behind the tv. Behind the tv have limited spare, cant use for phone charger

Pokoiki mogły by być lepiej utrzymane pod względem czystości. Niby są nowoczesne ale brak porządku, jakiegoś pomysłu na to ....brudne podłogi lustra, okropny zapach naftaliny. Brak czystych ręczników wszystko przekreśla. Wystarczyło by lepiej posprzątać i zadbać o wystrój lepszy wnętrz. Lepszy pomysł. Brak wieszczów, półek. Duża przestronna łazienka a nie ma gdzie odłożyć ubrań to samo dotyczy pokoi. Brudne baterie i lustro w łazience Telewizor w pokoju jest chyba po to aby na nim wieszać ubrania. Nie wiadomo gdzie odłożyć ozdobną narzutę na łóżko, na podłogę i nią wyciera się kurze kucki pod łóżkiem. Zapach naftaliny zamienić na inny nie odurzający zapach. Czyjeś zle koordynowanie hotelem skutkuje złą opinią a nie potrzebnie, hotelik ma potencjał. Tak jak by komuś juz się nie chciało dbać o wizerunek hotelu. + Na Plus dobre urozmaicone śniadanie Możliwość napełniania butelek świeżą wodą. Bardzo uprzejmy personel w recepcji. Możliwość przechowania bagażu.

The location very centrally to miri city,the reception she very helpful like to day had small incident with the Grab driver(language barrier) immediately she was ready to sort it with the professionalism and help,thank you sorry i did not get her name but the one with masked. The cleaning everyday in the room with new towel and the best smell towel ever cross around hotels. The in-house hotel called The Yard very handy to the customer's especially now the rainy season in Malaysia.

No hot water for our shower, we complained early in the morning around 6AM before our run, and came back again around 9AM but still no hot water. Wondering if they really take note of our complaints or not. Overall, everything was good

Nearby to government agencies in the old town. Can visit nearby river view area, old temple, old market and old air strip.

1.bidet not clean.. also shower room got customer hair even the the room just after the cleaning services. 2.TV no signal.. 3.system announced can check in 2pm.. when i got there 2.30 pm still cannot check inn, front desk said room not clean yet.. 😂 and i need to wait more than half an hour.. 💁🏻♀️

Zostań w tym hotelu na 5 nocy. Lokalizacja jest strategiczna i 4~5 minut spacerem do nabrzeża. Możesz łatwo dostać jedzenie tu i tam. Obszar wokół to głównie miejsca turystyczne i możesz zjeść duże, ładne owoce morza w budynku UTC. Zaledwie 5 minut spacerem od hotelu 🏨. Jeśli chodzi o hotel, toaleta w pokoju ma karalucha 🪳, ale udaje się go zabić. Inne rzeczy są normalne w tym hotelu i mają dobry stosunek jakości do ceny 💰💰💰. The room was clean. The shower is very strong, this part I like it very much. But there is no door in the shower area and the water splash floor near the basin area and the bathroom is wet and dangerous for senior citizens. Front desk staff were very helpful to carry out luggage up to the 2nd floor due to lift malfunctions. Thank you so much
