Great log cabin in idyllical surroundings in Hurdal. Short distance to lake with swimming and fishing opportunities in the summer, and to cross-country and alpine skiing in the winter. Pleasant cabin with open kitchen and living room solution with TV and fireplace. Two bedrooms with double beds and a loft with several mattresses. There is a double daybed in the living room if you don't want to sleep at the loft. Bathroom with shower cubicle and sauna. Large terrace and nice outdoor areas, garden furniture and barbecue. There is a lake only 700 meters from the cabin, with a lovely beach and great fishing opportunities (fishing license is required). Great hiking opportunities in the area, and if you want a summit hike, you can visit Fjellsjøkampen (812 m). Hurdalssjøen Hotel has boats, canoes and kayaks for rent and offers guided tours for a fee. In addition, the hotel has a great spa. Lots of blueberries, lingonberries, and mushrooms in the area. During winter, you can ski at the alpine center at Hurdal 6 km away, with slopes for both young and old. Avoid long queues and enjoy yourself on the slopes all day. Come and relax in small cozy room in stylish house. One room for one guest . I have 2 separate bedroom for rent for single guest. I have listed them separately .. Oslo airport Is only 15 minutes by car and 15 -20 minutes by bus. Oslo center is max 1 hour by bus. The access to buses towards Oslo center and Oslo airport is at 5 minutes walking distance . It is Bus number 400 for both directions. Bus stop called *Eltonåsen* to arrive at my home. Kiwi / Extra markets, medical store and Gas station at 5 -7 minutes walking distance. The guest room is upstairs . Room and bathroom on same floor. One bedroom is upstairs with bathroom . This room will be for the guests Bathroom is shared for guests and host. Towel is provided. Hair dryer as well Kitchen can be used. Washing machine room is in basement . Can be used for a few of 100kr service . I am always available on phone or messages . I am working during week days but always reachable . Tip: Don’t follow the route suggested by Maps. There is a small path by the pedestrian crossing near the Kiwi store. New and beautiful log cabin located on a hill with a beautiful view of Hurdalssjøen. From the terrace with barbecue and outdoor fireplace you can enjoy the view over the wonderful surroundings. The cottage contains a large living and dining room, 2 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms. There is a small loft above the living room if anyone wants to crawl up there and sleep. Waterborne underfloor heating throughout the cottage. Wood burning stove; one sack of firewood is included. If you want more firewood, you need to take care of it yourself. Hurdal offers beautiful fishing lakes, beaches, and skiing opportunities. The lake Hurdalssjøen is right nearby, here you can fish for pike and perch. The beautiful beach Å beach is about 3 km away with a lovely sandy beach, small benches and barbecue area. Hurdalssjøen Hotel has a pool and spa area which can be used by everyone for a fee. Råholt water park is only a 15-minute drive away. Alpaca hiking is also an activity you can take part in in Hurdal, trips of about 2 hours can be arranged for a fee. Lots of berries and mushrooms in the area. The nice farm shop Loftet at Eidsvoll is worth a visit, here you can shop and have lunch in the cozy café. In winter, you will find groomed cross-country trails right by the cottage. 10 km from Hurdal Ski Center with several slopes for both adults and children and a cafe with drinks and snacks. An hour to Oslo by car or train. If you are tempted by a summer trip aboard Skibladner, the world's oldest wheeled steamer in operation, it is just under an hour's drive to the harbor at Hamar, Kapp or Gjøvik.
