To już drugi raz, kiedy tu jestem. Naprawdę mi się podoba. Lokalizacja jest świetna (wiele restauracji, kraftowe piwo i łatwy dojazd metrem), a personel jest przyjazny i pomocny. Oferują szeroki zakres cen, od pokoi wieloosobowych po pokoje prywatne. Tym razem wybrałem pokój prywatny zamiast pokoju wieloosobowego. Był mały, ale bardzo czysty i miał balkon. Wspólna łazienka i prysznice były bardzo czyste.

Arrived late near 10pm but was still greeted by a friendly night shift guy, helped me with a quick smooth check in. got room 506, bed 6, very nice lay out in room that's not crampy, sufficient space for each bedder and bags, beds are comfy and pillows great. toilets are clean and shower water hot with good pressure. wifi signal in room is great even at 5th floor, didn't buy the breakfast but saw they have a good spread of eggs, hams tarts and bread. room doors need a bit of pressure to close securely when entering or leaving. great location in Baixa with lots of food places around and easy walk to sights! will recommend anyone in Lisbon to try this place out. common space also nicely laid out, not a very social hostel though, so if looking to connect, bear in mind.

The place is nice and clean. The location is comfortable very close to the bus from the airport and to metro stops. The only problem I had is that the room was very cold and there was no heater. Was easy to leave the keys in the box for checkout

Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo! C era tutto quello di cui avevamo bisogno; il check in si fa nell' hotel di fronte, ma sono stati tutti gentilissimi. Deposito bagagli sicuro e custodito nell' hotel del check in. Aree comuni carine, pulizie ottime con personale disponibile. Sinceramente per il prezzo pagato, andava più che bene! Abbiamo apprezzato il bollitore, il frigo, la doccia spaziosa e la vicinanza alla metro (ma in venti minuti eravamo in pieno centro a fare colazione a piedi)

Dom Sanchio 1 to urokliwy, rustykalny hotel w fantastycznej lokalizacji. Jest dobrze skomunikowany, z mnóstwem taksówek, dworcem kolejowym, autobusami i kultowym tramwajem linii 28 tuż za rogiem. Victor i Tarsis to prawdziwe perełki – zawsze gotowi służyć pomocnymi rekomendacjami i sugestiami, które sprawiły, że nasz pobyt był jeszcze lepszy. Niemniej jednak są pewne wady. Sprzątanie było bardzo skromne, ograniczając się głównie do zmiany ręczników i szybkiego sprzątania łóżek. Śniadania były monotonne i dość skromne przez cały nasz czterodniowy pobyt. Największym wyzwaniem była jednak łazienka – była niesamowicie mała, prawdopodobnie najmniejsza, jaką kiedykolwiek spotkałem w hotelu lub hostelu, wymagająca przejścia bokiem, żeby do niej wejść. Ogólnie rzecz biorąc, to wygodne i przyjazne miejsce, jeśli lokalizacja i miła obsługa są dla Ciebie najważniejsze, ale przygotuj się na niewielkie udogodnienia i proste udogodnienia.

Lokalizacja tego hotelu jest świetna. Jest bezpośrednio połączony z miastem linią lotniskową. GGuest UserThe room is very basic, bed is comfy, but pillows are tiny. The bathroom was a bit on the small side, especially the shower (I'm 6'2) and there was some black mould on the back of the door. You get what you pay for and this did the job of being a place to sleep and shower.

GGuest UserThis is not a quality hotel, but it is in a great location and if you understand something about the rooms you might find it ok. We booked a superior double room and firstly it is not a double bed. The hotel told me they do not have double beds in these rooms, they are all singles pushed together. Secondly there definition of ‘superior’ is that the rooms have been recently decorated and are superior to what they used to be. The reality is that they extremely small rooms, a hanging space either side of the bed with 3 hangers, no wardrobe and no drawer space whatsoever. I think for 1 night this is manageable. Beware some sites show this room with sofas and wardrobe’s- they do not exist as a double room. These are triple rooms and these rooms are more spacious and have a double bed, wardrobe and drawers. Not all have sofas! I found all this out on a recent stay. I booked a superior double and the hotel moved me to a larger triple room. So good customer service. But in peak season I might have been stuck!

However, when I entered the room, the smell was so strong it almost made me lose my sight. The beds were old and creaked with every movement. The person sleeping in the upper bunk sounded like he was drowning and was talking in his sleep, not to mention the other people snoring. It was only one night, and I will not repeat the experience at the same place again.

SSharon ShaminiDom Sanchio 1 is a charming rustic-style hotel with a fantastic location. It’s well-connected, with plenty of taxis, the train station, buses, and the iconic Tram 28 just around the corner. Victor and Tarsis were absolute gems—always ready with helpful recommendations and suggestions, which made our stay even better. That said, there are some downsides. Housekeeping was very minimal, limited mostly to towel changes and a quick bed tidy-up. Breakfast was repetitive and quite basic throughout our four-day stay. The biggest challenge, however, was the bathroom—it was incredibly small, probably the tiniest I’ve ever come across in a hotel or hostel, requiring you to walk sideways just to get in. Overall, it’s a convenient and welcoming place if location and friendly service matter most, but be prepared for the compact facilities and simple amenities.
