Nice hotel. They were not able to help me with my cancelation request because I booked through trip.com which apparently I was told by the desk clerk that ”they don't work with them” which I find odd considering I was able to book a room with them via trip.com. This was disappointing. I feel this needs a second look.

RRegiena MillerI talked with Savannah over the phone; she was extremely helpful and friendly. I wish more places had people like her. Everything was great until we got into the room. We had traveled all day and was tired, but the tub was dirty, so my husband cleaned out the hair in the tub. The bed was comfy although there was a deep sunken in spot where we seemed to roll into it all night. But that was ok because it was a comfy bed. It got a bit cold, because the blanket was as thin as a sheet, with no extra covers to be found. As we're packing our things to go, we discovered trash under the bed, and some black crumb looking stuff in the drawer. We were looking forward to the nice breakfast, because on the confirmation it said a Western breakfast, only to find, one small box of mini powdered doughnuts and a few beagles. There was only 1 small round table to seat 2 people. No beverages other than hard-to-find coffee. No fruit, no muffins, no cereal, NOTHING. What was served, does not even count as a continental breakfast! We had to leave to go get breakfast. We book our hotels based on the breakfast. In our experience, including working in hotels for 25+years, a continental includes a variety of food, including fruit, cereal, muffins, and sometimes a way to make waffles. They also have multiple drink options, such as milk, orange juice, apple juice, hot chocolate, and more. When I spoke with front desk, mostly to get Savannah's name, (because her service was exceptional) I told them about the dirty room and NO BREAKFAST, and they made it clear they did not care. The guy that had not been there the night before, claimed, kind of rude, they advertise a continental breakfast. This was NOT A CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST!!!!! A western breakfast consists of sliced bread with jam, butter, coffee, fruits, vegetables, or eggs. Sometimes a western omelette.

About one-third of the residents in the area are Mexican, so this town has many affordable Mexican-style restaurants for tourists to choose from. In addition, it is within easy reach of Gannison Canyon National Park and is a preferred place to visit the national park. It is recommended that a Smother taste not far from the hotel, which is rated by the local as the best Mexican restaurant, is very suitable for my wife and I. Affordable, fast and convenient. Although Trip Network informed the hotel that breakfast is not provided, it is actually a simple breakfast with bags of milk, burgers and dessert biscuits for the main guests. The hotel also provides hot water and coffee 24 hours a day, which is very convenient. Recommend friends in need to choose to stay here.

GGuest UserI did not realize that this motel was unattended and that I needed to go through hoops to get my room number and an access code. I would not have booked it if I had known that. The room was as basic as I've ever seen, The trim on the walls baseboard and ceiling was simple 1x2 pine boards caulked with white caulk and unpainted. The bathroom vanity was 2x6 frame again unpainted supporting a granite top, The front of the wall unit was damaged so there were no louvers and it was really noisy. I placed to chair in front of it to direct the air away from the bed. TV worked and WIFI worked fine. The load AC unit drained out and other noise if there was any.

GGuest UserA lovely hotel. Good price, good location, very friendly and helpful staff. Very comfortable bed. Free coffee/tea/hot chocolate 24/7, as well as warm cookies in the afternoon. A nice touch. Breakfast was good, not a big buffet, but enough. Unfortunately the thing that let this hotel down was the awful smell in our room and the mould all over the bathroom and in the shower. There was wallpaper peeling off the wall and a rusted light fitting. A shame, because otherwise it would have been perfect.

We were welcomed as a pet owner which is very important as some places say pet friendly but treat you like they rather you didn’t have a pet. Why do they say pet friendly? This place was very welcoming and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. We would definitely come back. The motel is very near the downtown area. This place was excellent.
