„Świetny stosunek jakości do ceny. Hotel był bardzo uprzejmy, spełniając moją prośbę o dobry przydział pokoju. Pokojówki są miłe i dumne ze swojej pracy. W chwili pisania tego tekstu wszystko w tym hotelu zasługuje na solidne 4 gwiazdki. To naprawdę świetny, solidny produkt ze względu na niedawny remont. Powiedziałbym, że 70% pokoju, z wyjątkiem łazienek, przeszło remont. Ale i tak cały pokój był nieskazitelnie czysty. Klimatyzacja działała bardzo świeżo i chłodno. Nie było żadnych zapachów. Obsługa pozostawiała wiele do życzenia. Recepcjonistka była wyraźnie przytłoczona pracą. Tylko nie otwierajcie katalogu pokoi i nie oczekujcie, że zapewnią usługi, które tam są, na największej bezsensownej stronie, jaką kiedykolwiek widziałem w hotelu. Będzie dobrze. Powiedziałbym, że całkiem podobał mi się pobyt tutaj, mimo że przyjechałem z niewielkimi oczekiwaniami.”

„Po prawie trzech tygodniach poszukiwań zarezerwowałem ten hotel. Przeczytałem wiele recenzji potwierdzających wygląd pokoju. Przyjechaliśmy z dziećmi o 12:00. Okazało się, że pokój, który nam dał hotel, był taki różni się od obrazu. Nie wspominając o tym, że łóżko (jesteśmy czteroosobową rodziną) było zmęczone i senne. W tej chwili naprawdę wpłynęło to na nasz nastrój. W recepcji powiedziałem, że to właśnie zarezerwowaliśmy później ponownie przeczytałem komentarze i zrobiłem zrzut ekranu zdjęcia z recenzji, aby ponownie potwierdzić, kiedy je zarezerwowałem. Po otrzymaniu zdjęć skontaktowaliśmy się z obsługą klienta Ctrip i ostatecznie zmieniliśmy pokój następnego dnia. Zmieniony pokój był równie duży i wygodny jak widzieliśmy na poprzednich zdjęciach. Dziękuję bardzo obsłudze klienta Ctrip za ciągłą komunikację i rekompensatę w wysokości 150. Śniadanie w tym hotelu jest przeciętne. Jeśli przyjeżdżasz z dziećmi, w rzeczywistości nie pobiera się opłat za jedzenie dla dzieci, ale poproszono nas o zapłatę przy zameldowaniu. Pokój, na który zmieniłem się później, jest nadal wysoce zalecany, a stosunek ceny do wydajności jest dobry. Dokonując rezerwacji pamiętaj o potwierdzeniu zdjęć z obsługą klienta, aby uniknąć przeniesienia do innego pokoju! Oto jak to wyglądało po zmianach. Jedyne, co się nie zmieniło, to szafka nocna obok łóżka. Łazienka też nie jest taka, ze względu na rodzinę.”

„It's a little out of town but I chose it for the close proximity to the beach and swimming ,which is about a 10min walk from the hotel. There are street food and drinks stalls available from about 3pm . Tanjung Aru beach is beautiful, uncrowded and the beach shelves away gently making it a safe swimming area. However, the beach had rubbish washed up and maintenance isn't a priority I guess. I swam everyday and didn't get sick ,that's a bonus. The room ( the whole place)was tired looking, it could do with a lick of paint and maintenance. Room was clean when I got there but I strongly doubt it was cleaned in the entire time I was there for five days. Often had to ask for toilet paper , shampoo and shower gel , and coffee sachets etc ,basics to be stocked whenever housekeeping does their cleaning. Air con worked for me although the settings couldn't be altered ! The bed springs creak and you feel the springs when you sit on the bed but I slept ok only because I was usually exhausted from the day's activities . The beds and mattresses definitely need renewing though. The fridge was mouldy and smelly , what a blooming shame : / The safe was broken - hallelujah! I kept my room door locked at all times only because Reception staff hardly looked up to see who comes and goes- they sit very low,almost out of view at their front desk. I wasn't convinced about their perception of safety especially as I'm a solo female traveller and I need to be alert and take great caution. Casuarina Hotel are you taking note? Reception is helpful but that depends who is present. Lifts work fine without too much of a wait. The cafe on ground level serves an American breakfast but I couldn't tell you whether that's worth your while. It looked like Mary Celeste everytime I peeped in there so wasn't convinced about getting fed or a service. Therefore, I had fruit and snacks as standby .. There's a lovely restaurant a few yards from the hotel called the Yolo Seafood Restaurant which tends to open from 11.30am- delicious and inexpensive with friendly staff. Grab taxi fare to city centre varies from MYR 7- 25 Ringgit ,the higher tariff if returning during commuter rush hours from city centre which is a 15- 25 min ride . Would I stay here again ? I would actually knowing all its idiosyncrasis compared to so many awful or simplly mediocre accommodation charging an arm and a leg , I think Casuarina is just ok . Value for money? I don't think so .”

„I had an absolutely unforgettable experience at Sutera @ Mantanani Island. From the moment I arrived, I was completely mesmerized by the island’s beauty the crystal clear turquoise waters, soft pearly sand, and breathtaking views felt like something out of a dream. Every moment spent there was pure bliss. What truly made the experience even more special was the warmth and friendliness of the staff. Their genuine smiles and welcoming hospitality made me feel right at home and added so much heart to the trip. Whether relaxing by the beach or simply soaking in the peaceful atmosphere, everything about Mantanani felt magical. Overall, it was a perfect escape, and I truly enjoyed every second of my stay. Sutera @ Mantanani Island is a hidden gem, and without a doubt, I will be returning again in the future.”

„Check in was simple and straightforward. Room was very spacious and clean. Room equipped with an induction stove and microwave. However, some of the cooking equipment needs to be refreshed and should be more thoughtful (i.e. providing metal spatula and a non stick pan will only leave guests to scratch the non stick). Nonetheless, the hotel is well located, very near the airport and close enough to the city. Nearby shops at the nearby shopping complex is decent. Appreciate the view from the pool and rooftop.”

„I had a wonderful stay at Mapple Home. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything I needed — ironing facilities, hair dryer, microwave, fridge, TV, heater, WiFi, plates, bowls, pots, cutlery, glasses, pans, an electric stove, and a very comfortable mattress. The entire area was spotless and well-maintained. Special thanks to the host, Syafini, for being so helpful in answering all my questions and kindly allowing me to check out late at 12 pm. The sea view was absolutely beautiful and truly healing — I could enjoy the calming view of the ocean right from the bed. Overall, an excellent stay. Highly recommended!”

„This place is truly amazing! All my fellow Chinese travelers, come stay here! The owner is Chinese, so communication was a breeze. Our flight landed late at night, and it wasn't safe to take a taxi outside, so the owner even arranged a pick-up from the airport for us. The hotel just opened recently, and the overall decor is incredibly cozy and beautiful. The rooms are spotless, with no dust in the corners or bathrooms – it was a very comfortable stay. Most importantly, the owner is incredibly, incredibly, incredibly kind and generous; they even gave us fruit to eat. When we wanted to buy food at night, the owner helped us out, not wanting my friend and I to encounter any trouble, and they didn't mind the hassle at all. Every day, they'd proactively ask us where we were going and how our day was, patiently recommending and helping us find tours when we wanted to book an island day trip.”

„Przewodnik dotyczący zameldowania w Ctrip jest bardzo szorstki. Przeczytałem wszystkie recenzje i stworzyłem przewodnik, ale nadal byłem zdezorientowany, kiedy przybyłem na miejsce. Podaj adres Sutera Harbour Marina po prostu nie zadziała. W tej okolicy znajdują się trzy hotele: Silk Magellan, Silk Pacific i Golf Club (klub golfowy i country club w Sutera). Marina znajduje się za lobby klubu golfowego. Jest kilka małych kiosków, w których można udać się na wyspę. Jeden w hotelu Manukan to mały zielony pawilon. Personel zarejestruje numer bagażu i przywiąże do niego kilka małych przywieszek molo około 13:30 na pokładzie. Po wejściu na wyspę pobierana jest opłata, która wynosi 25 ringgitów dla dorosłych i 20 ringgitów dla dzieci. Zameldowanie w pokoju na końcu estakady. Jeżeli liczba osób w pokoju przekracza limit, każda osoba musi zapłacić około 85 juanów za dobę, w tym śniadanie. Hotel jest podzielony na dwie części ograniczone estakadą. Zaleca się pobyt w pokoju na górze, ponieważ okolica jest dobra i cicha. W strefie turystycznej jest głośniej. Śniadanie oferowane przez hotel jest nadal bardzo obfite, ale cena jest nieco za wysoka, jeśli zamówisz je samodzielnie. Na wyspie znajduje się mała droga, która prowadzi do punktu zachodu słońca. Ma ona długość 1,5 km i w zasadzie nie ma tu żadnych świateł ulicznych. Kiedy wrócisz po obejrzeniu zachodu słońca, będzie już ciemno. Wzdłuż plaży nie ma możliwości dotarcia do punktu zachodu słońca. W nocy można wybrać się na plażę, żeby złapać kraby piaskowe, są bardzo duże. Zwróć uwagę na czerwone mrówki na wyspie, te małe, które gryzą ludzi.”

„The location is excellent, just a short walk to popular eateries like Shuang Tian, Da Jia Lai, and Tian Xia Ke. I usually don't book breakfast when I reserve a hotel, but I saw a special deal this time and many people raved about the variety, so I decided to try it. There was indeed a good selection, and I especially enjoyed the hot noodles from the noodle station. Oh, one thing I wasn't happy with was the elevator's scent – it was way too strong. I had to hold my breath every time I went in. Could you perhaps choose a more subtle fragrance?”
