„I stayed for 2 nights at Diamond Hotel Manila during my business trip. The room was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of TV channels from kids’ shows to sports. The bathroom was large and clean, and check-in/check-out was fast and smooth. Breakfast had a good variety of choices, and I especially enjoyed the bar and the Japanese restaurant inside the hotel. You get what you pay for. A budget (express) hotel for travelers on the go! If you simply need a nice, clean and convenient place to sleep in, then this is the hotel for you. Located right across the NAIA Terminal (there's a walk bridge nearby that connects you to the airport terminal), conveniently across a shopping mall, a casino and various commercial establishments in and around the Newport City township. Everything is easy access for you. The hotel gym/fitness center is too basic. I expected a bit more because they did advertise it in their website. Fortunately, there is an Anytime Fitness branch nearby (a short walk) that's open 24 hours. Their ”express breakfast” is ok. Basic, nothing fancy, but enough to get you through the day. The BEST part about this ”express” hotel is their Express Checkout. Simply drop your room keys at the box (near the elevator) on your way out! No need to check-out at the counter!

Ii need a flat iron then i call from housekeeping dial 5 a girl answered i told her my intention of calling , but she in a sarcastic way she said u can birrow a flat iron only for 30 mins and i just said if only 30 mins maybe later ill borrow then i just hang up after an hour i called again in the housekeeping different girl answered she said akright i will bring it now to your room and the service boy just signed this maam, snd thrn no more i asked the boy after i finished do i need ti call he said no msm just left it outside.. so after i finished i just call the housekeeping the girl said alright i will send somebody yo pick it up until i checkout the flat iron still in our room… how come service person sometimes rude but the ithers are not… i hope that bayview park hotel train well their service attendant specially answering guest in right manner… not to sarcastic and too exaggerated ways…

The hotel is a bit old and a little far from the city center. However, ordering a Grab is very convenient, and you can get picked up and dropped off right at the entrance. Overall, I still think it's pretty good. Thumbs up! 👍

Don’t booking this hotel through the travel agency online especially this travel agency ； it is Super inhumane, once you make a reservation; No matter what uncontrollable events occur to you ; there is no way to cancel tthe booking even the travel agency doesn’t confirm with the hotel yet; Even when you apply for cancellation, there will be no refund, even if no one check-in . No matter how Ctrip negotiates,with them ; they will not cancel the terms of use of this dominant platform; Although the hotel has a free cancellation policy； if anything happens, you will not cancel or receive a refund; It is not allowed to modify the name of the occupant or the reservation date. A particularly malicious agent. Stay away from this travel agency.

Good location near the araneta collisium, affordable price and I highly recommend their breakfast buffet. My suggestions would be their toiletries and room lights. Management needs to replace the towels because it looks old and adds more light in the room. It took us almost 30 minutes to complete the check in process.

There was a convention happening on the day we checked in, so the hotel was understandably very crowded. The reception area had a long queue, and one of the receptionists seemed to take quite a while to process each guest (I’m not sure if he was new). We started queuing at around 1:00 PM and waited for about 30 minutes before it was our turn. When we finally reached the counter, the receptionist informed us that our room was still not ready and asked us to come back at the official check-in time. This was a little disappointing since it was only about 30 minutes before check-in, and we had already noticed other guests being given their rooms before 2:00 PM. Having to queue again after already waiting for 30 minutes wasn’t the best experience. On the positive side, the hotel’s location is excellent. It’s directly across from SM Aura and within walking distance of Market! Market!. There’s also a 7-Eleven and Mang Inasal just outside the hotel, which is very convenient. My only concern is that the hotel’s frontage is near a busy intersection, so crossing the street can feel a bit risky. The breakfast was decent, and the coffee served at the restaurant was surprisingly good. Overall, the location and amenities made up for some of the inconvenience during check-in, but I hope the hotel can improve its check-in process, especially during busy periods.

This hotel is very convenient to stay at for friends or families because location is very near from any store or restaurant you want, walk is okay if you needed exercise or take a public transportation for fast destination. Staffs are friendly but still be extra careful with whatever or wherever you are anywhere. There’s a pool to enjoy, small cafe downstairs, wi-fi is included though a little bit slow sometimes…but easy to stay at!

Been booking Eurotel everytime since its fronting Rob Manila. The bed is not soft and the beddings are quite old and are yellow-stained already. Also, one problem is the bedding (bedsheet) keeps coming off from the mattress which is a hassle. Hallway sometimes smell of cigarette
