Pullman Hotel Zhu Hai, a hotel you never want to miss. We did a Staycation at this hotel for my wife's birthday, which brought many surprises. The rooms were spacious with warm decorations for the celebration. The staff are amiable take care of our needs. Special thanks to desk manager Jackie and Elena for their relentless hospitality throughout our stay. Thank You, Pullman Hotel.

I have been staying at the White Swan Hotel for around 27 years now, and it continues to be a place I truly enjoy returning to. The riverside location is still outstanding, and the views over the Pearl River are simply beautiful. The overall layout and atmosphere of the hotel remain very pleasant and well thought out. The rooms may not be ultra-modern, but they are well maintained, comfortable, and perfectly adequate for a relaxing stay. What really stands out, however, is the staff – without exception, they are extremely friendly, attentive, and professional, which makes a real difference. There is plenty to do in the surrounding area, with a good selection of restaurants nearby for both daytime and evening dining. Beijing Road is also not too far away, which is very convenient. Even though I had not visited for several years, I was genuinely very satisfied with my recent stay. Of course, there is a certain sense of nostalgia for me personally, but that aside, this is simply a very good hotel. I can wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone spending a few days in Guangzhou. Sitting by the river is a real pleasure, the team is excellent, and the breakfast is generous and of high quality – nothing to complain about at all. We also very much enjoyed the afternoon tea. With several good restaurants within the hotel itself, everything is taken care of. All in all, a top experience.

We arrived at the hotel before 1300 and the room was not ready. The lady at the counter then offered us a free upgrade and free access to the executive lounge for happy hours. Amazing. The room is a standard hotel room with a king sized bed. The TV only has 10 local channels and none of them is English channel. The bathroom is a big plus and it comes with all basic items (comb, brush, shaver, etc). It has a shower area and a bathtub area. Quite spacious for this kind of standard hotel room. We were at 19/F and the view was also great! Highly recommended!

Nie potrafię opisać, jak wspaniały był pobyt w Asia International Hotel. Przyjechałem w panice, bo zabrakło mi 40 juanów na moją półtoragodzinną podróż taksówką, ale konsjerż Ricky wyszedł do taksówki i dopłacił resztę z własnej kieszeni. Mogłem wtedy wymienić dolary australijskie na chińskie juany i oddać Ricky'emu pieniądze. Takie rzeczy się nie zdarzają. Cały personel był niesamowity i niezwykle pomocny. Spędziłem tam tylko jedną noc, ale śniadanie w restauracji na 45. piętrze, skąd roztaczał się widok na cały Kanton, było absolutnie obfite i pyszne. Na pewno zatrzymamy się w Asia International Hotel podczas naszej następnej wizyty w Kantonie. Bardzo dziękujemy.

Musieliśmy zmienić hotel, aby poczekać na bilet kolejowy podczas chińskiego Nowego Roku, a to miejsce nie było daleko i było piękne. Projekt był nieco eklektyczny (w filarze pokoju), ale znajdowała się w nim piękna wanna z hydromasażem i kilka sprytnych chińskich elementów kulturowych. Śniadanie miało cudowną obsługę i piękne tło. Siłownia była otwarta od wczesnych godzin porannych do 22:00, chociaż wydawało się dziwne, że trzeba wyjść na zewnątrz, aby się tam dostać. Zatrzymałbym się ponownie, ale sprawdź układ pokoju

The hotel was conveniently located a short walk away from the metro and is easily identifiable due to its unique design. There are a few malls nearby that has sufficient eateries. Few street food available though within walking distance. We were given a room on the top floor and the room felt new, modern and sufficiently bright. Lounge canapes had variety, and breakfast was excellent with many local delicacies. Staff very friendly, helpful and responsive on wechat. An excellent stay and would certainly stay again if I go back to Guangzhou.

Staying at the hotel during the typhoon turned out to be a smart decision. While the entire city was shut down due to the severe weather, the hotel remained operational, with its restaurant open and serving delicious meals. I thoroughly enjoyed my time there, despite the storm outside. The hotel had reinforced gates designed to withstand strong winds, which made me feel incredibly safe. The atmosphere was surprisingly cozy, and I appreciated the staff's efforts to ensure guests were comfortable and well-fed. I definitely plan on returning for another stay in the future!

We had an amazing stay over Valentine’s Day. The hotel was beautiful and the sea view was absolutely stunning. The service was very good throughout our visit, and the receptionist was especially friendly and welcoming, which made a great first impression. Overall, it’s one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. We really enjoyed our time here and would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a special getaway.
