We had an amazing stay over Valentine’s Day. The hotel was beautiful and the sea view was absolutely stunning. The service was very good throughout our visit, and the receptionist was especially friendly and welcoming, which made a great first impression. Overall, it’s one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. We really enjoyed our time here and would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a special getaway.

First time staying at Rosewood chain and had a good experience. Service was good and room was nice and clean, with a nice view. There was also a very big and well-equipped 24 hour gym.

Pullman Hotel Zhu Hai, a hotel you never want to miss. We did a Staycation at this hotel for my wife's birthday, which brought many surprises. The rooms were spacious with warm decorations for the celebration. The staff are amiable take care of our needs. The hotel location is terrific, very clean, perfect facility with great services. We have a great greeting from Lisa who provided us all the information, accommodated us, surprised us by upgrading us with lake view room. Letting us to experience what the lake view is and how great is the hotel located. We have a great time with an enjoyable stay. Will come again, thanks

My overall stay was very pleasant. The hotel's environment is elegant and grand, and the internal facilities are well-maintained. Check-in at the front desk was efficient and convenient, and the concierge service was thoughtful and meticulous. I especially want to thank Nicole from Guest Relations in the lobby; she was warm and polite throughout, provided helpful travel guidance, and handled everything calmly and thoroughly. The room comfort was excellent, public areas were clean and refined, and the overall service was detail-oriented. It was a truly memorable stay.

W tym roku ja i mój mąż przyjechaliśmy do hotelu Four Seasons Guangzhou, aby po raz pierwszy świętować naszą rocznicę. Ten pokój dwuosobowy jest taki wygodny! Widok na rzekę łączy małą talię ~ najlepiej prosperującą scenerię Kantonu. Wysokie łóżko Yyds jest bardzo dobre do spania. Pokój jest duży i dobrze wyposażony we wszystko. Dostaliśmy na powitanie świeże owoce z wieloma rodzajami ^_^ i dali nam również super wykwintny i pyszny tort rocznicowy, jeszcze raz dziękuję 🙏 Usługa ścielenia łóżka jest również bardzo uprzejma, ręczniki na podłogę są przykryte, czuje się wspaniale, obsługa klienta również jest naprawdę troskliwa, nie mogę tego wszystkiego odłożyć. szczęśliwe zdjęcia, naprawdę mądrze jest wybrać Hotel Four Seasons, hehe, następnym razem na pewno ci pomogę, gdy tylko nadarzy się okazja💗

I had a wonderful stay at the Crowne Plaza Chao Zhou Riverside because of its strategic location for Guang Ji Qiao lighting show from my window. The staff were friendly and attentive, namely Miss Jenny Zhang, who served us promptly at the counter. Another guy, Mr Tom Fang,   took hiring and calling for the 'Didi travel' to and fro for our dinner. Moreover, Mr Jason Chen,who is the 值班经理 also acted friendly, deligent, helpful, and professional in his  services for our stay and tour. In fact, we appreciated it very much for such a warmth hospitality. Besides, the room was clean and conducive, and the facilities were excellent. We especially enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere here. Thank you for making our stay pleasant and memorable. We look forward to returning soon and introduce to friends and relatives as well.

Highly recommended! The front desk staff, especially Ev, provided exceptionally thoughtful service. They were polite and gentle, and even proactively offered advice on local attractions. The room was spotlessly clean, and the soundproofing was good. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices. My entire experience was excellent, and the attention to detail in their service was truly heartwarming.

I have been staying at the White Swan Hotel for around 27 years now, and it continues to be a place I truly enjoy returning to. The riverside location is still outstanding, and the views over the Pearl River are simply beautiful. The overall layout and atmosphere of the hotel remain very pleasant and well thought out. The rooms may not be ultra-modern, but they are well maintained, comfortable, and perfectly adequate for a relaxing stay. What really stands out, however, is the staff – without exception, they are extremely friendly, attentive, and professional, which makes a real difference. There is plenty to do in the surrounding area, with a good selection of restaurants nearby for both daytime and evening dining. Beijing Road is also not too far away, which is very convenient. Even though I had not visited for several years, I was genuinely very satisfied with my recent stay. Of course, there is a certain sense of nostalgia for me personally, but that aside, this is simply a very good hotel. I can wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone spending a few days in Guangzhou. Sitting by the river is a real pleasure, the team is excellent, and the breakfast is generous and of high quality – nothing to complain about at all. We also very much enjoyed the afternoon tea. With several good restaurants within the hotel itself, everything is taken care of. All in all, a top experience.

We arrived at the hotel before 1300 and the room was not ready. The lady at the counter then offered us a free upgrade and free access to the executive lounge for happy hours. Amazing. The room is a standard hotel room with a king sized bed. The TV only has 10 local channels and none of them is English channel. The bathroom is a big plus and it comes with all basic items (comb, brush, shaver, etc). It has a shower area and a bathtub area. Quite spacious for this kind of standard hotel room. We were at 19/F and the view was also great! Highly recommended!
