Mindy from Guest Relations pre-arranged a wonderful room for us and thoughtfully provided an introduction to the hotel beforehand. We were extremely satisfied – a perfect 10/10! The hotel's overall ambiance strikes a great balance between ceremonial elegance and a warm, inviting atmosphere. Despite its high-end brand service, it never feels stuffy or distant.

My stay at Hilton Yantai Golden Coast was fantastic! Winnie at the front desk was so friendly and efficient with the check-in process, and she patiently answered all my questions. The room offered a superb ocean view, with floor-to-ceiling windows directly overlooking the sea – watching the sunset in the evening was incredibly therapeutic. The breakfast buffet had a rich variety of options, with both Chinese and Western dishes available, and the local specialties were delicious. I was very satisfied with the food. The hotel is very close to the beach, making it convenient for walks. The overall environment is clean and quiet, ensuring a comfortable stay. It's an excellent choice for a vacation in Yantai.

This European-castle-style resort hotel, nestled on Aoshan Bay in Jimo, Qingdao, offers an exceptional overall experience. It's great value for money and perfectly suited for family vacations with kids, as well as leisure and wellness retreats. 1. Location and Views The hotel is about 50 kilometers from downtown Qingdao. While it's relatively remote, this distance from the city's hustle and bustle ensures a wonderful sense of tranquility. It's right next to Aoshan Bay's kilometer-long golden beach, with direct access downstairs. The sea views are outstanding, and some sea-view rooms boast a panoramic 270-degree vista, perfect for enjoying the ocean and taking photos. The hotel itself features a Mediterranean European style, with an exterior resembling a dream castle and a grand, elegantly decorated lobby. Next to the hotel, there are numerous indoor and outdoor hot springs with crystal-clear water, ideal for a relaxing soak.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, directly across from MixC mall. It's a mere 3-5 minute walk to May Fourth Square and the seaside boardwalk. Olympic Sailing Center, Hisense Plaza, and the Third Bathing Beach are all just a 10-minute taxi ride away. The subway station is right outside, making dining and shopping incredibly convenient. I loved the Westin Heavenly Bed, the spacious room, the White Tea scented toiletries, and the well-designed bathroom with a separate wet and dry area. I was extremely satisfied with my stay during this Qingdao trip! 👍

It was great to stay in this hotel in Weihai for three nights. The location is very good, just opposite the Weihai Campus of Shandong University. You can reach the No. 1 Beach and Torch 8th Street by crossing the campus. The most satisfying thing is the food and beverage in this hotel. The breakfast is super rich and delicious. By the way, the hotel also offers a set meal of sea intestines and rice. The price is acceptable and it is also very delicious. If I have the chance to go to Weihai, I will stay in this hotel again. When I left the hotel, I was given a gift bag of snacks that my children love to eat. It was full of sincerity.

My stay at the Mövenpick Hotel Qingdao West Coast far exceeded my expectations! The room was clean and tidy, and the facilities were well-maintained, making for a very comfortable stay. Annie, a staff member, was incredibly kind and friendly, and responded quickly to any requests. The hotel's location is super convenient for transportation, making it easy to get around, and there are plenty of options for dining, entertainment, and activities nearby. The environment is quiet, perfect for a good night's sleep, and the value for money is excellent. I highly recommend it whether you're visiting the West Coast for leisure or business!

Excellent service, and the room was spotlessly clean. The front desk staff were very welcoming and helpful. The hotel's proximity to the airport is incredibly convenient, making it highly recommended, especially for late-night arrivals or early morning flights. This hotel offers fantastic value for money.

The female staff members I encountered at this hotel were all wonderful. When I booked a tent, I was told the beach would be shady in the afternoon, but I actually needed the tent more in the morning. They were very helpful and changed my reservation to the morning. When checking in, they noticed I had a small baby and proactively asked if I could wait a few hours to get a room upgrade to a sea-view room. Since I was going to Mount Laoshan that day, I checked in in the evening and was upgraded directly to a sea-view room. Many thanks to the front desk staff who checked me in and the staff who helped me book the tent. The room was also cleaned very well every day.

For the past few summers, whenever I travel with my child, we've stayed at a Crowne Plaza. The Crowne Plaza Qingdao is in a great location. While the facilities might be a bit older, the cleanliness and service are consistently excellent. What's more, the price was half of what I paid last October in Xiamen. During my stay, I received a handwritten note from Ms. Liu Fengci from the service team. Even if it's part of her routine, it still brought a warm feeling to my heart as a guest. And then there's Ms. Yu Fei from customer service, who proactively called to check on our needs during our stay. The hotel truly demonstrates the soft power of an established brand. This time, I could genuinely feel they valued and looked forward to guest feedback on their work. I rarely write reviews, but this time I felt compelled to leave my thoughts.

Having visited Qingdao many times, I thought I knew all the local attractions. However, after checking into the Shangri-La, Guest Relations Manager Cherry's recommendations for lesser-known spots unlocked a whole new way to experience Qingdao. Tired of the overcrowded, Instagrammable sites like Zhanqiao Pier and Badaguan, I was looking for quiet, off-the-beaten-path viewpoints. Cherry, understanding my preferences, suggested heading up Signal Hill to the revolving observation deck. From there, you get a panoramic view of the old town's red roofs and azure sea, with fewer crowds – perfect for photos, and a great way to avoid large tour groups. For dining, she recommended Grandma Haiyan's Seafood Potsticker, an old local favorite. The cuttlefish potstickers, with their thin skin and generous filling, are a hidden culinary gem on Zhongshan Road. Cherry's communication was professional and poised, and she proactively shared tips on avoiding common tourist traps and expenses at attractions. While the hotel's accommodation quality was impeccable, it was Cherry's professional yet passionate service that truly stood out, breaking the stereotype of conventional front desk service. She thoughtfully curated a personalized itinerary for me, resulting in an exceptional experience. Definitely worthy of a five-star recommendation!
