5-Star hotele w: Penang, Malaysia

This is one of the loveliest hotels we have stayed at. The staff is exceptional and extremely friendly. The environment is elegant and welcoming. The grounds are impeccably manicured. The dining experience is classy but reasonably priced. The rooms are well cared for, comfortable and clean. The breakfast buffet has a wide array of options and is very delicious. This hotel is very remote and is a fifty minute drive to Georgetown....but the seaview is worth the extra traveling. Thanks to the ENTIRE staff for giving us such lasting memories. 💛💛

Facing the ocean view with the fresh sea breeze and peaceful atmosphere was truly relaxing — we even forgot there was a TV in the room. The walking path on the ground floor, with the displayed items and photos, brought back wonderful memories of the past. The continental breakfast, along with nice coffee and tea, was another highlight of our stay. Whenever I travel to Penang George Town again, this will definitely be the only hotel I choose to stay at.

Great hospitality and service throughout my stay in Penang Amari Spice Hotel. Upon arrival, the reception team kindly upgraded me to a Premier King room without any request, which was a wonderful surprise. The room was spacious, clean, well-maintained, and had a pleasant scent—everything was excellent. I would like to express my utmost appreciation to the midnight team on 21/03/2026. During our stay, my friend suddenly fell seriously ill during midnight . We attempted to call emergency services (999), but unfortunately were unable to get through to the nearby general hospital immediately. The situation was critical, and waiting another 10–20 minutes could have put my friend’s life at risk. Thankfully, the Penang Amari hotel team acted swiftly and professionally. They followed up with us, and the female manager along with the guy management team arrived promptly to assess the situation. They provided immediate support and helped arrange transportation to the nearest hospital, ensuring we arrived within 10 minutes. Thanks to their quick response and care, my friend’s life was saved. And even after check out they still texting us to concern on the guest safety. We are deeply grateful for their kindness, efficiency, and dedication during such a critical moment. Prawie idealne wakacje w Parkroyal Penang.. ++ plusy: 1. pokój był przestronny z fajnymi udogodnieniami przy basenie 2. widok na plażę jest piękny o zachodzie słońca 3. mieliśmy ciekawych gości w postaci małp na naszym ogromnym balkonie 4. doceniamy miłą obsługę w ogóle, od sprzątania dziennego po ekipę gastronomiczną Niestety z kilkoma rażącymi niedociągnięciami 😣 - - minusy: 1. zameldowanie w pokoju wieczorem, zauważono, że podłoga i leżanka miały mnóstwo drobinek piasku. Nocne sprzątanie przyszło, aby to naprawić tak późno, gdy jedliśmy posiłki w pokoju i kazało nam czekać na sprzątanie następnego dnia, ponieważ zbliża się ich czas zakończenia 😧😅 2. Recepcja popełniła błąd, obciążając moją kartę kredytową depozytem w wysokości 400 USD, zamiast zatrzymać depozyt 😏. Podczas wymeldowania poinformowano mnie, że muszę czekać na zwrot pieniędzy w ciągu 2 tygodni. 😩 3. wybór śniadań mógłby być lepszy, biorąc pod uwagę, że jest to hotel 5🌟. Nowe dania w bufecie można było podać wcześniej, po ich skończeniu.

Layout is nice and comfortable. The kids love it. I like the drawers provided under the beds. Initially I was worried about lack of a cabinet for clothes. Water dispenser is very well used by us. Plenty of power sockets near the bed. Swimming pool had a great view. Chlorine taste was crazy strong though. Kids thought the water was salty. Biggest gripe is that this place is too popular. 4 lifts serving the 30+ levels of patrons are not sufficient. During peak periods like meal, arrival or checkout timings, we waited more than 15mins to get into the lift. Overall very pleasant stay.

Very thoughtful and very friendly hotel team! They even provided kids amenities when I mentioned I bring two toddlers. Overall the experience is very great! Hotel is very new and clean, the water pressure is super strong as well, basement carpark provided is free too! The location is very strategic , walkable distance to malls and playground opposite. Kids love the kids club! Very toddler friendly even tho they doesn’t have playground, they have books, art and crafts and toys, the staffs there were very attentive to kids as well! Thumbs up! Will definitely recommend and come back again soon!

Hotel offers a comfortable and pleasant stay. The rooms are clean and well maintained, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The location is convenient, with easy access to nearby malls Gurney Plaza and Gurney Paragon. The breakfast menu is somewhat limited, but it is still satisfactory. The room soundproofing could be improved, as conversations from outside can occasionally be heard. Overall, it’s a good choice for travelers looking for an affordable stay.

Ogólnie rzecz biorąc, nie jest źle. Lokalizacja hotelu jest dobra, te miejsca są bardzo blisko. Jednak Wi-Fi jest fatalne, nawet korzystając z ich Wi-Fi lub własnego łącza, nadal nie mogę go dobrze połączyć. Poza tym widok na morze był w porządku, chociaż nadal jestem rozczarowany, że widok na morze będzie bardzo blisko hotelu, ale w rzeczywistości jest to nadal odległość. Dodatkowo śniadanie było w porządku, nic specjalnego, menu prawie codziennie takie samo.
