5-Star hotele w: Penang, Malaysia

This hotel is incredibly convenient, with a convenience store on-site and plenty of local eateries and supermarkets nearby. The room was spacious and very clean, with an open view outside. Since it's a serviced apartment, it came equipped with a fridge, microwave, and cutlery, which was perfect for making a simple late-night snack with groceries bought from the supermarket. However, there were a couple of downsides: the water pressure was quite weak, and there was a strange drain smell coming from the bathroom, which definitely needs improvement. The gym and infinity pool are located on the 36th floor. The pool was super clean and the views were absolutely stunning! 👍

Facing the ocean view with the fresh sea breeze and peaceful atmosphere was truly relaxing — we even forgot there was a TV in the room. The walking path on the ground floor, with the displayed items and photos, brought back wonderful memories of the past. The continental breakfast, along with nice coffee and tea, was another highlight of our stay. Whenever I travel to Penang George Town again, this will definitely be the only hotel I choose to stay at.

Ogólnie rzecz biorąc, nie jest źle. Lokalizacja hotelu jest dobra, te miejsca są bardzo blisko. Jednak Wi-Fi jest fatalne, nawet korzystając z ich Wi-Fi lub własnego łącza, nadal nie mogę go dobrze połączyć. Poza tym widok na morze był w porządku, chociaż nadal jestem rozczarowany, że widok na morze będzie bardzo blisko hotelu, ale w rzeczywistości jest to nadal odległość. Dodatkowo śniadanie było w porządku, nic specjalnego, menu prawie codziennie takie samo.

Hotel offers a comfortable and pleasant stay. The rooms are clean and well maintained, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The location is convenient, with easy access to nearby malls Gurney Plaza and Gurney Paragon. The breakfast menu is somewhat limited, but it is still satisfactory. The room soundproofing could be improved, as conversations from outside can occasionally be heard. Overall, it’s a good choice for travelers looking for an affordable stay.

Wspaniały pobyt w hotelu Ascott! Fantastyczne udogodnienia – basen, siłownia, pralnia, duży pokój zabaw dla dzieci i kryty basen ze zjeżdżalniami. Pokoje były niezwykle przestronne i wykończone na wysokim poziomie. Codzienne sprzątanie zawsze szło świetnie, a kosmetyki były dobrej jakości. Wygodne poduszki i łóżka oraz duże okna. Polecam ten hotel osobom podróżującym służbowo, rodzinom i parom – spełnia on wszystkie potrzeby. Śniadanie również było świetne – chociaż zostaliśmy na Boże Narodzenie, więc było dość tłoczno… ale mimo to basen nigdy nie był zatłoczony. Piękne widoki z basenu. Jeśli wrócę do Penang, zatrzymam się tu ponownie.

Very thoughtful and very friendly hotel team! They even provided kids amenities when I mentioned I bring two toddlers. Overall the experience is very great! Hotel is very new and clean, the water pressure is super strong as well, basement carpark provided is free too! The location is very strategic , walkable distance to malls and playground opposite. Kids love the kids club! Very toddler friendly even tho they doesn’t have playground, they have books, art and crafts and toys, the staffs there were very attentive to kids as well! Thumbs up! Will definitely recommend and come back again soon!

It is rather disappointing that while that room is simple and nice, it seriously lacked the basic necessities of the room. Pls take note that there are no room slippers provided and the floor clearly is not cleaned (our socks are black as we did not bring our own slippers). The WiFi is also not stable, firstly we couldn't even find our room WiFi and the technician came to fix it. However, the connection was lost on and off hence, very frustrating. Pls also take note that there is no daily cleaning / refreshing of the rooms. We stayed for 3 nights and we had to make do with how we entered the room from 1st day to last day. :( Besides the location, we probably wont come back to stay again, unless the management of apartment decided to improve the level of service and amenities provided to guests.

In short scene, cleanliness, service and design are absolutely outstanding. Definitely worth to stay. The room was silence thanks to the impeccable sound insulation, making a restful night’s sleep away from the city’s and other’s hustle and bustle, the time ever I have perfect sleep in a hotel. Housekeeping was considered as top-tier, not perfect, since there was noticeable dust floating around. Staffs are friendly and helpful, every need was met even I had to ask. Security is paramount, strangers couldn’t access ur specific floor without room card, as lift/elevator do not provide floors button.

Amazing bday staycation. Everything was excellent. Room very cozy very nice. All staff were very helpful. Hospitality excellent. Very nice ambience, hotel smells good. Recommended for those who want to ”healing2”

This is one of the loveliest hotels we have stayed at. The staff is exceptional and extremely friendly. The environment is elegant and welcoming. The grounds are impeccably manicured. The dining experience is classy but reasonably priced. The rooms are well cared for, comfortable and clean. The breakfast buffet has a wide array of options and is very delicious. This hotel is very remote and is a fifty minute drive to Georgetown....but the seaview is worth the extra traveling. Thanks to the ENTIRE staff for giving us such lasting memories. 💛💛
