2-Star hotele w: Melaka State, Malaysia

The hotel was a pleasant place to stay and met my expectations well. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, which made the stay relaxing. Staff were friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with any questions or requests. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby shops, restaurants, and transport. Facilities were good and added extra comfort to the experience. Overall, the hotel offered good value for money and a smooth, hassle-free stay. I would recommend it to travelers looking for a comfortable and reliable place to stay, whether for business or leisure.

The hotel has provided the facilities as committed in their booking-page in the acceptable condition to their customer, i.e. me. Despite it is a budget hotel only and the overall appearance is slightly vintage :D, the room, the bed/mattress/blanket, bathroom, showering water heater, etc. are still clean and in acceptable condition. Besides, if communicated/spoken to the hotel, it has self check-in option for the check-in after business operation hour, i.e. mid night. Travelers can acquire the room key/card by themselves from a locker with a provided pin code. These enable me to have a good rest after making an urgent booking in night time, travel over 100km then reach the hotel at 1.30 a.m. mid night. The attached photos show the self check-in/out facility, public drinking-water-dispenser and fire extinguisher. Although I can't expect much from a budget, I would like to suggest that the air-con in the room to have service/maintenance so that it won't produce much noise. By the way, the noise only distract us slightly from having rest. After all, based on the offered/discounted price, the room is satisfactory and recommended.

Niewiele rzeczy podoba mi się w tym hotelu: 1. Dużo zapłaconych parkingów przed hotelem. Będziesz musiał pobrać aplikację, aby zapłacić za parking. 2. Przejdź do Jonker Street & restauracje. Nigdy nie będziesz musiał podkreślić, że rezerwacja Grab dotrzeć do Jonker Street & utknąć w ruchu. 3. Śniadanie za darmo. Nieco chaotycznie, ponieważ w jadalni jest ograniczone stoły i krzesła (obok recepcji), ale oferowane śniadanie są przyzwoite. Chciałbym zaproponować, aby goście przynieśli śniadanie i jeść w hotelu.

I stayed at Asiatic Hotel Melaka and booked the Family Suite with jacuzzi. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with a living area, balcony, and in-room spa bath. While it’s not a true duplex layout, the suite still felt roomy and comfortable for families or groups. The jacuzzi was definitely the highlight – perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the city. Amenities such as WiFi, smart TV, minibar, and toiletries were all provided, making the stay convenient. Parking is available in front of the hotel, free but limited on a first-come, first-serve basis. If you arrive during peak hours, you might need to circle around to find a spot. Location is excellent – close to major attractions like Jonker Street, A Famosa, and shopping malls (Dataran Pahlawan, Mahkota Parade). There are plenty of eateries and convenience stores nearby, so dining is not an issue even though the hotel doesn’t have its own restaurant. One small downside is the soundproofing; you can sometimes hear noise from the hallway. The lift is also on the smaller side, so it can get busy during peak times. Overall, Asiatic Hotel Melaka is a great choice if you want a spacious suite with jacuzzi, free parking, and a central location. It’s comfortable and good value, especially for families or friends traveling together.

i asked for an additional pillow and the reception guy told me that i have to pay for it. i asked him how much, he seems unsure and he just told me that its around rm10 which i think it's unreasonable and i didnt take it. the next morning, i asked another guy for the price of the pillow and he told me it's rm3! suggest hotel administrator to educate the staff with correct info. to avoid customer disappointment. thank you.

Easy checkin process. Very fast response staff that handle our check in. Even check out process is very easy. No hassle at all.

Both my husband and l loved this place. We’ve been here many years ago and now back with a room that has a garden, beautiful, spacious, couldn’t be better.  Absolutely nice. Location very convenient, staff very friendly. Will definitely be back.

Perkhidmatan Dari hey stay management sangat bagus, pantas Dan mudah difahami, Dari check in hingga check out.Kemudahan dalam rumah terbaik cuma untuk kemudahan luar iaitu sauna dan jakuzzi tidak ada. Walau bagaimana pun anda akan berasa puas hati atas perkhidmatan, kebersihan, perkhidmatan adalah terbaik Dan anda x akan menyesal kerana memilih Hey stay management Atlantis residents.

Cons: -Reception closed after 7PM till next day morning! Please beware if you are checking in after 7PM. I reached there around 6.45PM, but already no one there. But there is a notice at the door saying we can contact someone to collect room key. Afterall, we are able to checkin successfully. -No lift. I carried my luggage up 2 floors. I know I can't complain with the price I paid. -No hairdryer. Since the reception is closed, I gave up asking the staff for help. -Looks like this hotel changed its name, now managed by someone else. I am guessing bcs of this, there is no manpower for the reception. Pros: -High value for money, this makes me come back in the future -Spacious room, compared to other hotels with the same price, cleanliness is also good -Quiet environment for me, although it might look a bit creepy at night for someone -Coway water dispenser machine at reception, although the lights are all off since reception is closed. -Ample parking for free. Not private parking by the hotel so I guess there are some kind of small charges by the city council (MBMB) -I actually called the hotel's local line on the checkin day (apparently that time the reception is still open) to confirm my booking. The staff over the phone was nice and polite. *Sry for the messy room as I only took it during checkout

The room is clean, beds are comfortable, shampoo & soap are provided (have to bring your own dental & hair grooming products), the service is warm, friendly & helpful, and checking in & out was very quick. Also, there’s a water dispenser so you can top up water bottles and complimentary luggage storage service is provided to do more sightseeing after check out or waiting to check in. The only downside is that there’s no lift so unless you are staying in the family suites on the ground level, have to lug all your stuff up the staircase to the 2nd floor.
