„The hotel was a pleasant place to stay and met my expectations well. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, which made the stay relaxing. Staff were friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with any questions or requests. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby shops, restaurants, and transport. Facilities were good and added extra comfort to the experience. Overall, the hotel offered good value for money and a smooth, hassle-free stay. I would recommend it to travelers looking for a comfortable and reliable place to stay, whether for business or leisure.”

„The hotel has provided the facilities as committed in their booking-page in the acceptable condition to their customer, i.e. me. Despite it is a budget hotel only and the overall appearance is slightly vintage :D, the room, the bed/mattress/blanket, bathroom, showering water heater, etc. are still clean and in acceptable condition. Besides, if communicated/spoken to the hotel, it has self check-in option for the check-in after business operation hour, i.e. mid night. Travelers can acquire the room key/card by themselves from a locker with a provided pin code. These enable me to have a good rest after making an urgent booking in night time, travel over 100km then reach the hotel at 1.30 a.m. mid night. The attached photos show the self check-in/out facility, public drinking-water-dispenser and fire extinguisher. Although I can't expect much from a budget, I would like to suggest that the air-con in the room to have service/maintenance so that it won't produce much noise. By the way, the noise only distract us slightly from having rest. After all, based on the offered/discounted price, the room is satisfactory and recommended.”

„Niewiele rzeczy podoba mi się w tym hotelu: 1. Dużo zapłaconych parkingów przed hotelem. Będziesz musiał pobrać aplikację, aby zapłacić za parking. 2. Przejdź do Jonker Street & restauracje. Nigdy nie będziesz musiał podkreślić, że rezerwacja Grab dotrzeć do Jonker Street & utknąć w ruchu. 3. Śniadanie za darmo. Nieco chaotycznie, ponieważ w jadalni jest ograniczone stoły i krzesła (obok recepcji), ale oferowane śniadanie są przyzwoite. Chciałbym zaproponować, aby goście przynieśli śniadanie i jeść w hotelu.”

„Nice budget hotel. Sure, there was no TV, wifi was splotchy due to upgrading works, an occasional mosquito that probably flew in from outside. Otherwise, cannot beat the service - very nice friendly staff - always ready to help, can store luggage for short period before check in and after check out, clean space, comfy bed, aircon was great, toiletries smell nice, powerful rainshower and gorpeous toilet bowl with all the electric works. Also, location, location, location. Appreciate being able to pop in and out to escape the heat and rest between visits to attractions. Great food stores, 24hr convenience stores and atmospheric cafes nearby. Despite being so close to Jonker street weekend night market, it was pretty quiet, allowing for good sleep. Definitely coming back on next trip to Malacca.”

„I stayed at Asiatic Hotel Melaka and booked the Family Suite with jacuzzi. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with a living area, balcony, and in-room spa bath. While it’s not a true duplex layout, the suite still felt roomy and comfortable for families or groups. The jacuzzi was definitely the highlight – perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the city. Amenities such as WiFi, smart TV, minibar, and toiletries were all provided, making the stay convenient. Parking is available in front of the hotel, free but limited on a first-come, first-serve basis. If you arrive during peak hours, you might need to circle around to find a spot. Location is excellent – close to major attractions like Jonker Street, A Famosa, and shopping malls (Dataran Pahlawan, Mahkota Parade). There are plenty of eateries and convenience stores nearby, so dining is not an issue even though the hotel doesn’t have its own restaurant. One small downside is the soundproofing; you can sometimes hear noise from the hallway. The lift is also on the smaller side, so it can get busy during peak times. Overall, Asiatic Hotel Melaka is a great choice if you want a spacious suite with jacuzzi, free parking, and a central location. It’s comfortable and good value, especially for families or friends traveling together.”

„i asked for an additional pillow and the reception guy told me that i have to pay for it. i asked him how much, he seems unsure and he just told me that its around rm10 which i think it's unreasonable and i didnt take it. the next morning, i asked another guy for the price of the pillow and he told me it's rm3! suggest hotel administrator to educate the staff with correct info. to avoid customer disappointment. thank you.”

„This super low budget hotel is conveniently located along the main road of Melaka Raya, surrounded by plenty of eateries, kopitiams, convenience stores, and various shops. However, the accommodation could use some maintenance, and cleanliness needs improvement like bathroom, bedsheets and towels. Roadside parking is available for guests.”
