⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Stay at White Palace Hotel!
I had a wonderful experience staying at White Palace Hotel. The service was truly excellent from the moment we arrived. All the staff were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming.
The food was delicious and well-prepared. A special appreciation to the F&B team — their service was outstanding! They were attentive, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile. Honestly, every staff member we met provided great service.
The hotel is clean, comfortable, and very well managed. You can really see that they work hard and achieve their KPIs — everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
Highly recommended! Everyone should come and stay at this hotel. It is definitely trusted and worth it!

Very secured place, homely environment, the food was yummy. Overall the hospitality was fantastic. Especially Shaurov and Saiful they were so good and look after us very professionally.

Good hotel however during my booking period, the hotel relocated me on 2nd night out of 3 nights due to no room availability but my booking already paid. So quite inconvenient to pack and go to other hotel but not with same price of my current booking. But they offer again to stay at 3rd night but it will be troublesome to again pack and repacking luggage.

Location is near airport, dhaka is not a ‘ walkable’ city so you need to get a ride or take a package tour to be able to het around and visit places of interest, hotel was clean and rooms were a good size, came with toiletries, daily housekeeping, staff were super friendly, helpful and hospitable!!! Breakfast was wonderful, loved the rooftop bar, I booked this hotel because of the rooftop infinity pool but unfortunately it was under renovations when we were there, overall would love to stay here again when in Dhaka

Overall, the stay was quite pleasant.
However, I was disappointed that I didn’t receive a room with balcony access, even though I had booked it well in advance and specifically requested it. Aside from that, the hotel staff were accommodating and courteous, which I truly appreciated.
In terms of cleanliness, the room appeared clean at first glance but lacked attention to detail. It seemed like the bedsheets and duvet cover hadn’t been changed, as there were multiple stains on them. The bathroom floor also had several strands of hair, which were only noticeable if you looked closely.
The breakfast was average—not a wide variety, but the food tasted good. One downside was the air conditioning; it was outdated and not so comfortable.
What stood out the most was the friendliness some of the staff. Their warm and helpful attitude made a big difference in my experience.

Very clean hotel and the service was great! Everyone spoke good english and was very courteous even the security guards that opened the door for you. I had an issue with my bed and they promptly fixed it. Location is alright. It's right in Dhaka, but due to how the roads are built, when traveling by car, you have to make a big loop to get to the building. They decided to clean the water tanks mid day, so the water was orange for several hours. They told us to run the water for 15 minutes after but it was still yellow tinge and the remainder of the stay.
Design of the shower is awful. No hooks nearby. You have to walk across the bathroom to get the towels and no where to hang them. The showerhead is attached about 4 feet high so it shoots at your chest or you can use the rainfall shower head where it pours directly down.
Breakfast was mediocre. Selection was ok, taste was ok, but it was not fresh and the good items were not refilled frequently enough.

GGuest UserThis hotel has transport to the airport terminals, which is really helpful. It’s nice and comfortable, perfect if you have an early flight. The location is very close to Dhaka airport, only about a 5-10-minute drive. The room was clean, but the decoration felt a bit old compared to other hotels I’ve stayed at in Uttara.

The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all the modern amenities you’d expect — including a comfortable bed, clean linens, and a reliable Wi-Fi connection. The bathroom was also well-maintained and stocked with essentials.
One of the highlights was the breakfast buffet — it offered a good mix of local and continental options, and the food quality was above average. Room service was prompt, and the in-house restaurant served delicious meals.
However, a few areas could be improved. The check-in process was a bit slower than expected, and the lobby sometimes felt understaffed during peak hours. A little more attention to detail in room facilities like at least a window for air circulation would elevate the overall experience.
That said, The Zabeer Dhaka is a great option if you’re looking for comfort, convenience, and value in the heart of the city. I would consider staying here again.

I was especially happy with the quiet and peaceful environment, which made it easy to rest after a long day in the city. The housekeeping team did a great job keeping everything tidy and well-maintained throughout my stay.
The food at Priyo Nibash was another highlight. Their restaurant served delicious dishes that tasted homely and fresh. Whether it was breakfast or dinner, the food was flavorful and well-prepared. I really appreciated the variety and the fast service, even during busy hours.

GGuest UserThis hotel could be the best one in Uttara area. The service goes beyond the expectation, as you can feel the pure kind heart from their smile. Remarkably Mr. Asif and Ms. Rupa are very impressive. Their manager Mr. Raihan gave a gentle asking if I arrived back to China. Apart from the service, the facilities are also high quality. Gym, swimming pool, SPA, pub etc. are all well equipped. Highly recommend!

AAnonymous UserI stayed at the Lakeside Heights, also known as The Olive Hotel, for 20 days. The rooms varied in quality, with some having various minor issues, which might be due to the hotel's older structure.
I can say that almost all hotel staff were incredibly friendly, except for one night when I requested a room change because it was too noisy, and the front desk staff had a poor attitude. Otherwise, all other staff members, whether at the front desk, security, or housekeeping, were very friendly and polite!
The hotel breakfast offered a good variety, and the gym was sufficient for basic needs, even having a dedicated staff member available for guidance and assistance, which was a great plus!

Breakfast was great with lots of options, staff were always friendly and attentive, airport taxi is seriously overpriced at 20 USD (we didn’t take it), bed and bedding were very comfortable, the cord of the shower head was very short and the water pressure could be better, hallways were a little dirty, bar on the second floor smells like old cigarettes, rooftop was quite nice with a pool, doors and lighting felt a little old, too many light switches and it was always unclear which controls what light, deluxe king room felt smaller and the bed definitely wasn’t king size, room service was great with flexible and diligent service, complementary welcome drinks, fruits and two large bottles of water per day. Wouldn’t recommend getting beer at their restaurant as the menu prices (300 TK for a Hunter) are different from their actual prices (700 TK) and they’re not very honest about this gap.

TTraveler MalaysianA couple of times I stayed at other hotels in Dhaka and this is one of the hotel that is well recommended. The environment at the lobby is so classic and high end and the staff is so polite and so well spoken in English. They provide free shuttle service to pick up from the airport and location is near to airport too. The room is sooo spacious and super clean so as the toilet! The bed was comfortable too. That makes this place indeed well maintained. And never forget their food served at the cafe was good! The only problem are the honk noises from outside. But this is bearable for me. Just that the toilet door has loud cracky noise when trying to close it. But it’s ok. And the most important thing is their WiFi was so slow but ended up they resolved it with another set of router put into my room. Amazing job and I would give this place overall superb!
