4-Star hotele w: Ishikawa Prefecture, Japan

Great location, close to the seafood market and within walking distance of the station. However, the check in process took unnecessarily long time. There was only one staff at the counter and a small groups of 4 guests occupied the 2 check-in machines for a long time, one even without passport and had walked out from the hotel’s front door to look for passport. Yet, the staff didn’t ask them to step aside from the machine. Another Japanese gentleman, also showed frustration while waiting, asked loudly for assistance. We eventually also had to stop a staff member for manual check‑in, which took only 2 minutes. Meanwhile, that same group continued asking about wechat, dinner suggestion, and breakfast venue right in front of the check-in machines. If we didn’t proactively ask for help, then it would take even longer to stand in the line! This was the last thing travelers needed when finally arriving the hotel from a long journey in winter night.

Great hotel in the heart of Kanazawa! Located next to Omicho market, walking distance to Kanazawa castle and Kenrouku Gardens. Fantastic hotel with friendly and helpful staff, especially the front desk. Amenities were also excellent and nice comfortable bed and room size. It’s also the only hotel I’ve stayed in where my request for extra pillows and towels were really fulfilled! I’m so glad and thankful to the hotel for going the extra mile for my requests. And not to forget the nice public bath with nice views! Housekeeping was awesome too with providing clean rooms and sheets within a short time ! Excellent hotel and great staff! Keep up the great service!

The Square hotel Kanazawa was our favourite hotel in Japan so far. 15 minutes walk from Kanazawa Starion and in a great location for our short stay in Kanazawa (we now wish we had booked longer). We walked everywhere, including to the old Samurai district. 3 single beds, 2 were on a platform so that added a bit of Japanese authenticity (a bit). Lovely staff, public bath had tatto restrictions but that’s ok, room bath was really good. I will stay here again when I come back.

Do Omi Town Market jest bardzo blisko, więc można wybrać się tam wcześnie rano na śniadanie z owocami morza 😂 Sklepów jest kilka, a na stolik czeka się już przed 8:00! Recepcja jest bardzo miła i uprzejma. Nie ma problemu, jeśli przyjedziesz wcześniej, wymeldujesz się i przechowasz bagaż! Do innych atrakcji, takich jak „Ogród Kenrokuen, Zamek Kanazawa”, „Muzeum Sztuki XXI wieku” i „Ulica Chaya”, można dojść pieszo. ⋯ Nie ma potrzeby kupowania biletu na autobus wahadłowy Cena jest bardzo przystępna i gorąco polecam! W załączeniu jedzenie i sceneria pobliskich atrakcji.

Stay here for 3 night. Room with breakfast. No variation for their breakfast. Every day is with the same dishes. Also the staff at the reception are not helpful despite asking if there are e available parking lot that can be made available since there are guest checking out. But they insist for us to drive the car from the affiliate parking lot to the hotel to book the space first despite that we told them we are heading out. There is no point for us to just drive the car here and eventually we are still going to drive out isn’t it. They could have just took our car particulars and secure the lot. Very unhelpful young staff till a nicer Japanese older lady willing to assist us.

easy to find, just 2 min walk from train station and a big building in your right hand side. Though not a new hotel with something in common area preferred to be renewed; in side the room is very nice, large room compared with usual standard. Breakfast very nice

This was our return stay at the hotel, but this time we booked a suite — and it was an excellent choice. The suite is very spacious, even with an extra bed added, making it ideal for families or a group of friends traveling together. The bathroom setup is thoughtful, with the toilet and shower area separated, which really adds convenience when sharing the room. The large floor-to-ceiling windows offer a lovely view and give the room a bright, open feel. The included massage chair was a wonderful touch — perfect for relaxing after a full day of sightseeing. As always, the hotel’s location is unbeatable, right by Kanazawa Station and surrounded by plenty of dining and shopping options. Overall, a comfortable and well-equipped stay that we’d happily repeat.

I chose this hotel because it is very close to Kanazawa Marathon starting point. The price during the event was not cheap. It is located in Karimbo area, 1.5km from Kanazawa station. It is also close to Kanazawa Castle, 2km from old town. Very convenient. Check in process was funny as the hotel uses unmanned system. It can be easy or it can be frustrating. My room has no desk but a small sitting table. Check out process was just simply dropping key cards to the kiosk and done.

It was a nice stay with luck as we enjoying snowy in Kanazawa. The hotel is very close to the JR station and shopping centre which is within 15 mins pleasant walk around. It is clean and tidy with good services. There is no doubt to revisit next time.

Its blend of modern aesthetics and comfort makes it a standout choice!
