Od chwili przybycia, czułem się naprawdę mile widziany przez ciepły i uważny personel. Zapytałem o wczesne wejście i późne wyjazdy, a oba były tak gładko i cierpliwie traktowane. - co sprawiło, że pobyt był jeszcze bardziej relaksujący. Pokój był niespotkany, przestronny i niesamowicie wygodny, z pięknym widokiem, który trudno było wyjechać. Każdy szczegół czuł się dobrze przygotowany. W połączeniu z jego doskonałą lokalizacją wszystko było po prostu idealne. Ogólnie rzecz biorąc, to pobyt był ponad oczekiwania. Chciałbym absolutnie wrócić i bardzo polecić to każdemu, kto szuka komfortu i wielkiej usługi.

We stayed here for a family trip and overall it was a decent experience. The room was averagely clean and acceptable for a short stay. Basic amenities were provided, and everything was functioning properly. The overall environment of the hotel was okay, but the property feels a little old and could benefit from some renovation or upgrading. However, it was still comfortable enough for our family to rest after a long day out. In general, it’s suitable for families who are looking for a simple and practical place to stay, though not luxury.

Stafff is so Friendly, welcoming, and fast service. Room: Spaciousness, cleanliness, and comfort of the bed. Amenities: Quality of breakfast, sahur provided for fasting guest most importantly iftar menu all delicious price very affordable. Must try! I booked a king-size bed for me and my daughter. The room was very big (huge huge size) and had two large air conditioners. There was also a big sofa, a table, and chairs in the room, which made it very comfortable. The bathroom was very clean, and I really liked the shower because it had different water settings you could change. Every day they give two welcome drinks, and you can choose alcohol, tea, coffee, or juice. The hotel also has a kids’ play area, a gym, and a yoga room. They provide filtered water, so you can refill your bottle anytime. We ordered the smoked duck pasta and nasi lemak. The nasi lemak was really delicious. This hotel is so closed to the airport. I really loved this hotel and will definitely stay there again.

Although the hotel opened in 2014, the rooms' facilities and cleanliness are still very well-maintained. The shower has great water pressure, making for a very comfortable bathing experience. The pillows in the room were a bit uncomfortable for me – too high and too springy. The bed was large and the mattress was very comfortable. My room didn't come with bathrobes. It was quiet at night, and the air conditioning in the room was strong. Directly opposite the hotel is a large shopping mall, and a big supermarket is not far away. It's also within walking distance to various attractions. The infinity pool is excellent, with a good long lane for swimming. Breakfast is served from 6:30 AM to 10 AM, and the food selection is substantial and fitting for a 4-star hotel, offering everything you'd expect.

Very conveniently located (nearby eateries, within walking distance to malls), pleasantly surprised by the welcome cookies (huge, warm & delicious), friendly staff who attended to our needs very promptly and 5-star hospitality services 👍🏻

Ideal convenient locations to famous foodie places. Opposite has clinic with a young lovely lady doc with good service & treatment. Nearby also has very good, clean reasonable foot reflexology shop. The 3 rooms which we booked have issues like air-con, wooden panel fallen off n caused glasses drop & broke, etc. However, the staff especially the afternoon shift lady which i think her name Vashim was super calm, patient and give us excellent services to settle all issues. The morning shift staff are all also very friendly and very helpful. 👍👍👍. If you want to book, be prepare to accept some inconvenience due to hotel a bit old but trust the staff are always there to assist you. If possible, owner of hotel can consider do some upgrade to attract guests as there are some more new hotels nearby newly opened and prices are very competitive. Overall, we have a great time staying in this hotel and enjoyed our trip. Thank you very much.

Misleading and Inconsistent Children’s Breakfast Pricing - Prior to my stay, I referred to the TRIP website, which clearly stated that the breakfast price for children was RM44.80 per child. However, on the morning of 26th December 2025, I was charged RM56.00 per child for my 6-year-old. When I questioned this discrepancy, the manager claimed that the updated price was already reflected on the website. This was not accurate at the time of my booking, and I was not informed of any price change in advance. I have screenshots of the pricing information as reference. This situation was misleading and caused unnecessary inconvenience.

Świetnie! Mieliśmy wczesny lot i dotarliśmy do hotelu około 9 rano. Recepcja powiedziała, że jeśli weźmiemy dwa pokoje z pojedynczymi łóżkami, możemy zameldować się od razu, a jeśli pokój z podwójnym łóżkiem, to około 13:00. To bardzo elastyczne. Wybraliśmy opcję zostawienia bagażu i zameldowania się później po południu. Pokój był również bardzo dobry, z widokiem na morze – piękny. Atrakcje w pobliżu są w zasięgu spaceru, z pokoju widać nawet Blue Mansion. Na dole jest mnóstwo restauracji i supermarketów, a także sklep z ciastami na pamiątki. Wieczorem jedliśmy na nocnym targu Red Garden po drugiej stronie ulicy, gdzie były też występy. Trzeba było kupić kubełek piwa, żeby zająć miejsce z przodu sceny. W pobliżu była też wysoko oceniana masażownia, która była świetna. Chodziliśmy tam dwa dni z rzędu – bardzo relaksująco.

Good stay at Jazz Hotel Penang 👍 Really satisfied with my trip here. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable, with a bathtub and even a complimentary bath bomb which made the stay extra relaxing. Love the rooftop pool and the overall modern vibe. Location is convenient — walking distance to Straits Quay and easy access to Gurney area for food. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay. Overall a pleasant experience, will definitely come back again!
