4-Star hotele w: Metro Manila, Philippines

Jestem całkowicie zadowolony z pobytu tutaj. Podstawowy pokój dwuosobowy, w którym mieszkaliśmy, jest znacznie większy w porównaniu z innymi hotelami konkurencji, a do tego ma w sobie więcej życia. Personel był pomocny i witał gości za każdym razem, co daje poczucie, że zawsze są mile widziani. Lokalizacja jest bardzo strategiczna, ale trzeba przejść 300-500 metrów, aby dotrzeć do Runway Manila, jeśli zatrzymujesz się z powodu lotu NAIA T3 (to jedyny minus w porównaniu z Belmont), ale zaletą jest to, że zatrzymujesz się w Newport City, a miasto ma wiele do zaoferowania. Siłownia jest również dobrze wyposażona i znajduje się tuż przy hotelowym basenie. Śniadanie w formie bufetu jest doskonałe. Stacja Taho to miły akcent dla każdego, kto wraca do kraju po latach nieobecności. Zarezerwuj ten hotel, jeśli cenisz sobie wygodę i dobry stosunek jakości do ceny.

Spędziłem tu 2 noce i wspaniale się bawiłem. Zameldowanie przebiegło szybko, a personel był niezwykle pomocny w polecaniu restauracji. Mój pokój był nieskazitelnie czysty i miał wspaniały widok na Okadę. Lokalizacja jest idealna – w zasięgu spaceru od Okady i kilku kawiarni. Gorąco polecam na weekendowy wypad!

Hotel znajduje się bardzo blisko lotniska. Myślałem, że będzie głośno z powodu startów i lądowań samolotów, ale wygłuszenie było całkiem dobre. W pobliżu znajduje się wiele restauracji i supermarketów. Śniadanie było bardzo zatłoczone, prawdopodobnie z powodu świąt Bożego Narodzenia; kolejka była bardzo długa. Wybór był przeciętny.

Good overnight stay. Bed was fine, room was clean and just the right size, view was of the Manila bay. They stopped giving plastic amenities (shampoo, soap, etc) and have the dispensers already which helps reduce plastic waste. Water pressure in the toilet and shower is good. In room dining service was also fine, they were busy during breakfast which is normal and the food reached us exactly after 45 minutes. Tried the rooftop bar and there was ample selection of drinks, view was relaxing and air was cool last night. Really convenient to have a connecting walkway from the 4th floor of the hotel to Ayala Mall Manila Bay. All staff were friendly and polite and greeted us if we see them along the hall.   Would have been better if they allowed at least up to 1pm late checkout.

Overall, F1 Hotel Manila is a wonderful choice for travelers seeking comfort, convenience, and superior service in the heart of BGC. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers!

Hotel jest dość nowy, a pokoje czyste, ale ogólne wrażenia były rozczarowujące. Słaba obsługa gości. Przyjechaliśmy około 15:00 i nie było dostępnego parkingu; doradzono nam, aby zaparkować wzdłuż drogi, niedaleko wyjazdu z parkingu Solaire. Zameldowanie było bardzo zatłoczone, kolejki długie, a zasady dotyczące śniadań i wind nie zostały wyjaśnione. Pokój pachniał nowością, ale były w nim komary. Sala śniadaniowa była przepełniona i hałaśliwa, jedzenie nie było gorące, stoliki nie były odpowiednio sprzątane, a my czuliśmy się poganiani z powodu długich kolejek. Śniadanie niczym szczególnym się nie wyróżniało. Hotel został otwarty w czerwcu 2024 roku, więc obsługa gości pod koniec roku powinna zostać poprawiona. Może być lepiej w dni wolne od pracy, ale nie jest to zalecane na pobyty pod koniec roku. Podziękowania dla personelu, a zwłaszcza dla ochrony, za uprzejmość i pomoc.

The stay at Golden Phoenix Hotel Manila was a pleasant experience overall. The room was clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable environment throughout the visit. The beds were cozy, and the amenities met expectations for a relaxing stay. The staff were courteous and responsive, attending to requests promptly and ensuring that needs were taken care of. Housekeeping services were consistent, and the make-up room service was followed as requested, which added to the convenience. The hotel’s location was also a great advantage, making it easy to access nearby establishments and attractions. Overall, the experience was satisfying, and the stay met expectations for a comfortable and enjoyable visit.

Na pierwszy rzut oka hotel wygląda spektakularnie. Nie można nic zarzucić wejściu, ochronie, śniadaniu w formie bufetu i basenowi. Postawa personelu obsługi jest świetna. Napoje powitalne w Hyde to świetna wartość dodana. Hotel znajduje się niedaleko centrum handlowego SM Mall, w którym znajdują się restauracje roślinne i wszystko, czego możesz potrzebować podczas pobytu w Manili. Park Rizal, który jest wspaniałym miejscem historycznym do zwiedzania, również znajduje się w odległości spaceru. Byłem jednak rozczarowany pokojami, okno naszego pokoju było tak brudne, że nie mogłem nawet zrobić zdjęcia pięknego wschodu słońca, co było niefortunne. Internet też jest kiepski. Stopniowa aktualizacja pokoi zdziała cuda, podobnie jak zmiana pościeli oraz starych i poplamionych ręczników, których nigdy nie należy umieszczać w pokoju płacącego klienta. Moja sugestia jest taka, aby być elastycznym i zapewnić miejsce, aby w razie potrzeby pomieścić gości, oraz niewielką modernizację pokoi, aby dopasować je do wejścia.

Our stay overall was good! The location is convenient and easy to reach, though the lobby can get a bit crowded at times. The service was excellent — the staff were very accommodating and did their best to make our stay special. I had requested a birthday surprise, and while they tried their best, the birthday banners unfortunately didn’t stay up and ended up scattered on the floor. Also, the swimming pool was under renovation during our stay, so we missed out on that experience. Still, we appreciated the effort and had a pleasant stay overall.

After a 4 hour flight, I arrived at the hotel around 12:20 PM. The bellman and security were very helpful and friendly, which I appreciated after being up so early. I informed the front desk that I had a reservation for that day and was told off that it was checkout time, which was understandable. After waiting about 20–30 minutes, I was called to begin the early check-in process and told I would be notified when my room was ready. As time passed, I noticed guests who arrived both before and after me, including families and other foreigners receiving their room keys. I understood that official check-in was at 2:00 PM, so I wasn’t expecting rooms to be ready, but I didn’t expect to be the last guest assisted. I started to feel disappointed when I saw a large family arrived around 1:30 PM and received their rooms before I did. By 2:50 PM, when the lobby was empty, I politely asked why our room was still not ready. After nearly three hours of waiting, I was told they were still processing my keycard. The front desk staff did offer a sincere apology when my key was finally handed over, which I appreciated. I stayed for two nights. Unfortunately, the room felt very stuffy, as if it hadn’t been properly aired out or used. The bathroom was also concerning, showing dried water marks, stains on the toilet, and signs of incomplete cleaning. Due to exhaustion, I didn’t wanna think about it. On a positive note, the location was convenient for using Grab to reach Mall of Asia (MOA) and Manila Ocean Park. Overall, while the staff were polite and the location was convenient, the long wait, poor communication, and cleanliness issues made the stay disappointing. This hotel worked for my short stay, but I wouldn’t recommend it if comfort and cleanliness are priorities.
