4-Star hotele w: Santarem District, Portugal

So so good! The location is ideal for visiting Fátima - its just across the street and about 5 mins drive / 10 min walk from the bus station The hotel staff were lovely and even upgraded my room which was a lovely surprise. They were also accommodating to my slightly later checkout which i really appreciated! Thank you to Jorge and the team at Estrela for a memorable stay!

Hotel impressionante quando si arriva tra verde, parcheggio ed hall con colonne e bel pavimento. Poi arrivi al banco check in e vedi che una delle sedie degli operatori è tutta rovinata. Sali nella zona bar e ristorante e vedi che il bellissimo pavimento della hall scompare perché tutto coperto da moquette che in parte non è più aderente al pavimento ma fa delle pieghe dove si rischia d’inciampare. Vai a prendere l’ascensore per arrivare in camera ed i corridoi ti “accolgono” con uno “splendido odore stantio” perché moquette dappertutto, pareti con carta da parati quasi in plastica/tessuto e il resto in legno. Profumo molto intenso di tutto. Entri in camera ed è la metà di quella che avevi prenotato, esci sul balcone e ti accorgi che non veniva pulito da molto tempo. Chiedo spiegazioni alla reception per la camera e lo stato delle pulizie e mi dicono che non avevano camere come quella che avevo prenotato ma mi offrono la possibilità del cambio camera. Vedo la seconda molto grande ma con un odore di “chiuso” ancora più persistente della 1. Vedo la 3 di dimensioni ridotte come la 1 ma con un odore meno persistente. Tengo questa. Molto comodo il letto ma balcone sporco come la 1 sia a terra che la finestra del bagno, il soffitto e le pareti. Finestra del bagno impossibile da aprire, porta del bagno con maniglia rotta, doccia che schizzava dappertutto, rubinetto del bidet da fissare, vasca da bagno “nera” vedi foto. Pulizia di tutti gli ambienti molto sommaria. La struttura è stata costruita in 2 momenti di cui il 1 nel 1967. Forse necessiterebbe di una una profonda ristrutturazione o quantomeno manutenzione e pulizia. Colazione nella media ma con poco assortimento per 1 hotel a 4 stelle. Excelente localização, atendimento e limpeza. Café da manhã farto e delicioso. Possui 2 estacionamentos um menor à frente e um maior atrás do hotel. A estadia foi muito boa. Recomendo.

Ten hotel był piękny. Pokoje są przestronne, łóżka bardzo wygodne. Wszystko było super czyste. Mają kaplicę do medytacji, jest to hotel katolicki. Sklep z pamiątkami w hotelu, również bardzo łatwy dostęp do wysokiej jakości świec na procesję ze świecami w sanktuarium (1 € za sztukę). Mnóstwo dostępnych miejsc parkingowych. Małym minusem był nieoptymalny wybór śniadań, przynajmniej w porównaniu do innych hoteli podczas tej samej podróży. Nadal jadłem dużo.

The hotel lies just outside of the sanctuary. The hotel undergoes some renovations. The rooms are of good size, are comfortably furnished and are spotless clean. The hotel is popular with pilgrimage groups. Some free parking is available. The internet connection is reliable. The breakfast is dull and could be more elaborate, missing some variety of fresh fruits and quality cold cuts. .

Staff were extremely helpful friendly curteaous and respectful nice location very clean breakfast had a very good spread if anyone thinking of visiting our lady’s church it is the place to stay I would overwhelmingly recommend it to everybody.thanks for taking care of us.

To był świetny hotel, prawdopodobnie bardziej zaprojektowany dla dużych grup i konferencji. Ale z tym, że mówiono, było bardzo wygodne. Śniadanie było wspaniałe, a pracownicy byli bardzo pomocni.

My family and I stayed at rhis hotel in February. The staff were all very kind, had good choice of breakfast items, could relax in the evening at the bar, with comfortable armchairs and settees. Great environment. Easy to reach from the Shrine in Fatima Large and clean rooms Conveniently located. My mum is an elderly woman of 85 years old and it was easy for her to walk about.

Experiência maravilhosa! Tive uma experiência incrível neste hotel. A localização é excelente, com fácil acesso a tudo. A equipa foi extremamente simpática e atenciosa, sempre pronta para ajudar. Os quartos são muito confortáveis e impecavelmente limpos. Senti um verdadeiro cuidado com os hóspedes em todos os detalhes. Recomendo e certamente voltarei!
