„I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! Although the room was relatively small, it was extremely well organized and made excellent use of the available space, making it feel very comfortable and convenient. The highlight for me was definitely the shower—there was an impressive flow of hot water, which made every shower feel luxurious and refreshing. Another big plus was the breathtaking view overlooking a beautiful bay in Hong Kong. Waking up to such scenery every morning was an absolute treat and truly made my stay memorable. Despite being in such a vibrant area, I didn’t find it noisy at all. The atmosphere was peaceful, allowing for a great night’s sleep. The hotel is also conveniently located close to plenty of attractions, restaurants, and shops, making it easy to explore the city and enjoy everything it has to offer. Overall, I loved my experience here and would be more than happy to return in the future!”

„The 'king size' bed was actually two twin beds pushed together, which was a bit strange. The bathroom's wet and dry areas were barely separated. The room lighting was very dim, almost a little spooky. They also gave us an end room, which made me feel uneasy and I hardly slept all night. Soundproofing was poor; I could clearly hear conversations from the next room. The location is decent, about a five to six-minute walk to Tin Hau MTR station, and there are plenty of food options once you exit the station. I feel like this place would be okay if it were priced around 300-400 [currency]. We paid more, so I don't think it was great value for money. (The Tokushima restaurant across from the hotel is very mediocre! I don't recommend it. I don't know why it always has a long queue because the food is truly bad.)”

„This is not my first stay in this hotel. I like staying in this hotel every time because of the location, amenities and service, but this particular stay, we left our hotel room and went to stay in Shenzhen overnight. When we came back, there are so many worms in the toilet bowl. It was scary and unsanitary to look at. I called up the front desk and told them about it. They sent housekeeping without even transferring us to another room and only had the maid clean it. I was disappointed that they did not investigate it further how those worms got in there. There were so many and some were even underneath the water and some were floating.”

The hotel facilities are noticeably dated and showing their age. The air conditioning in the room was particularly loud at night, it made a restful sleep nearly impossible. However the front desk staff was attentive and genuinely helpful. At check-in, she proactively flagged that 10–11am tends to get hectic, and only two lifts were running for the whole building, guests on higher floors should allow at least 20 minutes before checkout to get down. A thoughtful heads up, given my room was on the 31st floor. Checkout the next morning was a bit of a slog. It took nearly 10 minutes just to get a lift down to the lobby.

The location is super convenient! It's less than a 10-minute walk from where the airport bus drops you off, and there are tons of great restaurants nearby. Plus, it's really close to Wan Chai Station. The front desk staff were so friendly and helpful. I loved the snacks in the room; I forgot to take a picture, but the staff specifically looked them up and brought me more, which was incredibly thoughtful. I highly recommend staying here!

Coming to Hong Kong this time, I searched for many hotels on Trip.com, but most rooms were tiny and the facilities were outdated. I finally decided to stay at the Best Western Plus Hotel Hong Kong, and as soon as I entered, I was blown away by the sea-view room on the first floor with a large balcony! Stepping out, you're greeted by an endless expanse of clear blue sea – the view is absolutely stunning! 🌊 At night, I enjoyed the sea breeze on the balcony, watching the starry sky, eating fruit, and having drinks. It was so relaxing I didn't want to leave. Getting around from the hotel is super convenient; there's a free shuttle bus directly to the MTR station, making it easy to go shopping, explore, and try out all the amazing local food. The buffet breakfast was a bit simple, so don't have high expectations. Once you're near the MTR station, there are so many Hong Kong delicacies that you'll wish you had more stomachs to try them all. The hotel offers a peaceful retreat amidst the hustle and bustle, with a healing sea view and excellent value for money. The experience was fantastic, and it's definitely on my must-stay list for my next visit to Hong Kong. I'll definitely be back!

The hotel is nestled at the foot of the mountain, offering a tranquil environment away from the hustle and bustle of areas near MTR stations. However, it's about a 20-minute walk to Central/Admiralty MTR stations, or a 6-7 minute taxi ride (around HKD 20-35). We were assigned a room on the 28th floor facing Central, and the view was absolutely stunning. We had a complete panoramic view of the Hong Kong Zoological and Botanical Gardens, the US Consulate, the Peak Tram Terminus, Government House, and even the distant Bank of China Tower, Standard Chartered Bank Building, and IFC. The staff were all very warm, friendly, and accommodating. They even helped bring up our food deliveries to the room. The room cleanliness was excellent. The soundproofing, however, was average; we could hear louder noises from upstairs and next door. In the mornings, we could also hear the birds chirping from the Zoological and Botanical Gardens below. The bathroom didn't have a bathtub, but there was a kitchen available for cooking. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel, especially if you're looking for something a bit more unique. Compared to 5-star and 4-star hotels near MTR stations, this place offers a really good stay.

The dining experience at this hotel was astonishingly good! From the exquisite and varied breakfast to the specialty dishes in the evening, every plate showcased the chef's meticulous craftsmanship and discerning taste in ingredients. It was truly a feast for both the eyes and the palate. This experience completely proved the saying that you'd stay at a hotel just for its restaurant! I absolutely must rave about the hotel's bed! The bedding was soft and gentle on the skin, and the mattress offered perfect support. As soon as I lay down, it felt like being enveloped in clouds, and I slept straight through till morning. For anyone who values sleep quality, this place is pure heaven. All thanks to my amazing travel companion for arranging this, allowing me to fully recharge!

Great location, right across from Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station and not far from Harbour City. The suite size is decent, and the bed height is quite comfortable. I've stayed in a larger suite before, which was much more spacious. Service is excellent.

Very spacious, neat, and clean. I was surprised by how great the overall facilities were; it offers much better value for money than other places. The only drawback might be that the road downstairs is a bit narrow, making it easy for taxis to get stuck in traffic when coming in. Everything else was perfect.

We booked a family room, and for Hong Kong, the room was really spacious. The two queen-sized beds were large and comfortable, the bedding was clean, and the bathroom was spotless. The hotel is located inside a mall. It's just a short walk from the MTR exit – turn right, and you'll find the hotel's back entrance. Step out the front entrance, and the bus stop is not far away. Dining, shopping, and a supermarket are all conveniently located in one spot. The Man Wah Restaurant next door had good food that our child enjoyed. Unfortunately, it rained for several days, so we didn't get to experience the outdoor swimming pool.
