5mins drive away from the bus and train station but it is walkable to the centre. Hotel room has really good space and sound proving. Breakfast has a lot of choices and good quality. Overall, a very good hotel.

Hotel położony jest w tętniącej życiem, centralnej części miasta, zaledwie 10 minut spacerem od takich miejsc jak pomnik Mikołaja I, Stary Most, Most Milenijny, Plac Niepodległości i Teatr Narodowy Czarnogóry, co jest bardzo wygodne. Być może ze względu na troskę o środowisko, hotel nie zapewnił szczoteczek ani pasty do zębów. Suszarka do włosów zepsuła się dopiero następnego ranka, gdy umyliśmy nią włosy. Jednak po wyjaśnieniu sytuacji recepcji, natychmiast zorganizowano dla niej kogoś, kto ją wymieni.

1) przyjechałem samochodem i nikt nie odpowiedział na domofon. Kiedy w końcu dotarłem do recepcji, powiedziano mi jak *****, że muszę zadzwonić pod numer lokalnego hotelu, aby podnieść szlaban. W środku było 40 miejsc, a cofanie ze stromego podjazdu było prawie niemożliwe. Na szczęście po 10 minutach inny podróżny pożyczył mi kartę dostępu. Hotel powinien powiadomić podróżnych, że domofon w garażu jest trwale zepsuty. Zwłaszcza, że ​​jest oddalony o 200 metrów od recepcji hotelu. 2) zameldowanie rozmawiało ze mną jak z dzieckiem, kiedy powiedziałem, że nie chcę głośnego pokoju z boku wychodzącego na główną drogę wjazdową do centrum miasta. Ostatecznie dostałem cichy pokój z widokiem na tył. Stosunek jakości do ceny jest dobry, ale gościnne przyjęcie jest przeciętne. Ani razu nie otrzymałem uśmiechu od żadnego recepcjonisty. The entire building is beautiful, particularly the paintings on the wall. Delicious breakfast and amazing staff both in the reception and restaurant. The bar and restaurant area have a very relaxing and welcoming atmosphere. We stayed in a family room which was big and full of furniture. Not sure about the layout of the bathroom as shampoo and shower gel were fixed by the sink away from the shower cube. We were happy about the fridge that was cold enough for soft drinks/beer and the air conditioning which we could change temperature ourselves. Overall, we had the pleasure of staying in Hotel Keto. 👍😉

店地理位置一般，不在市中心，周邊也沒有任何餐館。晚飯衹能在酒店解決，自助餐是18歐/人。也有餐廳，可以單獨點餐。幾乎沒有熱菜，人均15歐，基本都是冷盤，估計是服務員從自助餐廳拿的。 房間還算OK，衞生間乾濕分離 晚上睡覺蠻安靜的。畢竟是五星酒店。有桑拿房和泳池，加分。第二天自助早餐豐盛，不錯。

我訂了3間房，是一家性價比極高的酒店，超過預期！酒店位置好，房間設計感強的同時兼具了實用性，而且床上用品品質好，非常乾淨，床和枕頭舒服，這一點我覺得是選擇酒店最重要的一點。早餐豐富選擇多，前台服務非常專業和周到，是一家寶藏酒店，會推薦給我的每一位來波德戈裏察的朋友。

The hotel and all other services were good apart from the air conditioning. When we asked for lower temperature setting, the hotel said that the temperature is centralised and is set to hot mode. We couldn’t sleep at night because of the heat.

Rezeption und Lobby sind in einem sehr guten Zustand. Machen auf jeden Fall einen noblen Eindruck. Die Zimmer sind allerdings schrecklich. Der Teppich ist äußerst dreckig und von dem Badezimmer möchte ich gar nicht anfangen. Dort befindet sich in der Dusche Schimmel, die Dusche hat 3 Funktionen, aus allen Löchern läuft Wasser, dementsprechend ist der Druck schwach. Genauso gestaltet sich das bei dem Waschbecken. Es gibt keine Seife, aber eine Seifenschale. Die Klobrille war kleiner als das Klo selbst. Wir hatten ein Deluxe Zimmer und waren zu 2, es befand sich aber nur ein Stuhl am Balkon. Frühstück bestand aus Buffet und die 10 € á Person sind es nicht wert. Warme Gerichte waren stets kalt, das Brot war so trocken, als wäre es vom Vortag. Ich kann dieses Hotel nicht empfehlen.

Perfect stay. Very clean, spacious room, good breakfast. Reception lady was smiley, very helpful, she helped with all questions we had. I am looking forward staying again in this lovely hotel.
