After 15mins later, they found out my booking under *******. They offered me for other room because my room curently full. A bit happy because they offer for 2single beds extra n room upgrade for free. I really love the room. Very spacious. On 2nd day we got our room as we booked before. „The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. A special mention to Mr. Rangga from the restaurant, who was attentive and always took the time to check that everything was going well. The breakfast buffet was also good, with a decent variety of options available.
The only area for improvement would be the lifts. As the property is still undergoing some finishing works, I hope the lift service will continue to improve in the future”

„Concierge service is excellent! Service staffs in the hotel are really helpful and attentive. The room worth the price, water heater is working well, water pressure is excellent. The edges (especially the floor, door and wall) might need some maintenance. Their mattress is great and comfy, just the pillows can be better. Breakfast is well served in great display and varieties. The most important thing is ”GOOD LOCATION”! walkable to Grand Batam Mall & BCS.”

Bad: unable to locate using google map, need to use Apple map, even in grab apps also unable to locate . Address given in trip.com is not accurate.
Live band till late nite. Unable to sleep 😅 not suitable to travel with baby or old aged parent as they need to sleep early.

Provided with capsule coffee machine and mineral water complimentary. Pool was really nicely maintained too. Breakfast was a huge sumptuous spread. Will definitely be back!

RR.SashikumarWe stayed for 4 days and 3 nights and booked 2 rooms it was truly a pleasant experience from start to finish.
🏨 Housekeeping did an excellent job every day they changed the bed sheets and towels daily and even topped up mineral water without us needing to ask. Everything was always clean and fresh.
🍽️ Breakfast was excellent with a good variety, and all the staff were very polite and attentive.
☕ At the lounge, the staff were friendly, polite, and always served with a smile it really made us feel at home.
💁♀️ The front desk staff were also professional, polite, and treated us like real valued guests.
Overall, Asialink Hotel Batam by Prasanthi truly exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Batam great service, comfort, and warm hospitality 🌟

FFlying NibbaA very good It was a decent place for a staycation. the room was neat and clean, and the facilities were good as well. There was a wide variety of options at the breakfast area, although one small downside for me was that many of the good dishes were cooked with beef (which I’m allergic to).
Overall, the experience was amazing. The hotel basically has everything you need, and for a one-night stay, the price is very affordable. I paid around RM250 (about SGD 85) for a night. I would highly recommend this place to couples and families who are travelling on a budget.

The room was large, everything you need, complimentary drinks and snacks etc. The room is dated but good value. Excellent staff.
Cons:
No plug sockets accessible by the bed. Please note the sockets in the room are Singapore 3 pin plug sockets.
Very, very noisy all day and night from passing traffic, loud motorbikes and engine noises if your room is road facing.
Luke warm breakfast, can't be particularly healthy.

SShanellejjqFrom the check in, to our check out the staff around the resort were all very helpful and smiley. They provided us with helpful advice and recommended activities to do in the resort!
Rooms were nice and clean as well and spacious. We also visited the massage in the resort and it was a really good experience!
Lots of things to do around the resort even for adults, we did archery and the instructors were very encouraging and skilled in guiding first timers!

The resort sits right by the water near the iconic Barelang Bridge, so the views—especially during sunrise and sunset—are beautiful. It’s quiet, peaceful, and away from the city crowd, making it perfect for families who want to unwind.

The rooms are spacious and clean, and many come with balcony views facing the sea or the pool. Perfect for families with kids who need space to move around. Housekeeping was quick and helpful throughout our stay.

The resort is a bit further from Nagoya/center, but Grab is easily available. The peaceful location is worth the extra travel time. Plus, Barelang Bridge and several seaside attractions are nearby.

DDr. ErikI loved Batam View so much! I'll be honest, I wanted to stay at Turi Resort, where I normally stay, but they were fully booked. So I tried Batam View, and I was flabbergasted. I had a room in the main building with sea view, and it was stunning. The rooms have been renovated and are clean, modern, comfortable. The hotel's beach and pool are both amazing, and I was so happy to find a really deep pool (rare in Asia), plus a very clean beach. I had an unforgettable dinner at the beach, too. The staff are universally lovely, attentive and professional! I saw the villas and definitely want to stay there next time! I spent a lovely 6 nights there and cannot wait to return!

AAnonimowy użytkownikI had a mixed experience at this hotel. On the positive side, the hotel is generally clean and the front desk staff are exceptionally polite and helpful. The room itself was tidy and the bathroom was in good condition.
However, we stayed in Room 426 and had a very difficult time sleeping. The bed makes a lot of loud noise every time you turn over, which made it almost impossible to get a good night's rest. If you are looking for quality sleep, I would recommend requesting a different room.
The worst part is I forgot to ask for changing another room😇😇😇
