„The hotel is a bit old but is convenient and near Batam Ferry Centre by a few mins ride. The room is clean but the safe deposit is not working. Breakfast is not a lot but is good enough to include in the hotel fees which is cheap since i only stay one night. A lot of tourists using the pools especially the kids. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful too.”

Waking up to the sight of the water was refreshing and set a lovely tone for each day. Additionally, being directly opposite Mega Mall was a delightful bonus. With a plethora of dining and shopping options just a short walk away, I had plenty to explore, from local eateries to international food chains. The international breakfast spread at the hotel was impressive, featuring a wide array of dishes including delicious local Indonesian options as well as familiar Western choices. Whether it was the mouthwatering nasi goreng or the variety of fresh fruits available, I loved starting my day with such a hearty meal. I also want to commend the hotel staff for their friendliness and attentiveness. I requested a non-smoking, quiet room upon check-in, and they went out of their way to accommodate my needs, ensuring that my stay was as comfortable as possible. Their warm service certainly enhanced the experience. While my room was slightly dated, it was generally clean, and the comfortable bed made for restful nights. The slight age of the furnishings didn’t detract from my overall satisfaction with the stay. In summary, Harris Hotel Batam strikes a perfect balance between convenience, comfort, and hospitality. „We could not find any 5 star hotel with lower price other than Alltrue Sydney hotel Batam Centre!! The hotel is huge. Included with own convenience store & souvenirs stall. The room we chose have everything you need to experience like a 5 star rooms. Can you imagine you're just paying SGD35 per night for this??!! The staffs all are friendly. Swimming pool is perfect for families, the gym have all the complete equipments you want to use. And especially the buffet restaurant, all the food & drinks are decent and very delicious! You cannot ask for more! Thank you so much for the great experience Alltrue sydney! We will definitely come back here again! 👍🙏”

„Eska hotel is located behind a newly opened mall. Corridor of the level 3 we stayed in reek of cigarette smell. Lucky there’s a new mall that is not fully opened yet, else the area is very quiet and out of the way. Have to take Grab everywhere we go and on average is about 21K THB to main City area. Room wise, spotted an insect at sink area hence not very clean. Breakfast was good, though variety not much. Conclusion, fine for a 1-2 nights stay in Batam and don’t expect too much from the price point as well.”

„We were upgraded on our recent trip to Batam. i Hotel has two locations.. at Nagoya Hill (where we stayed) and Baloi. The Nagoya property is conveniently located just next to Nagoya Hill Shopping Centre. There's a side gate, which is locked and accessible by room key card, to and from the Shopping Centre. This makes it very accessible and provide extra security other than walking along the street. Access to the hotel via vehicle will be inspected at the main gate before the security personnel opens the gate. Hotel is clean and staff are courteous. Since we were there for only 2-nights we didn't need room cleaning. In the early afternoon of the second day I received a message that my room has the No Disturb light on and just wanted to confirmed if we need room makeup. Such thoughtful service! The breakfast buffet carries a wide spread. I would suggest taking up on their breakfast before heading out for the day. They have 2 coffee machines that makes about 15 different beverages. Just a caution that they lean towards to sweeter side. At the buffet there's also an egg counter that will make your eggs be it omelette, over easy or soft boiled. Going for meals and shopping malls are convenient. Besides Nagoya Hill which you can easily walk to, other malls like the the Grand Batam Mall and food courts like A2 and Nagoya Food Court are easily accessible by Grab. Cost is around IDR21,600.00. From Batam Ferry Terminal to the hotel cost about IDR37,000.00.”

„Best stay with this hotel. But bad experience booked with trip.com. As we arrived for check in there was a problem, receptionist said they dont receive our booking from trip.com. After 15mins later, they found out my booking under *******. They offered me for other room because my room curently full. A bit happy because they offer for 2single beds extra n room upgrade for free. I really love the room. Very spacious. On 2nd day we got our room as we booked before. Anyway i really happy with this hotel. Thankyou.”

„The room is clean and well-kept. The daikin aircon is cool but a bit noisy.. Not sure if it's the water or heater but showering is quite an adventure. All in all, I am especially pleased with the concierge and the doormen - they are fab, friendly, and pleasant. There's a safe in the cupboard. It would be nice if they have a charcoal bag to absorb all the funky odors from clothing after a night out at A2 food center less than 300 meters away from BCH.”
