Excellent service. Restaurant manger help my child prepared scrambled egg when this is not in the menu for dinner buffet. Nice buffet dinner with wide variety of food and live band performance. Nice ambience. Able to check in early. The bed was so comfortable, has big TV which I can screencast. Big swimming pool although the pool floor is not clean. Has proper working desk. Security ok, as I met the security patrolling on the floor. I left something in the room when checked out, the staff even WhatsApp me to inform me. Will definitely come back again. Highly recommend to everyone. This is more like 5 star in my opinion. We have enjoyed our stay very much.

Good points. All of the staff are extremely helpful. The cleaners are excellent. The pool view is lovely. The room is good, the bed is big and very comfortable. The hairdresser is absolutely amazing. Gym is very good - lots of variety of exercises. Bad points Food is not good: ordered vegetarian stir fry and specifically stated no chicken as allergic; it arrived with chicken underneath the vegetables! Husband ordered battered prawns which came unpeeled, then battered, so totally inedible. Wouldn’t let me put the drinks on the room (even though they did it a few days earlier), then refused to let me leave until the bill was paid. I had no money with me. So had to wait until they managed to contact my husband to come and pay. Spa - the facial was the most painful experience I’ve had in a spa. My face was literally pulled and scrubbed within an inch of its life. The actual face mask was scrubbed off. My face looked 10 years older rather than younger. Depends where your room is, depends if you hear the 5 o’clock Mosque calling. The gym was like a sauna - too hot to do any real cardio work - but that’s my personal preference.

We stayed for 4 days and 3 nights and booked 2 rooms it was truly a pleasant experience from start to finish. 🏨 Housekeeping did an excellent job every day they changed the bed sheets and towels daily and even topped up mineral water without us needing to ask. Everything was always clean and fresh. 🍽️ Breakfast was excellent with a good variety, and all the staff were very polite and attentive. ☕ At the lounge, the staff were friendly, polite, and always served with a smile it really made us feel at home. 💁♀️ The front desk staff were also professional, polite, and treated us like real valued guests. Overall, Asialink Hotel Batam by Prasanthi truly exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Batam great service, comfort, and warm hospitality 🌟

A very good It was a decent place for a staycation. the room was neat and clean, and the facilities were good as well. There was a wide variety of options at the breakfast area, although one small downside for me was that many of the good dishes were cooked with beef (which I’m allergic to). Overall, the experience was amazing. The hotel basically has everything you need, and for a one-night stay, the price is very affordable. I paid around RM250 (about SGD 85) for a night. I would highly recommend this place to couples and families who are travelling on a budget.

Pros: The room was large, everything you need, complimentary drinks and snacks etc. The room is dated but good value. Excellent staff. Cons: No plug sockets accessible by the bed. Please note the sockets in the room are Singapore 3 pin plug sockets. Very, very noisy all day and night from passing traffic, loud motorbikes and engine noises if your room is road facing. Luke warm breakfast, can't be particularly healthy.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On the positive side, the hotel is generally clean and the front desk staff are exceptionally polite and helpful. The room itself was tidy and the bathroom was in good condition. However, we stayed in Room 426 and had a very difficult time sleeping. The bed makes a lot of loud noise every time you turn over, which made it almost impossible to get a good night's rest. If you are looking for quality sleep, I would recommend requesting a different room. The worst part is I forgot to ask for changing another room😇😇😇

This is a first time I’m staying here, perfect location as for family can walk to the one Batam mall and opp there’s a lotus supermarket.  Pool and gym just nearby, convenient for parents to workout while kids having good time in the pool. I had a truly wonderful stay at Grand Eska Hotel Batam! The food was absolutely delicious be it the breakfast or the weekly Saturday BBQ and the hotel had such a vibrant atmosphere with events that made the experience even more enjoyable. A special shoutout to Felix! Who went above and beyond throughout our stay. From recommending great dinner spots to even assisting us with purchasing gifts, his thoughtful service really made us feel well taken care of. It’s rare to meet someone so dedicated and genuine—thank you, Felix! What stood out most was the warm hospitality from every staff member we encountered. No matter where you go in the hotel, you’re always greeted with a bright smile that makes you feel at home. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Good location with many food options nearby. Walking distance to Nagoya Hill Mall. Breakfast is superb, delicious local tastes. The room is clean but lacks amenities, especially hand towels and hairdryers.

IHG. Holiday Inn. It seems like this hotel at Batam has been neglected. Many of the amenities are lacking in maintenance. The pool, gym, kids club.....the list goes on. Staff are excellent. But why has the hotel not kept up with maintaining it well when it's such a popular hotel. Covid took havoc world wide. But many hotels have bounced back and are welcoming guests with renewed hope. Hotels needs to constantly upgrade so that guests want to keep coming back. Slippery walkways, itchy body after sleeping on the bed and toilets that lack are some of the features at Holiday Inn Batam. Time to see how you can improve your rating. Its a great hotel if you improve on the upkeep. Never too late to start. Looking forward to coming back in 2026 if there are improvements.
