„I made a last-minute decision to visit Batam for a 2-day, 1-night trip, so I chose this hotel based on reviews praising its good value for money. As soon as we walked in, the staff were all very warm and welcoming. It's not a huge hotel, but the exterior looks pretty good. It doesn't have a pool, but I'm out and about a lot, so I didn't need one. I opted for breakfast, expecting it to be very simple, but to my surprise, there were quite a few options and the taste wasn't bad. The room was clean, and the view outside the window was nice, though I didn't take any photos. The location is central, making it very convenient to get anywhere. You can just take a Grab. Of course, you can also walk if you don't mind the hot weather, dust, and heavy traffic. I did try walking, and it takes about 10-15 minutes to get to Grand Batam Mall for shopping. Right next door to the hotel is a Starbucks, and across the street is the famous Tua Pek Kong Temple if you'd like to visit. Since I was hungry, I tried a place across the street that served Ice Cendol and Mee Siam – both were surprisingly delicious!”

„Concierge service is excellent! Service staffs in the hotel are really helpful and attentive. The room worth the price, water heater is working well, water pressure is excellent. The edges (especially the floor, door and wall) might need some maintenance. Their mattress is great and comfy, just the pillows can be better. Excellent service. Restaurant manger help my child prepared scrambled egg when this is not in the menu for dinner buffet. Nice buffet dinner with wide variety of food and live band performance. Nice ambience. Able to check in early. The bed was so comfortable, has big TV which I can screencast. Big swimming pool although the pool floor is not clean. Has proper working desk. Security ok, as I met the security patrolling on the floor. I left something in the room when checked out, the staff even WhatsApp me to inform me. Will definitely come back again. Highly recommend to everyone. This is more like 5 star in my opinion. We have enjoyed our stay very much.

Excellent stay. Room was super spacious and clean. Bathroom is big, with a very nice dry/wet segregation between the sink/WC and the shower area. Provided with capsule coffee machine and mineral water complimentary. Pool was really nicely maintained too. Breakfast was a huge sumptuous spread. Will definitely be back!

Happy with the stay，smaller but compact. All staffs are so friendly with the security. We have bought some Amanda Cakes around and there was no fridge in hotel but we request to keep in their fridge and all went fine. No hair dryer ready but you can call and request from the receptionist.

We stayed for 4 days and 3 nights and booked 2 rooms it was truly a pleasant experience from start to finish. 🏨 Housekeeping did an excellent job every day they changed the bed sheets and towels daily and even topped up mineral water without us needing to ask. Everything was always clean and fresh. 🍽️ Breakfast was excellent with a good variety, and all the staff were very polite and attentive. ☕ At the lounge, the staff were friendly, polite, and always served with a smile it really made us feel at home. 💁♀️ The front desk staff were also professional, polite, and treated us like real valued guests. Overall, Asialink Hotel Batam by Prasanthi truly exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Batam great service, comfort, and warm hospitality 🌟

Enjoyed our 2D1N at this hotel. Very accommodating to our request. Hotel looks and feel new. Walking distance to a 24h mart and many shops nearby. Heard there is a nice mee Soto stall nearby but didn’t get to go.

Had a pleasant stay. Room was very big and cleaned every day. Bed was comfortable. Food at restaurant was good. Had a problem with the wifi and the staff was prompt to react and made lots of efforts to resolve the problem even after the problem recurred a few times. Was very pleasantly surprised by the slice of birthday cake on my bed when I got back to the room one day. Thank you for letting me end my day on a sweet note! There is not much around the hotel except for the small supermarket and cafe right next to the hotel. But grab is so cheap to get anywhere in Batam, so it’s not a big problem.

From the check in, to our check out the staff around the resort were all very helpful and smiley. They provided us with helpful advice and recommended activities to do in the resort! Rooms were nice and clean as well and spacious. We also visited the massage in the resort and it was a really good experience! Lots of things to do around the resort even for adults, we did archery and the instructors were very encouraging and skilled in guiding first timers!

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On the positive side, the hotel is generally clean and the front desk staff are exceptionally polite and helpful. The room itself was tidy and the bathroom was in good condition. However, we stayed in Room 426 and had a very difficult time sleeping. The bed makes a lot of loud noise every time you turn over, which made it almost impossible to get a good night's rest. If you are looking for quality sleep, I would recommend requesting a different room. The worst part is I forgot to ask for changing another room😇😇😇

I loved Batam View so much! I'll be honest, I wanted to stay at Turi Resort, where I normally stay, but they were fully booked. So I tried Batam View, and I was flabbergasted. I had a room in the main building with sea view, and it was stunning. The rooms have been renovated and are clean, modern, comfortable. The hotel's beach and pool are both amazing, and I was so happy to find a really deep pool (rare in Asia), plus a very clean beach. I had an unforgettable dinner at the beach, too. The staff are universally lovely, attentive and professional! I saw the villas and definitely want to stay there next time! I spent a lovely 6 nights there and cannot wait to return!

The room is good and well maintained. We book the Tirta Premier room. It is spacious and clean. If they can upgrade the room with Internet TV will be great. Sitting at the balcony in the evening and night is one of the best thing staying here. The sound of the sea waves and the cold sea breeze help us to relax and unwind. Overall resort need a bit of tender and care. Still good but to attract more people staying, they need to improve some of the facilities especially the outdoor activities. The food is something that need immediate attention. For a premium place, the food could be better. And lastly, a bit more activities for entertainment can do wonders.
