Shenzhen – hotele ze śniadaniem

We are a retirees from Canada. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location is ideal for visiting the Nantou ancient city. The surrounding area has nice shops and many places to eat. The laundry facilities are clean and the machines are modern and powerful. There is no cost to do laundry. The gym only has an elliptical, treadmill, rowing machine, a slanted bench and a yoga mat. There are no free weights or kettlebell - those would make a nice addition. I will note that the rowing machine needs some cleaning and lubrication. The staff at the desk, the housekeeping staff, and the kitchen staff were all helpful and friendly. The hotel has a couple of grey cats that spend most of their time in a large enclosure near the package reception. However one like to wander and is sometimes kept me company in the gym and laundry area.

What I like: 1. Location is convenient. Near many of the places we wanted to explore and visit in Shenzhen 2. Room was clean and spacious as well. 3. Nice and friendly staff 4. Love the room. Smart tech fitted, with a smart toilet and bidet 5. Like that the shower and toilet are segregated 6. Can do laundry and detergent is provided 7. There's a small exercise area with a walking pad, steps and dumbbells if you wanna work out There's a porridge supper from 8pm-12am There's a lot of food options nearby Negatives: 1. Not a major problem but there's no drop off/pick up point for cars. Need to watch for traffic when crossing to get to the didi. But I realize it's quite common in China for mid range hotels. 2. Room soundproofing was ok, mostly quiet when we stayed. Day time can hear the car horns, but night time is nice and quiet, great for sleep

I had an amazing stay at this hotel during the festive season. The hotel was beautifully decorated with warm and cheerful New Year decorations, creating a cozy and joyful atmosphere everywhere. What made my stay truly perfect was the excellent service from Kiki. She was so kind, thoughtful, and attentive to every detail. She greeted me warmly, helped me check in smoothly, and always responded quickly to my needs with a lovely smile. The room was clean and comfortable, and the whole environment was pleasant. I highly recommend this hotel. Thanks to Kiki for making my trip so enjoyable and memorable!

We were so impressed of almost everything about this stay. I will recommend to my friends, and the my relatives to come and pay a visit. This package of a new renovated room plus Club Lounge access both are amazing.  Food is great. Service is amazing. The view is epic.  The room is built and designed well.  Gym room is big.  Especially our highlight is the customer service, my wife and I wanna point out the staff that serving us (入住服務大使) Mandy is very kind and helpful to us. Delight our stay. Also other staffs that served/helped us are very polite and kind. (Front desk: Perry etc.)  We couldn’t ask for more. Coz this is more than our expectation. I will recommend you to choose this.

Amazing place! Quite centrally located and has a lot of facilities and restaurants. About 20 minutes away from the airport and the train station. Reception is great and they help you keep your Taobaoparcels. I like the unique details that go into making each room amazing - for instance, their kettle has specific temperatures you can boil to, their shampoo has one for the day and one for the night (and super nice smelling!), they have conditioner, their hair dryer is very fast etc!!! It shows the effort they have to make sure each guest is happy. The only thing I don’t like is that the lift takes slightly longer as it seems to be shared with some office building

I specifically came to Dameisha just to stay at this hotel! After careful selection, I decided to book this place, and it exceeded my expectations. First off, I have to mention the butler-style service. I initially thought it was just a small guesthouse, but it completely rivals a star-rated hotel. The front desk staff always did their best to meet our needs, replied quickly, and had a very gentle demeanor. There was also a complimentary minibar and even a farewell gift upon check-out. **Environment:** The guesthouse has its own lobby, it's a standalone building, and the scent was lovely. The common areas were also very appealing. **Amenities:** The most important thing is that the quality is top-notch and the attention to detail is excellent. The toiletries in the room were quite good, and they weren't the large refillable kind; they were single-use bottles that couldn't be opened once used. The shower pressure was strong, the projector was a 4K laser, and the bathtub was absolutely massive. There's a balcony. The laundry room was very clean and even had a dryer. There's a gym, but unfortunately, no treadmill!!! **Drawbacks:** As for the downsides, the complimentary drinks were a bit perfunctory, the pool water was shallow, and the landscape area upstairs wasn't always fully watered. There was no body lotion, and the linen supply was a bit scarce. However, these minor flaws don't overshadow the overall experience. I still want to give it a perfect score and would definitely stay here again.

Perched high above the glittering sprawl of Shenzhen, the room offered a panorama that genuinely stopped me in my tracks. Floor-to-ceiling windows framed the city's dazzling skyline — a forest of illuminated towers stretching toward the horizon, the lights of Futian and beyond shimmering like an earthbound constellation. I found myself drawn to the window repeatedly, at golden hour, at twilight, and again in the deep hours of the night, each time discovering a different mood and a different kind of beauty. The room itself was a masterclass in refined design. The palette was calm and sophisticated, with rich textures and thoughtful layering that felt contemporary yet timeless in the way the Mandarin Oriental has always done best. The bed was, simply put, superb — the kind of bed that makes you reconsider every mattress you have ever slept on and find them all wanting. Linens were crisp and impossibly soft. The bathroom was a sanctuary of marble and glass, generously appointed with the brand's signature amenities, and the soaking tub positioned near the window offered what might be one of the finest bathing experiences in southern China. Every detail, from the lighting controls to the turndown service to the quiet hum of climate perfection, spoke of a property that understands the difference between filling a room with expensive things and creating a genuine sense of place and comfort. The Mandarin Club Accessing the Mandarin Club elevated an already exceptional stay into something truly rarefied. The lounge itself is a beautifully curated space — serene, sophisticated, and blessed with those same sweeping skyline views that make this property so special. But what transforms the Club from a lovely room with good canapés into a genuinely memorable experience is its people. Chelsea Zhou is a revelation and deserves a special mention. Her hospitality instincts are pitch-perfect; she anticipated needs I hadn't yet articulated, and managed to be attentive without ever being intrusive — a balance that even the finest hotels in the world struggle to achieve. Priscilla Pang was equally impressive, radiating a genuine kindness and professionalism that made every interaction a pleasure. Whether it was the afternoon tea service, or the evening menu and cocktails, Chelsea and Priscilla ensured that every moment in the Club felt personal, polished, and quietly luxurious. I returned to the lounge far more often than I had planned, not just for the excellent food and drink,

Lokalizacja hotelu jest dobra, w zasięgu spaceru od wielu centrów handlowych, zwłaszcza Coco Park. Doceniamy odpowiednie miejsce odbioru i odwiezienia gości. Posiadają pokój dla dzieci, automaty do chwytania i automaty do gier. Łóżko king-size było ogromne, a obsługa sprzątająca była świetna. Cały personel wykazał się elastycznością i cierpliwością podczas odbioru naszych pakietów Taobao. Tylko dwie drobne rzeczy do poprawy: zapach papierosów był dość intensywny w holu. Po dokonaniu rezerwacji otrzymasz dokładne wskazówki ze zrzutami ekranu, dzięki którym łatwo znajdziesz wejście do hotelu, ponieważ jest ono nieco ukryte w Centrum Konferencyjno-Wystawienniczym. Łazienka jest zachwycająca. Wyposażona jest w deszczownicę i dodatkowy prysznic ręczny – oba urządzenia można używać jednocześnie, a ciśnienie wody jest przyzwoite. Toaleta wyposażona jest w elektroniczną myjkę Toto. W pokoju bezpłatnie dostępna jest woda butelkowana i napoje bezalkoholowe, a także owoce na powitanie. Dostępne są również udogodnienia. Hotel położony jest bardzo blisko stacji metra, dzięki czemu można łatwo dostać się w dowolne miejsce w Shenzhen. Bez wahania zatrzymam się tu ponownie podczas kolejnej wizyty w Shenzhen.

Customer service very responsive, thanks for that. Room utilities and facilities are up to standard. Location quite ideal, near to convenient stores and clinics if there's urgent needs. Many restaurant nearby as well. Cleanliness of floor can be improved
