„We stayed here as a couple and the location is 5/5—absolutely perfect if you are in Shenzhen to explore the electronics markets. On our first day, the Reception Manager, Winnie, provided amazing service that made us feel very welcome. The cleaning staff were also consistently warm and friendly throughout our stay. However, we had mixed feelings about the rest of the reception team. A few things to note: the laundry area feels a bit like an afterthought—it’s outdoors, unsheltered, dim, and shared with a smoking area, which isn't ideal. Also, the carpet is quite thick, making it a bit of a struggle to roll heavy luggage. Overall, for the price and the prime location, it’s a great choice for tech enthusiasts, though the facilities could use a few tweaks.”

Kiedy się zameldowaliśmy, personel recepcji był doskonały, pomocny i uśmiechnięty, szczególnie kiedy się wymeldowaliśmy, przyszli z pomocą, zamawiając 2 taksówki, które zawiozły nas na stację kolejową Shenzhen North w 10 do 15 minut. Cieszyliśmy się różnorodnością herbat serwowanych w lobby i kojącą muzyką graną na starej tradycyjnej chińskiej harfie przez utalentowaną i pełną wdzięku kobietę. „This hotel is in a fantastic location, just a 3-minute walk from Shangmeilin subway station. There are plenty of malls and restaurants nearby, making it super convenient for getting around. The hotel is situated on a high floor, and the lobby is modern, elegant, and boasts great natural light. The room itself was clean and tidy, with a well-designed wet/dry separation in the bathroom and a fantastic view from the floor-to-ceiling window. The Atour 'Deep Sleep' mattress was perfectly comfortable (not too soft, not too firm), and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep even late at night. The complimentary mini-bar, tea bags, and drip coffee were a thoughtful touch. Check-in at the front desk was quick, and the service was warm and professional. With a well-equipped laundry room and gym, this hotel is perfect for business travelers or short stays. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time.”

„Its located in quiet area. Convenient location near subway 5-7mins walk and theres a family mart just below the hotel and starbucks just infront. Mcdonalds and resto 10mins walk from hotel. Would definitely stay again but would be good if the wifi is working, entire stay No Wifi so its hard to navigate if you dont have any sim or internet connection.”

MMui ChiWe are a retirees from Canada. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location is ideal for visiting the Nantou ancient city. The surrounding area has nice shops and many places to eat. The laundry facilities are clean and the machines are modern and powerful. There is no cost to do laundry. The gym only has an elliptical, treadmill, rowing machine, a slanted bench and a yoga mat. There are no free weights or kettlebell - those would make a nice addition. I will note that the rowing machine needs some cleaning and lubrication. The staff at the desk, the housekeeping staff, and the kitchen staff were all helpful and friendly. The hotel has a couple of grey cats that spend most of their time in a large enclosure near the package reception. However one like to wander and is sometimes kept me company in the gym and laundry area.

I highly recommend it for families with children. The family room was incredibly spacious and well-designed, offering separate sleeping areas for both adults and children, ensuring everyone had their own space and privacy. Our whole family felt relaxed and comfortable. The room was spotlessly clean, free from any strange odors, and the hygiene details were impeccable. The lighting was excellent, and the panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows offered a fantastic view of trains passing by at night, creating a wonderful ambiance. The bedding featured high-end Sealy mattresses, which were both soft and supportive, and there was a choice of pillows, ensuring a peaceful and comfortable sleep for both adults and children. The smart home controls throughout the room were a hit with the kids – they loved using voice commands to turn lights on and off, open and close curtains, and adjust the air conditioning. It added so much fun and joy to our stay. The bathroom was well-appointed with a separate shower and plenty of hot water with good pressure. After a day of sightseeing, a hot shower was just what we needed to wash away travel fatigue. The hotel even provided disposable bath bags, which was a nice touch for cleanliness and peace of mind. The quality toiletries and soft, skin-friendly bathrobes made the experience comparable to a high-end luxury hotel. The location is absolutely fantastic! It's right by Metro Line 7, making it super convenient for getting around and catching trains. The service was warm and attentive; check-in at the front desk was efficient, and any requests were promptly addressed. The staff were all polite and friendly.

There's a small exercise area with a walking pad, steps and dumbbells if you wanna work out There's a porridge supper from 8pm-12am There's a lot of food options nearby Negatives: 1. Not a major problem but there's no drop off/pick up point for cars. Need to watch for traffic when crossing to get to the didi. But I realize it's quite common in China for mid range hotels. 2. Room soundproofing was ok, mostly quiet when we stayed. Day time can hear the car horns, but night time is nice and quiet, great for sleep

Review of Mandarin Oriental, Shenzhen Reviewed yesterday There are hotels you visit, and then there are hotels that leave an imprint on your soul. The Mandarin Oriental, Shenzhen, belongs firmly and unequivocally in the latter category. From the moment I stepped into its soaring lobby, I knew this would be one of those stays that redefines what luxury hospitality means. Arrival and Reception First impressions matter, and the reception team at the Mandarin Oriental understands this with an almost intuitive grace. Jason Zhu greeted me with the kind of warmth that felt less like a rehearsed welcome and more like being received by an old friend who just happens to have impeccable professional instincts. His attention to detail was extraordinary — he had noted my preferences before I could voice them, and the check-in process was so seamless it barely registered as a process at all. Sicily and Marsh were equally outstanding, always present at just the right moments with a smile, a helpful suggestion, or a thoughtful gesture. Together, the three of them set a tone of effortless elegance that carried through every hour of my stay. In a city as fast-paced and forward-looking as Shenzhen, there is something deeply reassuring about a reception team that makes you feel as though time has slowed down just for you. The Club Skyline View Room If the lobby whispered luxury, the Club Skyline View Room declared it in full voice. Perched high above the glittering sprawl of Shenzhen, the room offered a panorama that genuinely stopped me in my tracks. Floor-to-ceiling windows framed the city's dazzling skyline — a forest of illuminated towers stretching toward the horizon, the lights of Futian and beyond shimmering like an earthbound constellation. I found myself drawn to the window repeatedly, at golden hour, at twilight, and again in the deep hours of the night, each time discovering a different mood and a different kind of beauty. The room itself was a masterclass in refined design. The palette was calm and sophisticated, with rich textures and thoughtful layering that felt contemporary yet timeless in the way the Mandarin Oriental has always done best. The bed was, simply put, superb — the kind of bed that makes you reconsider every mattress you have ever slept on and find them all wanting. Linens were crisp and impossibly soft. The bathroom was a sanctuary of marble and glass, generously appointed with the brand's signature amenities, and the soaking tub positioned near the window offered what might be one of the finest bathing experiences in southern China. Every detail, from the lighting controls to the turndown service to the quiet hum of climate perfection, spoke of a property that understands the difference between filling a room with expensive things and creating a genuine sense of place and comfort. The Mandarin Club Accessing the Mandarin Club elevated an already exceptional stay into something truly rarefied. The lounge itself is a beautifully curated space — serene, sophisticated, and blessed with those same sweeping skyline views that make this property so special. But what transforms the Club from a lovely room with good canapés into a genuinely memorable experience is its people. Chelsea Zhou is a revelation and deserves a special mention. Her hospitality instincts are pitch-perfect; she anticipated needs I hadn't yet articulated, and managed to be attentive without ever being intrusive — a balance that even the finest hotels in the world struggle to achieve. Priscilla Pang was equally impressive, radiating a genuine kindness and professionalism that made every interaction a pleasure. Whether it was the afternoon tea service, or the evening menu and cocktails, Chelsea and Priscilla ensured that every moment in the Club felt personal, polished, and quietly luxurious. The hotel was beautifully decorated with warm and cheerful New Year decorations, creating a cozy and joyful atmosphere everywhere. What made my stay truly perfect was the excellent service from Kiki. She was so kind, thoughtful, and attentive to every detail. She greeted me warmly, helped me check in smoothly, and always responded quickly to my needs with a lovely smile. This package of a new renovated room plus Club Lounge access both are amazing.  Food is great. Service is amazing. The view is epic.  The room is built and designed well.  Gym room is big.  Especially our highlight is the customer service, my wife and I wanna point out the staff that serving us (入住服務大使) Mandy is very kind and helpful to us. Delight our stay. Also other staffs that served/helped us are very polite and kind. (Front desk: Perry etc.)  We couldn’t ask for more. Coz this is more than our expectation. DDonald Duck Can FlyAmazing place! Quite centrally located and has a lot of facilities and restaurants. About 20 minutes away from the airport and the train station. Reception is great and they help you keep your Taobaoparcels. I like the unique details that go into making each room amazing - for instance, their kettle has specific temperatures you can boil to, their shampoo has one for the day and one for the night (and super nice smelling!), they have conditioner, their hair dryer is very fast etc!!! It shows the effort they have to make sure each guest is happy. The only thing I don’t like is that the lift takes slightly longer as it seems to be shared with some office building

Environment: The location is also great; it's convenient to get to Dameisha Beach by subway. Service: Very good, they upgraded our room for free. Breakfast: They have everything you'd expect. The freshly made egg and rice noodle rolls are recommended. There aren't many drink options, but coffee is available. Hygiene: Overall, the hygiene was OK, but this time I found a stain on the duvet cover. However, the staff quickly responded and changed it.

GGośćAlthough the resort was extremely pricy, the upgrade from the suite to the terrace absolutely blew our minds! The expansive water view from the terrace is unbelievable! The room was clean and the cleaning staff was extremely accommodating, as was reception. The only concern is an issue where some guests were smoking nearby our room (and even in the hallway) and the smoke was billowing into our room even with our door closed! We wish they would have investigated the issue instead of simply sending a cleaner to spray deodorizer in our space because I suffer from allergies. Other than that, there were no major issues. Also, the buffet was delightful and varied! We would be happy to return to the resort. The gym, indoor and outdoor pools, and the beach were excellent, too!

Lokalizacja hotelu jest dobra, w zasięgu spaceru od wielu centrów handlowych, zwłaszcza Coco Park. Doceniamy odpowiednie miejsce odbioru i odwiezienia gości. Posiadają pokój dla dzieci, automaty do chwytania i automaty do gier. Łóżko king-size było ogromne, a obsługa sprzątająca była świetna. Cały personel wykazał się elastycznością i cierpliwością podczas odbioru naszych pakietów Taobao. Tylko dwie drobne rzeczy do poprawy: zapach papierosów był dość intensywny w holu.
