Pleasant Experience. Nice guests' services with all necessary facilities for Solo or Family Travelers. Good location. Enjoyed the breakfast included with the booking. As a first time visitor to Malaysia, we are very happy with the hospitality of staffs; more than our expectation. We will go back to the same hotel again on our next trip to Malaysia. Recommended.

This hostel is connected to a beautiful cafe on the first floor. Hostel stayers are welcome to hangout and offered a free breakfast and breakfast drink (when you book through hostel world). The dorms are spacious and the bedding is comfortable and clean. Rooms are very cold - good AC. What makes this hostel stand out is it’s location and the STAFF. Atelier is in the heart of China town, close to multiple subway lines, outside a bus stop, and right down the street from Maxwell Hawker Stand. The staff greeting is AMAZING. Dean sat down with us and gave us so many recommendations. He immediately learned our names and greeted us every time we came back to the hostel (as did all the employees). Dean is AMAZING and should win an award for hostel staff member of the century. In general, the staff made you feel welcomed and did everything they could to help. Great hostel, great location! Only negative: only 1 women’s shower and toilet in 18 bed dorm.

Had a extremely comfortable week long-stay in Ann Siang house. It is very much different from the usual hotel experience - no breakfast but considering how close it was to food centers and restaurants, this was not a problem at all. Free snacks and drinks are available 24/7, with free wine and beer at specified times. As there are only 20 rooms, it felt like staying over in someone's home rather than being an anonymous guest in a hotel. The rooms have different lay-outs. All of our rooms had a nice view of nearby shophouses. Despite being close to clubs, it was surprisingly quiet at night. There is a free launderette available, which is very helpful if you are travel for some days. They can also arrange for laundry services if you need one. The place is also easily accessible to MRT stations. The staff are extremely helpful and knowledgable about the goings on. They can direct you to the many different options close by [Maxwell, Amoy and Lau Pa Sat hawkers centers], traditional and hip coffee places, bars and restaurants. Thank you to Nicole, Nurul, Seeren and Siti, and the auntie who takes care of our room. Will definitely want to see you all again!

The hotel located at the hearth of SG easy to get ghe bus and MRT. Staff is very helpful. The room is quit small but functional. Recommend this hotel.

2nd time staying here but different room type. Everything was perfect and smooth sailing, from check-in to check-out. Love how clean and well maintained the hotel is and especially love the location - so many food options at Haji Lane area will definitely stay a 3rd time if the opportunity comes!

The location was great. The service was great. The room was quite a bit smaller than we anticipated. It was a challenge to have 2 people and their luggage in the small room.

Second stay at Arcadia Hotel. Definitely would recommend this place for its strategic location and the comfort. Not the best hotel, but worth the value. Also, shout out to their staff (CK) whom attended to our room’s air-conditional issue. He immediately went to investigate and provided a solution after identifying the issue. 👍🏻

We stayed 4 nights in Ascott Orchard for our wedding anniversary. While the location was perfect and hotel was clean and new, I think there is room for improvement in terms of service. First, the hotel does not provide any complimentary cake or drinks for special celebrations or any wishes from the check in staff even when we informed them. Second, the hotel uses dispenser water machines to be more environmentally friendly. However, the one in the room is high tech and complicated to use without any instructions. At the gym, there were no paper cups for water dispenser for the 4 days even after informing them. So nobody follow-up after highlighting to the staff. In summary, it’s not 5 star level by the normal Asian standards.

Nice modern design with spacious room. Appreciate the complimentary bar fridge items. 7-11 convenience store and few restaurants downstairs. Bed is super comfy! Nice view from hotel room hence I did unboxing of my shopping buy 🤣

The Raffles Singapore is a one of a kind experience with no comparison. We stayed for 8 days/7 nights, it felt very much like a home. The buildings are beautifully and tastfully decorated. The rooms are beautiful with a mix of modern and colonial style. Even the standard room is a suite with a separated parlour which has its own controls for lights and ac. The staff are excellent and always ready to help. We had issues arise and talked to management and they listened and corrected the issues in a timely manner. We had a tasting experience meal at the grand lobby on the first night, dinner and at Le Dame Du Pic and drinks at the Writers Bar. The selection of bars and eateries have you covered for any taste you want, we didn't manage to try all the hotel has to offer as Singapore has such a great food scene in the hawker centres. It's location is excellent nestled between key tourist areas in Singapore and easy access to the metro at the City Hall station
