Kim’s Youth Hostel is located in the backyard of Lower Yubeng and offers private ensuite rooms with basic shower amenities. It is about 5 mins walk to the main stretch of restaurants and shops at Lower Yubeng and 10mins walk to the transport pickup area (to Upper Yubeng/ Ninong Village). The room offers some views of the valley but is partially obstructed by buildings in front of it. Breakfast starts after 7.30am but our plans started earlier. We didn’t get the breakfast but chose to buy a 35rmb sandwich instead. The accommodation does not provide bottled water. Instead, there is a filtered water dispenser at the lobby/dining area to refill your bottles.

It was really my perfect decision to chose this hotel for watching the sunrise in XianGeLiLa.Outside is cold but inside of the hotel was full of warm atmosphere (physically and psychologically) .it’s just too easy to go out into the spacious balcony during the night for watching stars or watching the mountains in the morning.When we feel a bit cold just warm us up with a cup of offerer hot drinks.Then we could enjoy the beautiful scenery as long as possible.Its unbelievable we could enjoy that luxurious environment without spending too much budget.Thats the place where we need to stay several days not one day like us.

This stay offers great value for money. The hotel has an excellent view of Meili Snow Mountain from its observatory deck on the 5th floor, although the view from the room is partially obstructed by a building on the right-hand side. The reception hall is impressive, and we received a warm welcome with afternoon tea, nighttime desserts, and group activities organized by the hotel, including fireworks. We were very fortunate to catch the Geminid meteor shower during our stay and were able to watch it comfortably from our room—and, of course, to admire Meili Snow Mountain at sunrise.

The room was new and clean. But the star of the show was the hosts.They were really kind and gave us lots of good tips and shared tea and snacks with us at the fireplace.

The room is great and has a good view. It even comes equipped with an oxygen machine and heated blanket. The location is convenient, just a short walk away from the Feilaisi Observation Deck. The service is warm and friendly. I felt very at home here. You get a discount when you eat at their restaurant too. Highly recommended and I would definitely stay here again.

Uwielbiałam to miejsce! Było tuż obok dworca autobusowego i bardzo blisko platformy widokowej! Do klasztoru też niedaleko... i serwują naprawdę dobre śniadania!!! Nie wspominając o tym, że w każdym pokoju jest koncentrator tlenu, co bardzo mi się przydało... Szef był dla mnie bardzo miły i zawsze dbał o to, abym czuła się komfortowo podczas pobytu, bardzo to doceniam :)

Pokój jest bardzo czysty i wyposażony w tlen, ale niewielka szansa na awarię jest wysoka, ale jeśli jest lekko wysoka, to jest bogiem. Pokój jest również dobry, z klimatyzacją i kocami elektrycznymi, łazienka jest również czysta, a także wyposażona w pralnię i łazienkę, pieszo 👍👍 i rano na trzecim piętrze można zobaczyć pięciokoronowe i pięciokoronowe góry słoneczne lub południowy zachód słońca, W hotelu jest dobrze, a wśród ludzi może być jakieś 30-50-cio.

What sets this guesthouse apart from others is its convenient location - while most people spend 2 nights in Upper Yubeng and 1 night in Lower Yubeng, this guesthouse was conveniently located between Upper and Lower Yubeng, allowing me to explore all the hikes without having to change accommodation. The food provided was fresh and good, and the rooms were neat and tidy. Extra points for a western toilet, as many other guesthouses only offer squatting bathrooms. The owners always looked out for our safety as well, providing information on which hikes were safe to do, weather permitting. Will highly recommend this for its convenient location and great service.
