„Hotel położony jest w strategicznym miejscu, z wieloma restauracjami na parterze i bliskością atrakcji turystycznych. Pokój hotelowy jest czysty, z przyborami toaletowymi i wodą mineralną. Pomimo położenia tuż przy drodze, prawie nie słychać hałasów z ulicy, dzięki czemu wszyscy dobrze się wyspaliśmy. Dostaliśmy również instrukcję, która ułatwiła nam zameldowanie, a osoba odpowiedzialna za obiekt odpowiedziała szybko. Ogólnie jest dobrze.”

„It was a very good experience. The rooms is clean and modern, the pillow is comfort, bathroom is so spcious, plus welcome drinks in the fridge once checked in. The staffs are always friendly and responsive. Lobby is well decorated, cozy feels like home with touch of artistic design. Surrounding is convenient, there are lots of choice of food, Chagee, 24hr convenience shop are downstair. Only 10-15mins drive to take speedboat to pulau. Only parking is about rm30 per day. No free parking.”

„I booked this hotel for one night. The location is not very convenient as there aren’t many food options nearby, but it is quite close to the airport. Due to our flight timing, we arrived at the hotel earlier than usual. We understood the official check-in time, so we politely asked if there was any chance of checking in earlier. If not, we were willing to wait, we only hoped they could let us know once a room became available. There were two counters. We were initially at the second counter (one next away from the 1st counter), but the receptionist asked my husband to move to the first one. No issue, we moved over as instructed. During the check-in process, the male receptionist repeatedly asked whether I booked online. I answered yes, yet he asked the same question again. Since he already had my IC in his hand, I expected he could see the booking details in the system. I honestly didn’t understand why he kept repeating the same question. I then politely asked if we could get a room earlier should there be any available. Instead of responding in a friendly or helpful manner, he kept repeating, “Our check-in time is 2pm,” more than three times over our check-in process. We clearly understood the check-in time, but his tone and attitude were not friendly at all. A simple “If we have a room available, we’ll try to arrange it for you” would have been enough, but instead he just repeated the same answer without any consideration. On top of that, both receptionists, the male and the female were chatting and laughing among themselves at the counter in front of guests, which felt quite unprofessional. Still, we were thankful that we eventually managed to get our room at 12:35pm. Overall, the experience was disappointing and lacked basic hospitality. I’ve been travelling and staying in different hotels, and I’ve never encountered service this unfriendly before.”

„Podobnie jak większość, jeśli chodzi o natężenie i ciśnienie wody w prysznicu. Obsługa hotelowa była bardzo uprzejma, otwierając główne szklane drzwi i pomagając mi z bagażem, a także zarządzając parkingiem rezerwowym przed wejściem do hotelu. Przestronne i jasne lobby windy i korytarz w pokoju hotelowym. Widok na morze z pokoju. Położenie naprzeciwko centrum handlowego Suria Mall, w odległości spaceru od wielu atrakcji miasta, takich jak Pasar Besar, targ rybny, ulica ***a, a także liczne restauracje i pralnia. Jedynym minusem jest zapach w łazience, który utrzymywał się przez 2 dni z mojego 3-dniowego pobytu. Zarówno w moim pokoju, jak i w innym pokoju mojego towarzysza podróży.”

„Po prawie trzech tygodniach poszukiwań zarezerwowałem ten hotel. Przeczytałem wiele recenzji potwierdzających wygląd pokoju. Przyjechaliśmy z dziećmi o 12:00. Okazało się, że pokój, który nam dał hotel, był taki różni się od obrazu. Nie wspominając o tym, że łóżko (jesteśmy czteroosobową rodziną) było zmęczone i senne. W tej chwili naprawdę wpłynęło to na nasz nastrój. W recepcji powiedziałem, że to właśnie zarezerwowaliśmy później ponownie przeczytałem komentarze i zrobiłem zrzut ekranu zdjęcia z recenzji, aby ponownie potwierdzić, kiedy je zarezerwowałem. Po otrzymaniu zdjęć skontaktowaliśmy się z obsługą klienta Ctrip i ostatecznie zmieniliśmy pokój następnego dnia. Zmieniony pokój był równie duży i wygodny jak widzieliśmy na poprzednich zdjęciach. Dziękuję bardzo obsłudze klienta Ctrip za ciągłą komunikację i rekompensatę w wysokości 150. Śniadanie w tym hotelu jest przeciętne. Jeśli przyjeżdżasz z dziećmi, w rzeczywistości nie pobiera się opłat za jedzenie dla dzieci, ale poproszono nas o zapłatę przy zameldowaniu. Pokój, na który zmieniłem się później, jest nadal wysoce zalecany, a stosunek ceny do wydajności jest dobry. Dokonując rezerwacji pamiętaj o potwierdzeniu zdjęć z obsługą klienta, aby uniknąć przeniesienia do innego pokoju! Oto jak to wyglądało po zmianach. Jedyne, co się nie zmieniło, to szafka nocna obok łóżka. Łazienka też nie jest taka, ze względu na rodzinę.”

„Świetny stosunek jakości do ceny. Hotel był bardzo uprzejmy, spełniając moją prośbę o dobry przydział pokoju. Pokojówki są miłe i dumne ze swojej pracy. W chwili pisania tego tekstu wszystko w tym hotelu zasługuje na solidne 4 gwiazdki. To naprawdę świetny, solidny produkt ze względu na niedawny remont. Powiedziałbym, że 70% pokoju, z wyjątkiem łazienek, przeszło remont. Ale i tak cały pokój był nieskazitelnie czysty. Klimatyzacja działała bardzo świeżo i chłodno. Nie było żadnych zapachów. Obsługa pozostawiała wiele do życzenia. Recepcjonistka była wyraźnie przytłoczona pracą. Tylko nie otwierajcie katalogu pokoi i nie oczekujcie, że zapewnią usługi, które tam są, na największej bezsensownej stronie, jaką kiedykolwiek widziałem w hotelu. Będzie dobrze. Powiedziałbym, że całkiem podobał mi się pobyt tutaj, mimo że przyjechałem z niewielkimi oczekiwaniami.”

„This place is truly amazing! All my fellow Chinese travelers, come stay here! The owner is Chinese, so communication was a breeze. Our flight landed late at night, and it wasn't safe to take a taxi outside, so the owner even arranged a pick-up from the airport for us. The hotel just opened recently, and the overall decor is incredibly cozy and beautiful. The rooms are spotless, with no dust in the corners or bathrooms – it was a very comfortable stay. Most importantly, the owner is incredibly, incredibly, incredibly kind and generous; they even gave us fruit to eat. When we wanted to buy food at night, the owner helped us out, not wanting my friend and I to encounter any trouble, and they didn't mind the hassle at all. Every day, they'd proactively ask us where we were going and how our day was, patiently recommending and helping us find tours when we wanted to book an island day trip.”

„It is still pretty new, the room is okay, smart tv is a plus with Netflix and Youtube, room is clean enough compared to other places and we were staying there with car for the weekend, so far parking still can find dbkk parking, the private parking area is pricy. But so far all smooth check in and out, there is a 24 hour convenient store connected to lobby. Have not tried the swimming pool, but there is a cafe near it, not many food options but still okay to try the western food and chill.”

„The location is excellent, just a short walk to popular eateries like Shuang Tian, Da Jia Lai, and Tian Xia Ke. I usually don't book breakfast when I reserve a hotel, but I saw a special deal this time and many people raved about the variety, so I decided to try it. There was indeed a good selection, and I especially enjoyed the hot noodles from the noodle station. Oh, one thing I wasn't happy with was the elevator's scent – it was way too strong. I had to hold my breath every time I went in. Could you perhaps choose a more subtle fragrance?”
