Great location, close to everything, excellent service. Breakfast is very good. The staff is nice and helpful.
Since the place is in the center, the entire city celebration and decibels are easily heard, but they last until 23:30 at the most. Only one annoying thing was that the night life lovers shout loudly at night.
The hotel is currently undergoing renovations, but the quality does not suffer much from this.

Rosalyn Dimyat is close to the south side of Varna beach and just opposite the Pantheon memorial park. The long stretch of beach means you don’t have to stay at any of the pricey places in Golden Sand while staying close to boulevard slivnitsa. Dimyat has a standard breakfast fare that opens early and the rooms are spacious, modern, cool, and comfortable. The rooms are also quiet. There’s a basic gym and a small pool, which unfortunately has a group class at 9. The spa services were closed during my visit but I did get a relatively good massage. If you don’t mind walking, you can easily reach most of the Varna attractions save for the Aladzha monastery. Dimyat is an excellent choice for no frills business or leisure travelers and recommended.

Все хорошо, но есть два комментария:
-в ванной комнате нет полочки доя размещения собственных туалетных принадлежностей( зубная щетка, паста, одеколон и тд);
-неудобные кровати и подушки, на 5* не тянут.

DDror MalkaThe room was nice, modern, and clean, but there are several issues that should be improved. First the location is not very convenient. The surrounding streets look poor and in need of renovation. It would help if the hotel worked with the town to add more pedestrian crossing, making it easier for guests to walk safely and reach nearby areas. While the city center can be reached in about 15-25 minutes on foot, the walking experience is not pleasant. Second, I couldn't find any good restaurants in the area. The hotel brakefast was very basic, which was suitable to 2 star hotel. There were only 2 types of vegetables offered, which is not enough to get proper nutrition, and guests will likely need to buy additional food to complete their vitamins. They don't provide soy milk which is a healthier option, though they do have oat milk. The gym is good. Hope they will improve their brakefast.

GGuest UserWe stayed for one night in transit. Convenient location. About 20-25 minutes by taxi from the airport. The room was clean on the 12th floor. The staff was polite and attentive. There are cafes, small shops, the embankment, and the beach nearby. The only downside is the noise from the music in the evening until 2 a.m. Probably from the casino or restaurant on the top floor.

AAlek MThe hotel is ok and is very close to the train station and the port. The street in front of the hotel is horrible. What I didn't like at all was the mattress. As a frequent traveler I was in different hotels in different countries. This was the worst mattress, because I had a feeling as I am laying on metal springs without any material above them. Horrible for people with spinal problems.

The dining room (all inclusive) was annoyance . People have to go and get their food and drinks and so on..
Three times my food was taken away from the table while I was getting coffee or dessert. Even after my 1..complaint it still went on.
Internet is rather bad and weak.

LLaohaiIt was the off-season when I stayed there. All the resorts in Golden Beach were dark, except this hotel with a casino. The breakfast and dinner are great. Parking is free.

GGuest UserI stayed here off-season, so I paid small money in an area that is quiet out of season . My room was excellent, more like an apartment and for only 20euro a night ,but the biggest problem for me was the complete lack of hot water for my shortened stay as I needed a hot shower and feeling good again after 3 days on the houf.

Location between two hot mineral water pool wery convenient for wisit booth location. Morning have bracfast in local restaurant, until evening can order food there.

And we, room 204, had a broken bed. The mattress ate, slept and feared to move. But since we arrived for one night, we didn't start to deal with the problem on the respiratory. Overall, good location, near the bus station and not far from the airport

GGuest UserFast elevators, efficient and quiet air conditioning, and a TV with a working remote. Left luggage facility, 24-hour reception, and tasty meals.
Downsides: No drinks included with dinner for the half-board option (breakfast + dinner) – they could have at least offered water for half-board, with soda, wine, and beer available for an extra charge. No payment terminal at the hotel bar. Housekeeping wasn't very thorough – they came daily but only emptied the trash twice. I had to bring toilet paper myself from reception. When I left a tip, then I even got clean towels.
