Hotel jest bardzo dobry. Lokalizacja jest doskonała. To nowy budynek mieszkalny z apartamentami do wynajęcia, z zamkniętym terenem i ochroną. Urząd Stanu Cywilnego znajduje się na 19. piętrze w mieszkaniu nr 1914. Metro jest bardzo, bardzo blisko, co pozwala dotrzeć w dowolne miejsce. Wszystko jest czyste, są akcesoria (jednorazowe) do czepków higienicznych, patyczki higieniczne, szczoteczki do zębów z pastą, grzebień, kapcie (po prostu super piękne i grube), szampon, odżywka, żel pod prysznic. 🤗 Pralka z suszarką, co jest ważne dla rodzin z dziećmi. Zatrzymaliśmy się na dwa dni, wszystkie ręczniki zostały nam wymienione, a następnego dnia przywieziono nowe serwetki i papier toaletowy. Jedyne, czego mi brakuje, to jakiś wieszak przy umywalce, żeby powiesić ręcznik. Jeśli będziemy w Kantonie, na pewno tu wrócimy.

Niedawno podróżowałem do Hongkongu i Makau i po długich namysłach zarezerwowałem ten apartament hotelowy. Doświadczenie było doskonałe. Okolica tętni życiem, a ulica gastronomiczna Shui Wai Village jest zaledwie kilka kroków stąd. Recepcja i obsługa concierge były profesjonalne i sprawne; zameldowanie przebiegło błyskawicznie, a nawet przy większej liczbie osób nie było tłoczno. Kilka linii metra na dole zapewnia bezpośredni dostęp do mojego miejsca pracy i stacji kolei dużych prędkości, dzięki czemu transport był niezwykle wygodny i bezproblemowy. Pokój był czysty i schludny, otoczenie ciche, a wyposażenie kompletne; nawet przy większej liczbie osób nie czułem się ciasno. Duży balkon był doskonale doświetlony światłem naturalnym, a pralka bardzo praktyczna – idealna do prania w podróży. Projektor oferował doskonałą jakość obrazu i dźwięku; po długim dniu pracy oglądanie filmów w łóżku było niesamowicie relaksujące, porównywalne z doświadczeniem w kinie. Brak siłowni i śniadania nie stanowił problemu; stosunek jakości do ceny był znakomity! Następnym razem, gdy będę w Hongkongu i Makau, hotel Futian nadal będzie moim pierwszym wyborem!

We had an amazing stay over Valentine’s Day. The hotel was beautiful and the sea view was absolutely stunning. The service was very good throughout our visit, and the receptionist was especially friendly and welcoming, which made a great first impression. Overall, it’s one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. We really enjoyed our time here and would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a special getaway.

Finally we go to stay in a MUJI HOTEL that is in Shenzhen, China! Great first impression of the hotel as the Japandi MUJI style, and the customer services are top notch, great food and atmosphere, most of all the hotel is located at Upperhills Mall Shenzhen, which is very convenient to hail a taxi and take the metro. There’s also great parks nearby. Will consider coming here again in the future!

We had a wonderful 3 days, 2 nights family stay at One&One International Hotel Apartment. The Premier Room with View (2 Beds) was spacious, clean, and very comfortable—perfect for a family. The view from the room was a nice bonus and made the stay even more enjoyable. The apartment was well‑equipped and thoughtfully laid out, giving us plenty of space to relax after a full day out. Everything was tidy and well maintained, and the overall environment felt cozy and family‑friendly. The location was also very convenient, making it easy to get around. Overall, it was a pleasant and hassle‑free stay. We truly enjoyed our time here and would gladly recommend this hotel apartment to families looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

We booked this place as it had two beds and we were heading to Chimelong the next day. It was very clean. Check-in was a breeze and the cost was very inexpensive with a Trip discount. No deposit fee for the key. Close enough to the Zhuhai Train Station to walk but wouldn't want to do it on a hot day, good tree cover if you don't go on the main road. Maps didn't direct well to the location but it was on the main road. Entry is the third T1 door farthest from the river. Not all elevators went to 35, only front 2. We had a room on 33rd floor. Could see Macau Tower and the Grand Lisboa from the window (no idea why I didn't take a picture). And of course, you can see the train station. Plenty of pillows, one three memory form and some cushion pillows. Was also a sofa. Didi was inexpensive to Chimelong and easy pickup from outside.

∵∵xγM㏑G∴How do I put this? We traveled on the weekend before Children's Day, so it was crowded, and the experience wasn't ideal, but you could tell the hotel staff tried their best to manage. First, the pros: for over 1500 RMB, it included the room, unlimited two-day admission to the Spaceship Park and Water World for two people. Both days, we could enter an hour early, which was great for enjoying ourselves. Plus, on the first day, we could activate the tickets ourselves and enter, which was a nice touch! The Spaceship Park had plenty of fun rides and attractions, and the queues weren't too long – the longest wait was about 30-45 minutes, which is acceptable. The Water World staff were very vigilant about safety; they had eyes like hawks, especially for kids who can swim and were with their parents – it felt a bit overly cautious, to be honest. (Overall, good feedback.) We had already spent a full day playing when we checked in, bought the buffet dinner, and even got a room upgrade. The buffet dinner was also very crowded, but the food quality was good, and the staff service was excellent. Two regrets: first, the Water World was too packed, the shower facilities were insufficient, and the drainage was too slow. The entire shower area, I mean the *entire* shower area, was flooded. Second, the upgraded room had a severe air conditioning leak! We couldn't switch rooms because it was so busy, but a maintenance technician arrived quickly and fixed it. Overall, I feel that since the hotel has been operating for many years, some facilities are showing their age and need timely maintenance and updates. All in all, the value for money is good. I'd give the hardware 70 points and the soft service 100 points.

As a premium booking customer, I wasn't contacted beforehand to confirm room readiness, and the room wasn't prepared by 3:00 PM. 3. After being offered a room change, the door lock on the new room had no power, forcing me to go back and wait for another replacement. 4. Between 1:30 AM and 2:00 AM, the delivery robot's wheel noise echoed throughout the entire hallway. 5. From 10:30 PM to 11:00 PM, loud singing and music could be heard echoing through the entire hotel. 6. They claimed to have upgraded my room, but the service definitely didn't match. 7. There was still a long strand of hair from the previous guest on the shower gel bottle in the bathroom.

GGuest UserI first went to Panyu Hotel, queued up for check-in, but after several minutes, neither of the two front desk staff acknowledged me. It felt like waiting in line at a bank. So, I turned to my phone, searched for nearby hotels, and found Grand Mercure with good reviews. Here's my experience: The good parts: 1. They have 4 EV charging stations, and I didn't have to wait to charge (probably because I arrived late), which was one of the reasons I chose Grand Mercure. 2. Plenty of parking. I noticed there was a conference on the 6th floor these past few days, but there were still plenty of empty parking spots, so no worries about finding a space. 3. There's an outdoor swimming pool, and guests can swim for free. The pool hadn't closed when I arrived, but it was raining, so the staff said they'd wait for the rain to stop before opening it. The next morning, it wasn't raining, and I spent some time by the pool (didn't bring swimwear or a cap). Even though it rained the day before, the water was still very clean. 4. Customer service representative Xiao Mai (MAI) told me my room was on the 6th floor and that there was a conference upstairs. Concerned I might not find my way, she personally escorted me to the room and helped me adjust the temperature and lighting. Her service gets a perfect 10. 5. The room was quiet. Willow at the front desk, when I checked in around 6 or 7, offered me choices: a room with a pool view, a bathtub, or a balcony. I picked the one with a balcony. Although it didn't overlook the hotel pool, I could step out to get some fresh air and feel the breeze (thankfully, I had sprayed insect repellent beforehand; Guangdong mosquitoes can fly up to the 6th floor and fly high after a blood meal!). The mattress was soft and comfortable, not lumpy. The carpet looked old and faded but was very clean, probably having been recently cleaned. 6. Good greenery and abundant plants. The fountain turns off at night, so it doesn't disturb sleep. 7. The hotel has three interconnected buildings forming a '凹' shape. There are elevators in the connecting areas. If you're on the 6th floor, taking the scenic elevator down to your car is quite convenient, saving you a trip to the main lobby. 8. The Chinese restaurant on the first floor didn't seem to be open. Guihua recommended nearby Shun Jing Ming Lou, Shui Yun Jian, Da Shu Tou, and Hua Xi Yu (which sounds beautiful, and I ended up going there) for Cantonese cuisine. The prices in the vicinity aren't as high as in Shenzhen, so they're acceptable. Areas for improvement: 1. Every time I need to exit the parking lot, I have to scan a QR code or call the front desk to enter my license plate number, which is quite inconvenient. The hotel should consider upgrading its parking system, similar to Chimelong's, where you input your car details at check-in, and it's valid until check-out the next day. 2. The cakes at afternoon tea were not very refined; they were too simple. 3. If it's your first time and you're staying on the 6th floor, I'd recommend having someone escort you, as it can be a bit confusing to navigate. For me, the pros outweighed the cons. It really depends on personal preferences.

GGuest UserThis trip was spontaneous, with no prior planning. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I'll likely return. First off, during check-in, our room wasn't quite ready. The lady at the front desk was incredibly helpful; she got us beach passes and even booked a cooking class for my child for the next day. When we took the kids swimming, the pool attendant diligently helped adjust my child's back float from three layers to two and secured it properly. They also thoughtfully suggested that arm floats might be more convenient and safer. While playing at the outdoor pool, we rented some floats. My child had a blast, trying out all the large and small floats, and even the inflatable dinosaur. It really made their day! Initially, when we got back to our room, we opened the balcony door. Due to the temperature difference and taking a shower, the entire floor inside got wet. Housekeeping was amazing; they promptly brought a drying machine and replaced all our trash cans, fresh towels and bathrobes, and even cleaned the bathtub. I'm very grateful for their help. The next day, they also extended our check-out by two hours, which allowed us to relax in the room a bit longer. This trip was an excellent experience, and my son had a wonderful time too!

The hotel restaurant had a great ambiance, though it was a bit pricey. There's an outdoor pool right downstairs, and the shuttle bus to the park was very convenient. The only downside is that you can't have outside food delivered, which was quite inconvenient, especially since they even allow medicine deliveries. On the plus side, it's very close to the Grand Circus.

GGillyjWe recently stayed at the Chimelong Penguin Hotel in Zhuhai with our child, and overall, it was a great experience despite a few minor drawbacks. The hotel is a bit older, so some of the facilities feel a little dated, and the decor isn't as fresh as a newer property. However, its location is unbeatable – you can walk directly to the Ocean Kingdom park, which saved us a lot of commuting and queuing time, making our trip with the little one much smoother. What was even more delightful was that the staff kindly upgraded our room for free during check-in, which was a huge plus! Our reserved slide family room was a big hit with our child; it came with a mini slide right in the room, so our little one could play to their heart's content indoors. The buffet breakfast and dinner at the hotel's Emperor Penguin restaurant were excellent, with a wide variety of fresh dishes that appealed to both adults and children. Plus, you get to watch penguins while you dine! There's a water park with live music, bubble rain, and an amazing atmosphere. Plus, the small floating boats and other children's play facilities in the water park are free to use. There's also a ball pit castle, an Oscar cinema, or you can take a stroll on the beach downstairs and watch fireworks. There's something for everyone, whether you want to be active or relax, so you'll never be bored. It's a great place for a relaxing vacation and family fun.

GGuest UserInitially, I was quite disappointed. The room type wasn't like what was shown in the video; it was much smaller. If there are such significant differences, it should be clearly stated, and more pictures should be provided. Also, at the water park, there was no distinction between hotel guests and external visitors for lockers, leading me to unnecessarily spend an extra 30 yuan on rental. Later, I took a wrong turn and discovered another indoor pool with free lockers. Most of the staff I encountered were interns who couldn't answer any of my questions. My advice is to only ask the front desk or your butler if you need anything. Furthermore, the hot spring area didn't provide towels or hot drinks, so it was freezing after coming out, especially since it was raining. The Zhuhai Imperial Hot Spring is much more professional in this regard and could serve as a good example. Aside from these points, the environment, dining, and facilities were excellent. There was a lot to do, and even though my child was young and couldn't participate in many activities, there was still plenty to enjoy. Despite the extremely hot weather, we had a lot of fun. I'd love to experience more activities in the future and hope the hotel's service can improve further.

The lobby is also grand, clearly a well-established five-star hotel built when the real estate market was booming... But the downsides are just as significant: the food is absolutely, horrendously bad! They clearly put no effort into it! How can a Guangdong hotel serve such uninspired breakfast and lounge food? I stayed for 5 days, and the breakfast and lounge offerings never changed. The lounge even served plain white rice to fob people off... Seriously? People are booking your suites with real money during the May Day holiday, and this is how you cut costs?? Do you think your business is too good? Food is part of your service, and you're serving guests such terrible food? Even if the lounge main dishes are uninspired, the fruit and desserts are even worse... I'm truly fed up. Also, the air conditioning in the suite wasn't very cold. On top of that, I had 'Do Not Disturb' on while taking a nap and was woken up by a call from housekeeping. ***I finally fell asleep, and I had 'Do Not Disturb' on, yet they still called me?? How are they trained...? When the higher-end rooms are fully booked, they're still thinking about how to cut costs, completely disregarding the experience of guests who pay good money for suites. This kind of hotel management is truly speechless. The software (management) doesn't live up to the hotel's excellent hardware and the good service attitude of the frontline staff. I probably won't choose this hotel again next time I'm in Zhuhai :(

GGuest UserCame here with my partner, and the location is fantastic! After watching the fireworks, we could just walk hand-in-hand back to the hotel in a few minutes, perfectly avoiding the crowds. The lobby has a very circus-like theme, great for photos 📸. The room was clean and well soundproofed, and the bedding was comfortable, so it was lovely to take a shower after a tiring day. The service was also very thoughtful. This is definitely our top choice for travel, and we'll be back next time! ❤️
