Spędziłam tu trzy noce i szczerze mówiąc, nie chciałam wyjeżdżać. Od momentu, gdy weszłam, atmosfera była spokojna, nowoczesna i kameralna – dokładnie taka, jakiej oczekuje się od butikowego hotelu w samym sercu Chengdu. Najbardziej podobał mi się widok, zwłaszcza nocą. Patrząc na światła miasta odbijające się od rzeki, czułam się, jakbym miała swój własny, prywatny kawałek Chengdu. To taki widok, który pozwala zatrzymać się na chwilę, odetchnąć i uświadomić sobie, że jest się w wyjątkowym miejscu. Sam pokój był przytulny, stylowy i starannie zaprojektowany. Drobne detale sprawiły, że pobyt był bardziej osobisty, o wiele lepszy niż w dużych sieciach hotelowych. Szkoda tylko, że w moim pokoju nie ma podgrzewanej deski sedesowej, do której przyzwyczaiłam się w innych hotelach w Chinach. A lokalizacja? Idealna. Taikoo Li, Hejiangting i wszystkie inne atrakcje były w zasięgu ręki, a hotel nadal sprawiał wrażenie spokojnego i ukrytego, z dala od hałasu. Jeśli szukasz noclegu, który zapewni Ci komfort, estetykę, prywatność i piękne widoki nocą, The Hidden House to zdecydowanie pewniak. Zdecydowanie zatrzymałbym się tu ponownie.

The hotel is great, with excellent views. The staffs are attentive and kind. Surrounding of the hotel has no shops. However the hotel has restaurant and bar which could ease our request. Overall I would recommend those looking for nice view, services can consider this hotel.

Podczas przerwy noworocznej przyjechałem pociągiem szybkobieżnym do Chengdu i zatrzymałem się w Kaiman Summit Hotel Apartment, niedaleko świątyni Daci. Chciałbym podkreślić trzy rzeczy: 1⃣️ Lokalizacja jest świetna, zaledwie rzut kamieniem od Taikoo Li, co sprawia, że jedzenie i zakupy są niezwykle wygodne. 2⃣️ Widok jest fantastyczny, hotel znajduje się na wysokim piętrze, a widoki są przepiękne. Sam widok z salonu jest wart ceny pokoju. 3⃣️ Obsługa lokaja jest ciepła i sprawia, że czujesz się jak w domu.

To wspaniałe doświadczenie, zaledwie dwa kroki w dół znajduje się Taikoo Li, a także bardzo blisko mostu Lan Kwai Fong Jiuyan. Obsługa hotelowa jest bardzo profesjonalna, pranie i inne detale w pokoju są dobrze wykonane, a najważniejsze, że jest czysto. Pierwotnie zarezerwowałem duży pokój typu deluxe za 499, ale w recepcji zmodernizowano go i pokój był bardziej jasny. Byłem bardzo zadowolony. Na pierwszym piętrze znajduje się profesjonalna siłownia z bezpłatnym okresem próbnym, co jest bardzo przyjemne. W pokoju znajdują się bezpłatne przekąski i napoje, a standardową wodą pitną w pokoju gościnnym jest Baisuishan, która jest wysokiej jakości. Wreszcie, ponieważ lot tego dnia był wieczorem, recepcja przedłużyła bezpłatnie wymeldowanie do godziny 15:00.

Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was very disappointing and did not live up to the expectations created by the photos and description. One of the main reasons we booked this place was the pool shown in the main pictures. However, this is quite misleading, as the pool is not actually available for guests to use. The small pool in the common area was also dirty and poorly maintained, making it completely unappealing. The staff were not particularly welcoming or helpful during our stay. We did not feel looked after as guests, and interactions often felt unfriendly and dismissive. We were also surprised to be charged an additional fee after using the washing machine. We accidentally ran a wash without fully understanding the procedure and ended up being charged €10, which felt excessive and unnecessary for such a minor issue. The room itself was very cold and uncomfortable. On top of that, the windows were extremely dirty, which gave the entire space a neglected feeling and spoiled what could have been a nice view. Overall, the property feels poorly maintained and does not match the impression presented online. Between the misleading pool photos, the lack of hospitality, the extra charges, and the uncomfortable room conditions, we did not enjoy our stay and would not recommend this hotel. We left feeling disappointed and feeling that the experience was not worth the money we paid.

Początkowo planowałem zostać tylko na jedną noc. Ostatecznie jednak przedłużyłem pobyt o tydzień, po tym jak przekonałem się o komforcie. Personel sprzątający jest bardzo miły i uprzejmy, szybko odświeża pokój na życzenie, a recepcja jest bardzo wyrozumiała dla mojej nieznajomości chińskiego, komunikując się przez WeChat z tłumaczeniem. Dodatkowo, lokalizacja jest dość dogodna, jeśli chodzi o jedzenie na Stripie, a także dostęp do metra.

My family and I stayed in Chengdu for two more days after our group tour. I didn't want the hassle of changing hotels, so I just booked a single room again. The staff was very helpful and moved me to a more central room, and even transferred my luggage from the old room to the new one, which was a huge plus! Although the power outlets in the single room were in odd places, it didn't really bother me since I was traveling alone. Everything else was fantastic. They offer butler service, which means they can help receive packages for you, and if you have any questions, you can ask the butler – someone is usually available to respond 24/7. The breakfast is a set menu, but you can always ask for more if it's not enough. The courtyard restaurant where breakfast is served is beautiful, with small bridges and flowing water, making it a picturesque spot for photos. The hotel reception is on the first floor, and the entire building is self-contained, so there aren't a lot of random people coming and going. Food deliveries also come up via robot, as delivery drivers aren't allowed upstairs. As a solo female traveler, I felt very safe and secure. If I had to nitpick, the only downside would be a few mosquitoes. If you're prone to mosquito bites, you can use some repellent (which the hotel provides). But that's a minor issue, and it doesn't detract from the overall experience. I still highly recommend this place.

Lokalizacja jest świetna, tuż przy placu Tianfu i w niewielkiej odległości od linii metra 2 i 4. To dogodna lokalizacja do zwiedzania atrakcji miasta i idealna na rodzinny wyjazd. Pokój był dokładnie taki, jak opisano na stronie internetowej, z atmosferą w chińskim stylu. Obok lobby rośnie nawet prawdziwy bambus, co latem jest bardzo wygodne. Pokój ma inteligentny system klimatyzacji, doskonałą klimatyzację i jest bardzo czysty. Jest też inteligentna toaleta. Materac jest miękki, wygodny i cichy. Na dole jest nawet plac zabaw dla dzieci. Chociaż dzieci nie korzystały z niego z powodu upału, hotel im się podobał. Pracownik lobby, Xiao Zhou, był bardzo przyjazny i pomocny, czasami nawet dawał nam w prezencie spinki do włosów z motywem małej pandy. Ogólnie rzecz biorąc, byłem bardzo zadowolony i na pewno zatrzymam się tu podczas następnej wizyty w Chengdu.

Average is good, but when i check in 8 March the front desk staff was serving me good, and said can help wash and dry our cloths, the next day morning only collect, was very good service from this staff. But, when 10 March night we did request for wash and dry cloths, and then she told us to wash ourself and collect ourself! LOLZ so which one is the correct service? If no then dont say this kind of service when start. Suddenly so disappointed for this girl staff. After that we wash and dry ourself and then another staff we try ask again, and she say can help us again, LOLZ pls check whos the staff that tell us when 10 March night was so bad attitude and rude! 总体来说还不错，但3月8日入住时，前台工作人员服务态度很好，说可以帮我们洗烘衣服，第二天早上就来取，服务真的很好。但是，3月10日晚上我们再次提出洗烘衣服的要求时，她却让我们自己洗自己取！哈哈，这到底哪个才是正确的服务？如果不是，就不要一开始就提供这种服务。我对这位女员工非常失望。之后我们自己洗烘了衣服，然后又找了另一位工作人员再次询问，她又说可以帮忙，哈哈，请查一下3月10日晚上态度这么差劲无礼的是谁！

Hotel jest bardzo dobry, lokalizacja jest bardzo wygodna, w pobliżu znajduje się kilka wyjść metra, co pozwala nam wybrać wiele miejsc do gry, hotel jest bardzo blisko świątyni Wenshu i placu Tianfu, pokój jest bardzo czysty, sprzątaczka jest bardzo miła, a cały personel jest bardzo pomocny.
